Abstract

Autism is a very complex developmental disorder in children. According to data that was acquired from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in every 68 children suffers from Autism Spectrum Disorder. This, of course needs proper handling from pa-rents and professionals. Therefore a web based expert system application is made to predict the type of Autism Spectrum Disorder according to the most updated international standards. This application is made using Rete Algorithm. Based on the test using 31 data, all of system output matches the results issued by real human experts.Keywords: index terms—autism, autism spectrum disorder, expert system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze several factors that affect customer loyalty GoRide and GoCar in Surabaya. Several variables such as service quality, perceived value, and customer trust are examined in this study to see their effect on customer loyalty. This research is useful for Gojek in order to compete by increasing the customer loyalty that Gojek has. The research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 200 GoRide and GoCar customers in Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The criteria for respondents are Gojek customers (GoRide and GoCar) who still use the GoRide and GoCar applications, who have used the GrabBike and GrabCar applications, and are domiciled in Surabaya. The results of the data were collected and analyzed using the SEM (Structured Equation Modeling) method with the help of the SPSS AMOS 24 software. In this study, the relationship between service quality and perceived value are tested, service quality to customer loyalty, service quality to customer trust, value perceived customer loyalty, and customer trust on customer loyalty. The results of this study indicated that service quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value and customer trust, but has no effect on customer loyalty. Perceived value considered to have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust has no effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the elements that affect corporate governance. Corporate governance is a picture of the relationship between parties that influences the direction of the company and financial performance. Basically, to find out how much influence corporate governance has on a company's financial performance requires the application of agency theory. This research uses a method of literature studies that studies and examines documents related to corporate governance especially about the influence of corporate governance on financial performance. The data used in this study is secondary data. The implementation of corporate governance should have a positive impact on the performance of the company, but in reality there are still many companies that have not implemented good corporate governance, because most companies only carry out government rules without deepening the role and function of corporate governance itself.

Abstract

In face recognition there are two commonly used open-source libraries namely Dlib and OpenCV. Analysis of facial recognition algorithms is needed as reference for software developers who want to implement facial recognition features into an application program. From Dlib algorithm to be analyzed is CNN and HoG, from OpenCV algorithm is DNN and HAAR Cascades. These four algorithms are analyzed in terms of speed and accuracy. The same image dataset will be used to test, along with some actual images to get a more general analysis of how algorithm will appear in real life scenarios. The programming language used for face recognition algorithms is Python. The image dataset will come from LFW (Labeled Faces in the Wild), and AT&T, both of which are available and ready to be downloaded from the internet. Pictures of people around the UIB (Batam International University) is used for actual images dataset. HoG algorithm is fastest in speed test (0.011 seconds / image), but the accuracy rate is lower (FRR = 27.27%, FAR = 0%). DNN algorithm is the highest in level of accuracy (FRR = 11.69%, FAR = 2.6%) but the lowest speed (0.119 seconds / picture). There is no best algorithm, each algorithm has advantages and disadvantages.Keywords: Python, Face Recognition, Analysis, Speed, Accuracy.

Abstract

Perancangan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Pria KelasIIB di Bandung ini didasarkan pada pengamatan akanburuknya kualitas hidup para narapidana di hampirseluruh penjuru Indonesia. Fasilitas yang tidakmemadai dan tidak manusiawi bisa menjadi faktormengapa pelatihan di dalam lapas tidak maksimal dantidak berdampak signifikan pada narapidana.Pelatihan seperti pelatihan keagamaan yangdilakukan oleh lapas pada umumnya memangberdampak pada kesolehan dan perilaku baiknarapidana yang telah bebas, namun ketidakmampuan secara finansial dan keinginan untuk hidupakhirnya memaksa mereka untuk melanggar hukumlagi demi mendapatkan makan. Oleh karena itudibutuhkan Fasilitas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan yangdapat mewadahi kebutuhan para narapidana ini dalampengembangan kemampuan mereka. Denganmeningkatkan kelayakan hidup mereka di dalamlapas, diharapkan para napi dapat menjalani programpembinaan dengan lebih kondusif tanpa harusdibebani pikiran fasilitas yang menekan merekasecara psikis.

Abstract

Pada material aplikasi suhu tinggi, pelapisan permukaan merupakan hal penting dalam memberikan ketahanan oksidasi dan korosi suhu tinggi, ketahanan erosi dan abrasi. Pelapisan alumunium pada baja tahan karat martensitik AISI 410 melalui metode celup panas (hot dip) cukup efektif untuk memberikan perlindungan pada substrate melalui senyawa-senyawa intermetalik yang terbentuk. Proses hot dip aluminizing dilakukan dengan preparasi penghalusan permukaan sampel menggunakan amplas grit 100, 400, 800, dan 1200. Kemudian sampel dibersihkan menggunakan larutan 15% H2SO4 sebelum dilakukan proses celup panas. Spesimen tersebut dikaitkan menggunakan kawat nikel untuk memudahkan proses pencelupan. Komposisi lelehan Al-Si, waktu pencelupan, dan waktu difusi memberikan pengaruh terhadap lapisan intermetalik yang terbentuk beserta sifat mekanisnya. Telah dilakukan karakterisasi morfologi lapisan hot dip aluminizing pada spesimen baja tahan karat martensitik yang dilapisi oleh Al Murni, 5 %wt Si, 10 %wt Si, dan 15 %wt Si dengan variasi waktu pencelupan 1 menit, 3 menit, dan 5 menit dengan menggunakan SEM – EDS. Pada komposisi lelehan dengan komposisi 5%wt Si dengan perlakuan permukaan yang sama oleh larutan H2SO4 memberikan hasil lapisan intermetalik yang lebih baik. Dapat dilihat dari kehalusan struktur mikro dan ketebalan lapisan yang dihasilkan berdasarkan variasi waktu pencelupan. Unsur Si memberikan pengaruh dalam merubah morfologi struktur antarmuka antara intermetalik dengan substrate.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial knowledge,financial confidence and income, on financial behavior. This research is based onTPB Model and Behavioral Finance Theory, and it was carried out based on thephenomenon that occur at present whereas the community is more focused on shorttermrather than on long-term. The Theory of Planned Behavior that rates theknowledge, self-confidence, and income becomes the basis of financial behavior ofindividuals, which become the topic of this research. The subjects in this study are thepeople of Jakarta Special Region, which includes the group of workforce who havealready had the job and fixed income every month. The results of this research showthat Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence do affect Financial Behavior,whereas Income does not appear in the same way.Keywords: Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge, Financial Confidence, Income

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah negara yang dilalui 2 jalur seismik.Hal ini menyebabkan gempa bumi sering terjadi di negara ini.Bagi seorang insinyur teknik sipil khususnya struktur, beban gempa menjadi aspek penting yang perlu diperhitungkan dalam mendesain bangunan terutama dari segi struktural.Oleh karena itu diperlukan usaha-usaha penyederhanaan agar model analisis pengaruh gempa terhadap respon struktur dapat diperhitungkan oleh kebanyakan insinyur. Penyederhanaan yang dipakai adalah bahwa rekaman dari free field dianggap sebagai rekaman di bawah fondasi bangunan . Terdapat beberapa penyederhanaan untuk memperhitungkan efek gempa terhadap analisis struktur bangunan yaitu menggunakan Beban Ekivalen Statik, Spektrum Respon dan dengan Analisis Riwayat Waktu .Untuk memperhitungkan efek gempa terhadap analisis struktur bangunan yang digunakan pada tugas akhir saya ialah Model Analisis Riwayat Waktu adalah dasar struktur bangunan digetar oleh gempa yang pada umumnya memakai rekaman gempa tertentu.Untuk menganalisis masalah dinamik linier riwayat waktu  terdapat dua metode, yaitu Modal Analisis dan Integrasi Langsung . Pada tugas akhir ini dianjurkan untuk menggunakan Metode Modal Analisis, karena hasilnya lebih akurat walaupun pengerjaannya memerlukan waktu yang lama dibandingkan dengan Metode Integrasi langung baik menggunakan  Metode Newmark maupun Metode Wilson yang hasilnya kurang akurat namun waktu pengerjaan yang lebih cepat. Abstract

During this time in selecting prospective employees, still using manual methods. Therefore the solution needed is to make an application for selecting candidates using the AHP and SAW methods. This application can facilitate the company in selecting prospective employees. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. In working on this application using several structured methods such as flowcharts, context diagrams, and relationships between tables. The programming language used in designing this application is PHP and uses the MySQL database. The method used to perform calculations on this application is the AHP and SAW methods. The results of the comparison of the AHP and SAW methods have differences because, the calculation stages between the two methods are different. In determining the criteria weights in the AHP method are determined by comparing the values between criteria, while the SAW method has determined the weight of the criteria With the creation of this website-based employee candidate selection application, it is expected to help the company in determining prospective employees.

Abstract

The main focus of this study is to develop system to extract Indonesian paper citations with a good level of accuracy. The system based on ParsCit with feature adjustment and document training. In addition of ParsCit initial features, we add new features to match Indonesian environment along with new training data consist of Indonesian labeled headers and citations. We applied a probabilistic method Conditional Random Field (CRF) for labeling token in scientific paper reference string. CRF learns new characteristics of each entity using the new Indonesian data and build a model based on it. This model can be applied to unseen data and tested on Indonesian scientific papers. Test results shows that CRF can be applied well for Indonesian papers.
