Abstract

To get significant cost savings required for production managers to make improvements in inventory management. One method that is often used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just In Time (JIT). Both methods have advantages and disadvantages of each. The downside of this method Economic Order Quantity (EOC) is the burden of causing storage costs, it is because too many raw materials ordered, while the weakness of the Just In Time (JIT) is the emergence of the booking fee. This method vio companies to frequent message items with a small lot size. With the application of the method Just In Time (JIT) and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for the planning period for 1 months resulting Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for the method Just In Time (JIT) of Rp 2,187,534,448 (calculated 3 types of materials ie raw rayon, cotton and polyester) and Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for the method Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of Rp 2,187,681,189 (calculated three kinds of raw materials, namely fiber rayon, cotton and polyester). Therefore, when applying the method Just In Time (JIT) Total Inventory Cost savings obtained (TIC) of Rp 1,760,892. Abstract

Research using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Where is the concept of a multi-attribute models. This technique identifies strengths and weaknesses of the use of social media in marketing by using two criteria: social media attributes and student purchasing decisions. The aim of research to determine the level of use of social media for students to purchase keutusan android smartphone users at the Faculty of Economics and Business of University Stikusbank Semarang. To determine the attributes that prioritized social media to be repaired and maintained. analyzed the level of suitability and Cartesian diagrams. Concordance rate is used to determine the level of use of social media popularity gap between the perception or performance and expectations of students, the dimensions of which are used among others Means of Communication (X1) 0.88, Responsiveness Media promotion (X2) 0.90, Means Research (X3) 0.88, More known (X4) 0.91. Cartesian diagram is used to determine the attributes that prioritized social media to be repaired and maintained. The analysis of gaps (gap) of a Communication Facility dimension (X1), Responsiveness Media promotion (X2), Research Facilities (X3), more known (X4). The results of the analysis of Cartesian diagram attributes are a top priority for repair (quadrant), namely items 3, 4, 20, 24 (quadrant II), namely 13, 17, 18, 21, 22 (kudran III) ie items 1, 5, 6, 10, 11 (quadrant IV) are items 2, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15,16, 19. Abstract

The method used in this research is the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Where in concept is a multi-attribute model. This technique identifies the strengths and weaknesses of service by using two criteria of service quality and student satisfaction.  In this study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Faculty of Economics and Business University Stikubank Semarang. To know the priority service attributes to be improved and maintained. analyzed with servqual method and cartesian diagram. Servqual method is used to determine the level of service quality based on the gap that occurs between perceptions or performance and student expectations, the dimensions used include: responsiveness,  reliability, assurance, emphaty (empathy), and tangibles (tangible). Cartesian diagram is used to identify the priority service attributes to be improved and maintained.  Based on the results of the analysis using servqual method states that students of Faculty of Economics and Business University Stikubank Semarang not satisfied with the services provided. The gap value of the tangible dimension is -0.39, reliability -0.60, responsiveness -0.38, empathy -0.24, assurance -0.18. sequentially ie -0.113, -0.046, -0.048, -0.090, -0.059. The result of Cartesius diagram analysis of attributes that become the main priority to be improved (quadrant I) are item 2, 11 20,21, 23 (quadrant II) that is 1, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 16, 24, 27 (kudran III ) ie items 3, 8, 10, 18, 19, 20, 26, (quadrant IV) ie items 4, 6, 9, 15, 17, 25.  Keywords: Service, Hope, Servqual, Cartesian Diagram, Level of Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the improvement in product quality, brand image, and brand awareness of the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones. The population was drawn from Unisbank students using Samsung-brand smartphones, and a sample of 99 students. The sampling technique is proportionate random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data, with questionnaires as research instruments. While the research instruments include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, F test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t test (hypothesis). The results of data processing show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand awareness has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepribadian, Iklim Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kantor POS SPP Erlangga Semarang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Kepribadian, Iklim Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja, sedangkan variabel terikat yang terdiri dari Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kantor POS SPP Erlangga Semarang yaitu sejumlah 232 pegawai. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, teknik penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu berjumlah 70 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepribadian berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepribadian; Iklim Organisasi; Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Personality, Organizational Climate, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Branch POS SPP Erlangga Semarang. The variables used in this study are the independent variables consisting of Personality, Organizational Climate, and Work Discipline, while the dependent variable consists of Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Branch POS SPP Erlangga Semarang, which is a number of 232 employees. This research is associative by using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, the technique of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, and reliability test, multiple linear regression, determination test, t test, and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Personality has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance (2) Organizational climate has a positive and positive effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is about the loyalty of private label products, which is growing very rapidly, resulting in a decline in the market share of branded manufactured products. Private label products are products that are sold in retail stores, where these stores sell daily necessities at lower prices. Consumers who buy this product are price sensitive consumers. Although product quality is similar to manufactured products, consumers who are used to branded products have a perception of risk when buying private label products. This research was conducted at a retail store that sells products with the same brand as the name of the retail store. The research location was in Semarang and Gringsing with a sample of 120 respondents. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling technique, data analysis using multiple regression. The finding is that repurchase intention is an intervening variable between store image, risk perception, price perception and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta menjelaskan pengaruh etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berkerja di Kantor Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini memiliki responden sebanyak 75 orang pegawai. Pengambil data menggunakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Semua pernyataan yang terdapat didalam kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala likert dengan 5 (lima) peringkat jawaban yaitu sangat setuju, setuju, netral, tidak setuju dan sangat tidak setuju. Data hasil jawaban responden kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 pegawai di Bapenda Semarang. Setelah digunakan rumus Slovin untuk pengambilan sampel, maka jumlah sampel menjadi 100 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode validasi dengan load factor lebih besar dari 0,4 dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alphaa lebih besar dari 0,70. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegaawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja; Kompensasi; Lingkungan Kerja; Kinerja pegawai AbstractThis research study aimed to analyse the influence of work motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee’s performance at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Semarang City. The population in this research study were consisted of 132 employees at Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Semarang City. After using the Slovin’s formula for sampling, the number of samples became 100 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The research instrument was carried out using a validation method with a loading factor value greater than 0,4 and a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha value greater than 0,70. The results of the research analysis was done using multiple regression by using the SPSS22 program. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini telah menguji pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara ( ASN) dan Non ASN (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang). Kinerja merupakan proses penilaian ciri-ciri kepribadian, perilaku kerja, dan hasil kerja seseorang tenaga kerja atau karyawan ,yang dianggap menunjang unjuk kerjanya, yang digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan tentang tindakan-tindakan terhadap bidang ketenagakerjaan. Dengan aplikasi Statistik Deskriptif SPSS versi 23.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner, pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Banyumanik  Jalan Prof Soedarto (Ngesrep Timur V) No 116 Semarang. Total sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 124 pegawai baik PNS maupun Non PNS. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji regrensi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi, Disiplin dan Budaya Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegwai.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja Kerja. AbstractThis study has examined the effect of work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) and non-asn officers (Case Study in Banyumanik District, Semarang City). Performance is the process of assessing personality traits, work behavior, and work results of a worker or employee, which are considered to support their performance, which are used as consideration for making decisions about actions in the employment sector. With SPSS version 23 descriptive statistics application. This study used a questionnaire or questionnaire method, sampling was carried out at the Banyumanik District Office street Prof Soedarto (East Ngesrep V) No 116 Semarang. The total sample used in this study was 124 employees, both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests and multiple regression. The results of the study show that motivation, discipline and work culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Culture, Work Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of compensation, motivation and quality of work life on the performance of employees PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya as many as 68 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire and documentation. The number of respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya as many as 68 people, but the returned questionnaires were 51 or 75%. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that compensation, motivation and quality of work life simultaneously affect the performance of employees PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya. Then compensation partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
