Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the influence between leadership, work environment and compensation with employee performance at PT. Glory Industrial Semarang whether it can have a good impact on the performance of HR. In this study, the authors analyze what are the factors that affect employee performance from year to year. The background behind making this paper is the phenomenon of a decline in the company's production from 2018 to 2020. To obtain the sample itself by means of a non-probability sampling technique, the type is purposive sampling. Subjects that will be targeted are 100 employees of PT. Glory Industrial Semarang. Data was collected through observation by going directly to the location in question and also through questionnaires which were distributed directly to employees as many as 100 copies using a Likert scale. The calculation of data analysis here is through multiple linear regression tests. In this study, it can be taken: (1) Leadership has a positive influence on employee performance with a significance level of t0.000 t< t0.05. (2) Work environment has a positive influence on employee performance with a tsignificant tof t0.030 t< t0.05. (3) Compensation has a positive influence on employee performance with a tsignificance t0.003 t< t0.05. Where from the three variables shows that thypothesis tin tresearch tthis tHo rejected tand tHa taccepted, so that the three independent variables proved to have a positive influence on one dependent variable, namely the performance of employees.

Abstract

The importance of evaluating performance is a reference for empowering human resources, to assess how far an institution is supported by the strength of its human resources and knowing the results. Without an assessment of the performance of an organization/institution, the organization will not know how much it has achieved based on the resources it has. This type of research uses quantitative data. The population in this study amounted to 150 permanent employees at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang. In this study, the sample as well as respondents to the questionnaire were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires.The results of the research conducted indicate that : (1) Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Empowerment has a negative but significant effect on employee performance. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Phapros, Tbk Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan kepribadian sebagai sarana untuk memetakan performansi kerja dari responden. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester satu yang sedang mulai mempersiapkan dirinya menghadapi dunia kerja. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah personality test yang memetakan kepribadian seseorang dalam 16 kepribadian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan orang-tipe kepribadian: 3 orang-Turbulent Mediator, 3 orang-Assertive Protagonist, 10 orang-Turbulent Protagonist, 3 orang-Turbulent Campaigner, 1 orang-Turbulent Logician, 2 orang-Assertive Commander, 1 orang-Turbulent Commander, 1 orang-Assertive Executive, 2 orang-Turbulent Executive, 2 orang-Assertive Consul, 1 orang-Turbulent Consul dan 1 orang-Turbulent Entertainer. Masing-masing tipe kepribadian ini mempunyai role, strategy, mind, energy, nature, tactics dan identify yang berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan tipe kepribadian ini maka pemetaan pekerjaan dapat dilakukan pada masing-masing mahasiswa untuk mencapai performa kinerja yang optimal. Selain itu perusahaan dapat menggunakan pemetaan tipe kepribadian ini pada saat melakukan rekrutmen pegawai atau dengan kata lain pemetaan kepribadian bisa menjadi satu instrumen untuk rekrutmen pegawai.

Abstract

The pupose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, career development on employee's job satisfaction at PT Maha Sentral Sejati Semarang. The research method using quantitative with distributing questionnaires. The population in this research study were consisted of 102 employees at PT Maha Sentral Sejati Semarang. After using the Slovin's formula for sampling, the number of samples became 81 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The research instrument was carried out using a validation method with a loading factor value > 0.4, and a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha value > 0.70. The results of the research analysis was done using multiple regression by using the SPSS 23 program. The result showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee's job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee's job satisfaction, career development had negative and no effect significant on employee's job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Semarang District Transportation Office. The sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. Research methods using quantitative methods. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Motivation, work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction. (2) Motivation, work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation, work environment, and work discipline through job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. (4) Simultaneously there is a positive influence between motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research intends to understand the impact of the work environment, work stress and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Semarang City Nuclear Coating Fabric. This type of research is quantitative research using a tool in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study used a sample of 125 production employees. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were processed using SPSS version 22. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item and Cronbach alpha to test reliability. The results of hypothesis testing show that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work stress has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan moderasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden. Teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 7 (tujuh) alternatif jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Sharing dan Komitmen Organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Kepemimpinan Transformasional terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap kinerja sedangkan terhadap pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Kinerja Pegawai tidak terbukti

Abstract

This final project is the result of a research test of how much influence the work environment, work discipline and job satisfaction have on employee performance carried out at the Semarang City Health Office as an object. The research method is quantitative through distributing questionnaires which are filled in directly by employees who are referred to as primary data. The population is 200 Health Office employees who get 73 respondents after applying the purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique applies Multiple Linear Regression. From the results of testing the hypothesis on employee performance partially it is known that the work environment has a significant positive effect, while work discipline and job satisfaction have an effect but not significant. In improving employee performance, the company is expected to be able to improve the three aspects above so that workers feel more comfortable when completing a job and feel satisfied with the work that has been completed by giving awards or rewards to employees who get achievements. Abstract

Dosen adalah aset bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi, bahkan dosen disebut ujung tombak dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dosen mempunyai peran yang vital dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, penilaian kinerja terhadap dosen menjadi sangat penting untuk mengukur sistem tata kelola manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam rangka mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi perguruan tinggi. Berbagai perguruan tinggi terus mengembangkan sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja dosennya. Salah satunya adalah Universitas Stikubank Semarang, sebuah universitas yang berusia 55 tahun, tepatnya pada tanggal 28 April 2023. Data berupa data sekunder yaitu hasil penilaian kinerja yang telah dikumpulkan sejak tahun 2021 dan 2022. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 dosen. Dosen mengisi penilaian kinerja periode satu sampai April 2021. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa pada awal penilaian kinerja ini ada sejumlah 38,3% atau 49 dosen yang tidak memenuhi. Hal ini bisa diduga bahwa beberapa dosen belum siap untuk dinilai kinerjanya. Dengan adanya penilaian kinerja ini, para dosen seperti dibangunkan dari tidur panjangnya, bahwa situasi dan kondisi saat ini menuntut para dosen untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Pada penilaian kinerja periode Oktober 2021 ternyata dosen yang tidak memenuhi berkurang menjadi 12,5% atau 16 dosen. Ada usaha yang baik dari 33 dosen untuk memenuhi penilaian kinerjanya. Pada periode April 2022 ada 32,8% atau 42 dosen yang tidak memenuhi penilaian kinerja. Anehnya ada dosen yang sudah memenuhi di penilaian kinerja pada periode Oktober 2021 tetapi terkena di April 2022 yaitu ada 31 dosen. Tetapi usaha yang dilakukan oleh para dosen sungguh luar biasa. Pada bulan Oktober 2022 tinggal 3,9% atau 5 dosen yang tidak memenuhi penilaian kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kinerja telah berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dosen di Universitas Stikubank Semarang.

Abstract

Penyakit ginjal atau biasa dikenal dengan gagal ginjal merupakan suatu kondisi menurunnya fungsi ginjal yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan ginjal dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penderita penyakit ginjal berpotensi masuk ke fase kronis. Penyakit ginjal kronik merupakan penurunan fungsi ginjal secara bertahap selama tiga bulan yang mengakibatkan terhentinya fungsi ginjal secara total. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan bagi dokter dalam mendiagnosis pasien penyakit ginjal. Sistem menampilkan hasil prediksi apakah pasien penyakit ginjal sudah memasuki fase penyakit ginjal kronis atau belum. Metodologi penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap utama: pemodelan klasifikasi dan pengembangan sistem. Pemodelan klasifikasi terdiri dari pengumpulan data, persiapan data, pengelompokan data, klasifikasi, ekstraksi aturan. Pengembangan sistem didasarkan pada aturan yang diekstraksi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat mendeteksi suatu kondisi penyakit ginjal kronis berdasarkan beberapa faktor dengan akurasi sebesar 96,34%.
