Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Environment, and Competence on Employee Performance Social Office Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 45 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Motivation, Work Environment, and Competenceh of 57,7%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Branch Office of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk on Suari Street, Semarang City. The sampling method used Slovin’s method with the observation period from 2014 to 2016. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. This topics was taken because the new hotels that indicated the public interest on hotels in increased. So then, this research objects is The Winner Premiere Hotels Pemalang, Pemalang district. The population is all of the guest The Winner Premiere Hotels Pemalang at 2015 which amount 6153 guests. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Data collection methods is using quetionary by filling a list of statements to the respondents in collecting information. The purpose of this research is to find the answer of the plot that affect customer satisfaction. Data were analyzed using analysis of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) to test the validation of questions item, Cronbach Alpha formula to test the reliability instruments, regression analysis to test the effect of partially or simultaniously independents variables on dependents variables. The results of the research are : (1) Quality of Service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction . (2) Price has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction . (3) The location has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Quality Service, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

In order to maintain and increase sales, every company needs to hold the resulting product development efforts toward higher quality, thus providing effective, satisfying power and greater appeal. How and supplying the right product for the intended market, can satisfy its customers and can increase profits in the long run through increased sales. This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and the perception of price on purchase decisions Brand Samsung Smartphone in SMS Shop Semarang. This research is descriptive. The total sample are 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial analysis are variables product quality influence on purchasing decisions, quality of service influence on purchasing decisions, and the price perception influence on purchase decisions. Together variables are product quality, service quality, and price perception influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords    : product quality, service quality, price perception, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Teknik tie dye atau yang biasa disebut Celup Ikat memiliki pengertian menghias kain dengan cara diikat dengan tali atau karet sampai kedap air, lalu dicelup dengan pewarna batik. Teknik ini banyak dikembangkan karena kemudahan dan variasi motif yang beragam. Teknik ini sebenarnya bisa dikembangkan dalam skala rumahan sampai industri, hanya belum banyak masyarakat yang mengetahui ada teknik sederhana dengan sentuhan kreatifitas menghasilkan desain motif yang cantik dan unik untuk pengembangan batik maupun untuk tekstil. Penggunaan pewarna alami pada teknik celup ini memberikan nilai artistik pada kain batik yang dihasilkan selain juga ramah lingkungan. Pewarnaan alami yang digunakan berasal dari tanaman indigofera yang menghasilkan efek warna biru dan efek warna kuning yang berasal dari buah Jalawe. Pembuatan visualisasi dalam bentuk efek video tutorial teknik celup ikat ini bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan secara digital proses pembuatan teknik celup ikat yang digabungkan dengan pewarnaan alami tahap demi tahap agar mudah dipahami oleh pengrajin untuk bisa secara langsung dipraktekkan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This aim of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, work stress to employees performance at PT. Tri Cahaya Prunama Semarang. The Method of taking data used in this study is primer data from form of questionnaires. Population of this research are employees from PT. Tri Cahaya Purnama around 500 people. The method of taking the sample is purposive sampling with amount of respondent is around 85 people. Hypothesis test in this research use multiple regression analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis is known that leadership, work environment have a positive influence to employees performance. While Work Stress did not have influence to employees performance. Keyword : Leadership, Work Environment, Work Stress and Employees Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, motivation, and leadership style on job satisfaction in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 75 people Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Compensation has positive and not significant influence to job satisfaction, motivation has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, leadership style has positive and significant influence to job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Competence Tehadap Employee Performance KPRI Bhakti Praja Semarang.The population in this study is the total number of employees, amounting to 52 respondents. The data used is the primary data, the data obtained directly from the source. Data collection techniques were conducted with questionnaires. The method of analysis used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, test using multiple linear regression.The research result proves that the ability of model in explaining correctly influence of leadership, motivation and competence is 97,7% to employee performance.
