Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, leadership, and motivation to employee performance PT. Telkom Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of PT. Telkom Semarang. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling technique with a total sample of 105 respondents. The Data collected were analyzed using analysis factor to test the validity of the question items, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of labor discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and brand awareness on Samsung smartphone purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of Samsung smartphone users at Stikubank University Semarang, this study took a sample of 99 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate random sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tool used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, F test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t test (hypothesis), which is then processed by calculation of SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 22. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand awareness had no effect and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Nasmoco Majapahit, Semarang, where the reason for choosing PT. Nasmoco Majapahit, Semarang as the object of research because of the decline in the achievement of Toyota car sales. This is certainly a problem whose solution must be sought with the aim of research is to analyze the influence of communication, commitment organizational and organizational culture on employee performance. The study population was 51 responses. The number of samples in this study is determined by means of stratifie random sampling which is classifying the population into sub-populations based on the type of work, then selected from each sub-population with a proportional method to obtain the number of elements in each sample unit. Data analysis method used with linear regression as a hypothesis testing. The results of the study found (1) partially (individually) there was a positive and significant influence between communication on employee performance; (2) partially (individually) there is a positive and significant influence between commitment organizational to employee performance; (3) partially (individuals) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

In order to maintain and increase sales, every company needs to hold the resulting product development efforts toward higher quality, thus providing effective, satisfying power and greater appeal. How and supplying the right product for the intended market, can satisfy its customers and can increase profits in the long run through increased sales. This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and the perception of price on purchase decisions Brand Samsung Smartphone in SMS Shop Semarang. This research is descriptive. The total sample are 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial analysis are variables product quality influence on purchasing decisions, quality of service influence on purchasing decisions, and the price perception influence on purchase decisions. Together variables are product quality, service quality, and price perception influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords    : product quality, service quality, price perception, purchasing decisions

Abstract

The study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Branch Office of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk on Suari Street, Semarang City. The sampling method used Slovin’s method with the observation period from 2014 to 2016. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Nasmoco Majapahit, Semarang, dimana alasan pemilihan PT.Nasmoco Majapahit, Semarang sebagai obyek penelitian karena adanya penurunan pencapaian penjualanmobil toyota. Hal ini tentunya menjadi masalah yang harus dicari solusinya dengan tujuan penelitian yaituuntuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen organisasional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerjakaryawan. Populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 103 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian inidengan cara stratifie random sampling yaitu mengklasifikasi populasi ke dalam sub-sub populasi berdasarkanjenis pekerjaan, kemudian dipilih dari setiap sub populasi dengan metode proporsional agar mendapatkanjumlah elemen pada masing-masing unit sampel. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan metode Slovindiperoleh jumlah sampel 51 responde. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan regresi linier bergandauntuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) secara parsial (individu) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dansignifikan antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) secara parsial (individu) terdapat pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) secara parsial (individu)terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara tipe kepribadian mahasiswa dengan prestasimahasiswa yang terkait dengan predikat kelulusan, keikutsertaan organisasi, serta kepemilikan prestasi ekstra.Tipe kepribadian ada empat yaitu sanguinis, koleris, melankolis dan plegmatis. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkaitdengan predikat kelulusan dinyatakan sebagai “dengan pujian”, “sangat memuaskan”, “memuaskan” dan“cukup”. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkait dengan keikutsertaan organisasi dinyatakan sebagai “ikut organisasi”dan “tidak ikut organisasi”. Prestasi mahasiswa yang terkait dengan kepemilikan prestasi ekstra dinyatakansebagai “memiliki prestasi ekstra” dan “tidak memiliki prestasi ekstra”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahmahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Penelitian ini memakai sampel sejumlah95 mahasiswa. Adapun teknik samplingnya menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswasemester 7 dan pada tes kepribadian memiliki kecenderungan pada satu kepribadian saja. Data berupa IndeksPrestasi Kumulatif (IPK), keikutsertaan pada kegiatan organisasi serta kepemilikan prestasi ekstra terkait denganminat dan bakat mahasiswa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan analisis tabulasi silang (crosstab) dengan Chi-Squares-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaternyata tidak ada korelasi antara tipe kepribadian dengan prestasi mahasiswa. Baik prestasi mahasiswa yangterkait dengan predikat kelulusan, keikutsertaan organisasi, maupun kepemilikan prestasi ekstra.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari paper ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen rantai pasokan (Supply ChainManagement) dan prioritas bersaing terhadap kinerja produksi pada UMKM Batik Pekalongan. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kuantitatif survei dan data dikumpulkan dari 100 perusahaan UMKM Batik diPekalongan. Instrumen survei digunakan untuk mencoba mengukur persepsi manajer produksi senior ataumanajer SCM tentang implementasi kinerja produksi di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Hasilnya SCM memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja produksi dengan nilai beta 0,237 dan nilai probabilitassignifikansi 0,005. Demikian juga prioritas bersaing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaproduksi dengan nilai beta 0,284 dan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,001. Demikian juga uji hipotesis keduavariabel SCM dan prioritas bersaing keduanya diterima dengan prioritas bersaing lebih dominan dibandingkandengan SCM.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the results of SCM performance measurement with the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach at Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The steps in this research are the creation of a hierarchy of variables in SCOR, namely Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, and Return. From these variables derived into dimensions, namely, Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Assets. The variables and dimensions are adjusted to the condition of the company which is then carried out to measure the company's SCM performance. Then the benchmarks are made in the measurement by way of Key Performance Indicator identification (KPI). The next step is to normalize Snorm De Boer which functions to equalize the KPI values. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is carried out next to assist in determining the priority of existing criteria. The results of the measurement of SCM performance in Batik SMEs in Indonesia from 24 KPI and produce the highest performance value in the Make process of 30.74 while the lowest value is a Return of 6.33. The company's SCM performance value is 89.08. This value indicates that the company's SCM performance achievement is classified as Excellent.Keywords- Key Performance Indicator, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Supply Chain Management, and Supply Chain Operation Reference
