Abstract

Accounting information systems are very important for a financial organization, one of which is a financial information system in cooperatives. Cooperatives that aim for the welfare of their members must pay attention to their accounting information system, so that it does not become an obstacle in the future. The design of an accounting information system in cooperatives is intended to help cooperatives carry out the process of cooperative activities easily. This study aims to design an accounting information system at the Avia Jaya Member Cooperative. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach which includes system analysis and continued with the design of information systems. The system design method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method or the system development life cycle with the waterfall model. The design of information systems is made using flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams and system implementation. The results of this study based on the system design using Microsoft Excel based on Visual Basic for Applications at the Avia Jaya employee cooperative, it was found that there was a process in the recording of deposit and loan transactions, as well as the resulting reports. The process of making an accounting information system is carried out based on the results of a case study by analyzing the Avia Jaya Employee Cooperative which does not yet have a system so that it hinders the process of running the accounting information system in the cooperative. The existence of this application design can make it easier for cooperative members to carry out the process of preparing financial reports which previously recorded manually into digital records and make it easier for users to make decisions.

Abstract

Abstract- Poweramp is an application that is divided into 2, freemium and premium, Poweramp application is a music player application that is ranked as number 1 in Google Play. Poweramp application can be downloaded through Google Play. Poweramp freemium have been downloaded by 45 million people, meanwhile Poweramp premium have been downloaded by 1 million people. There are significant differences between Poweramp freemium and premium application. This phenomenon is used as a basis for comparisons between free and paid applications that are increasingly appearing. Many free applications that actually deliver viruses and malware. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the factors that influence a person to download Poweramp freemium application and buying the Poweramp premium. In the process of doing this research, literature reviews from other relevant journals are needed. Amidst the research, a questionnaire is created with Google Form and is distributed to respondents that have already buy Poweramp premium application. There are in total 100 valid responses that is gathered from the respondents. The data that have been gathered are then analyzed with Partial Least Square method by using SmartPLS software. The stages that is needed to be done in PLS method are to rate the Measurement Model, Discriminant Validity, Reliability Test, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and to analyze the hypothesis received from the output of Result for Inner Weights. Results from the research shows that social factors have significant influence towards people’s decision to download Poweramp freemium application, and continuing to buy Poweramp premium application. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability of a mobile-based application used to facilitate passengers in purchasing train tickets, the Access by KAI application. As an application widely used by the public, the usability evaluation is essential. The evaluation was conducted by measuring usability in three aspects: effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The measurement involved 10 respondents who actively use the application. They performed the experiment at the usability laboratory. The level of effectiveness and efficiency was measured using task analysis, analyzing the final results of each respondent after performing five predetermined tasks. The results show that the effectiveness and efficiency of the application are good. However, the measurement of user satisfaction aspect using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method indicates less favorable results. This obviously results in poor user experience (UX) for users. Therefore, the practical implication of this study is the need for improvements to the application, both in the user interface (UI) and existing business processes, to enhance the user experience.

Abstract

Mengacu pada teori ekselon atas, keputusan akan didasarkan pada suatu karakteristik termasuk gender. Keputusan dalam inovasi maupun kepatuhan pajak dapat dipengaruhi oleh gender pimpinan puncak. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ingin menguji bagaimana pengaruh gender maupun inovasi terhadap kepatuhan pajak serta bagaimana mediasi inovasi dalam kepatuhan pajak gender pimpinan puncak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan data yang berasal dari World Bank dengan total sample sebesar 34.048. Regresi multinominal digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan variabel gender dan variabel inovasi terhadap kepatuhan pajak, selanjutnya akan dilakukan uji mediasi dalam uji sobel, uji aroian, dan uji goodman.Penelitian ini dapat membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan gender dan inovasi terhadap kepatuhan pajak bahkan terdapat mediasi inovasi dalam hubungan gender pimpinan puncak dan kepatuhan pajak.

Abstract

One of the main natural resources of living things is water. Water quality is a parameter that determines the function of water. This gives urgency in conducting research related to water quality analysis. Water with good qualities has many essential functions for life. However, water contamination due to anthropogenic activities and natural phenomena is unavoidable. The most common contaminants are heavy metals. Analysis of the content of heavy metals such as Fe, Ni, Cr, and Pb was carried out in samples of Cijulang River water in three zones, namely estuaries, mangroves, and green canyons using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. Data acquisition was further analyzed with statistical visualization tests in the form of boxplots and bar charts, as well as non-parameter tests in the form of the Kruskal-Wallis test and the Friedman test. Analysis with boxplots shows that the results of the data have a high distribution. Analysis using bar charts shows that most of the data exceeds the Class I quality standard. Analysis using the Kruskal-Wallis test and Friedman test obtains a p-value of 0.3916 for the Kruskal-Wallis test and 0.7788 for the Friedman test. This value indicates that the median of the three data is assumed to be the same. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number: 416 / MENKES / PER / IX / 1990 concerning Requirements and Quality Control, the quality standard for Cijulang River water samples is classified as Class II.

Abstract

Pengamanan rencana pengamanan sistem informasi data perusahaan terdiri dari strategi dan pembagian tanggung jawab yang tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengurangi risiko yang berpotensi menjadi ancaman bagi operasional perusahaan. British Petroleum di Indonesia adalah Operator O&G Lepas Pantai Terbesar, sekaligus distributor utama untuk kebutuhan gas alam dalam negeri. Rumusannya adalah Information Security Management System (ISMS) merupakan kesatuan sistem yang disusun berdasarkan pendekatan risiko untuk pengembangan, implementasi, pengoperasian, pengawasan, pemeliharaan dan peningkatan keamanan informasi perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian mengkaji studi literatur yang meliputi manajemen keamanan BP Tangguh. Dalam implementasinya, proteksi keamanan perusahaan menggunakan PDCA. British Petroleum (BP) memastikan bahwa aspek keselamatan dan identifikasi yang bersifat bahaya dan risiko tinggi telah dilakukan secara langsung, penilaian keamanan adalah serangkaian tindakan yang ditujukan untuk menjaga keamanan, integritas dan kerahasiaan proses evaluasi atau penilaian. Hasil sistem manajemen keamanan di BP Tangguh, disimpulkan pelaksanaan dan penerapan sistem manajemen keamanan di BP Tangguh sudah optimal karena memiliki sistem manajemen keamanan yang sangat efisien, terorganisir dan memiliki landasan hukum yang jelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen terkait penggunaan aplikasi Kinemaster dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Fokus utama adalah memahami sentimen pengguna yang terungkap dari ulasan dan umpan balik terkait Kinemaster, sebuah aplikasi penyunting video yang populer. Tujuan utama adalah menerapkan teknik machine learning, khususnya klasifikasi Naive Bayes, untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengelompokkan sentimen yang terungkap dalam ulasan pengguna. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan dataset yang signifikan berupa ulasan dan umpan balik yang dihasilkan oleh pengguna terkait aplikasi Kinemaster dari berbagai platform online. Untuk mempersiapkan dataset untuk analisis, teknik preprocessing diterapkan guna membersihkan dan mempersiapkan data. Selain itu, algoritma Naive Bayes digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen yang terungkap dalam ulasan Google Play Store sebagai positif, negatif, atau netral. Ulasan di Google Play Store terus bertambah dari hari ke hari. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap ulasan-ulasan tersebut melalui analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan-ulasan KineMaster. Langkah pertama dalam analisis sentimen adalah observasi, preprocessing, yaitu proses tokenisasi, stopword removal, dan stemming. Data dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu data latih dan data uji, dengan perbandingan 80:20. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah Naive Bayes classifier yang memiliki akurasi 85%, presisi 82%, recall 74% dan f1 score 78%.

Abstract

In this rapidly growing digital era, cyber security has become one of the most important aspects to pay attention to. Technological development information and communication has provided many benefits to our lives, they also present serious risks related to data security.. Cyber can be in the form of data theft, destruction systems, manipulation of information, or identity theft. First, cyberattacks are getting more complex and constantly evolving with time technology advances. Attackers can variety of methods and tools sophisticated way to exploit system vulnerabilities and gain access invalid. Second, cyber are often cross-border in nature, where attackers can operate overseas making difficult to identify and law enforcement. In addition, technological advances have also expanded attacks into new domains, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous vehicle systems, and artificial intelligence. Expanding connectivity between devices and internet-connected infrastructure increases security complexity cyber. However, it is important to remember that cyber security is not a challenge can't be overcome. In an effort to protect data and computer systems using various security strategies and measures can be implemented. With a combination of technical approaches, strong security policies, training user awareness, and cooperation between the parties involved, security cyber can be significantly improved.

Abstract

Information technology plays a pivotal role in enhancing company performance by streamlining data management processes. The company, currently transitioning from the SAP ERP system to the Odoo ERP system, faces significant challenges, particularly regarding the readiness of human resources and data migration. This study aims to elevate the IT capability level to identify domain priorities and establish procedures that will bolster IT utilization to meet corporate objectives. Employing the COBIT 2019 framework, this research evaluates the company's IT governance through capability level measurements conducted via interviews. The assessment identified three priority domains: APO12 (Managed Risk) and APO13 (Managed Security), both at level 2 with a 65% rating, and BAI10 (Managed Configuration), also at level 2 but with a slightly higher score of 65.4%. These domains fall short of their targets, with APO12 and APO13 aiming for level 4, and BAI10 targeting level 3, as per company goals. The findings indicate that these domains require significant improvement to meet the desired capability levels. Recommendations include focusing on risk management, enhancing HR training, improving configuration and security of information systems, and customizing ERP modules to address specific company issues. By implementing the suggested recommendations, the company can significantly enhance its IT capabilities, thereby achieving its corporate objectives more efficiently. These improvements will facilitate a smoother transition to the Odoo ERP system, ensuring better risk management, security, and configuration management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its impact on the intention of guests to stay again at Alila Hotel SCBD. The theoretical foundation is based on Ripa Ioan Alexandru & Reinartz et al., who state that CRM can enhance customer loyalty through improved satisfaction and long-term relationships. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 373 respondents who were guests of Alila Hotel SCBD. The margin of error applied in this study is 5%, according to the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that the implementation of CRM at Alila Hotel SCBD has a significant impact on guests' intention to stay again. Data analysis revealed that customer satisfaction and the quality of the relationship between guests and the hotel are the main factors influencing guest loyalty. The study also found that improving CRM implementation can increase the number of guests intending to stay again. The conclusion of this study is that CRM is an effective strategy in increasing guests' intention to stay again at Alila Hotel SCBD. It is recommended that hotel management continue to develop and improve their CRM systems to ensure better guest satisfaction and loyalty in the future.
