Abstract

PT Hong Xin Printing Equipment is encountering obstacles in improving operational efficiency and managing human resources in the digital age. Despite the use of a fingerprint attendance system, there are concerns about errors and reduced efficiency due to manual data processing. Additional challenges arise when recording attendance for employees on business trips and manually calculating leave. To tackle these issues, the company is planning to create a web-based payroll system that will automate payroll, attendance, and leave management. The implementation of this system is anticipated to enhance efficiency and accuracy, thereby allowing the company to maintain its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that influence customer satisfaction. The variables studied include service quality, customer value and customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative in nature and focuses on the analysis of variables that affect customer satisfaction with a survey method approach using a questionnaire. The population in this study are WS hotel customers in the period from 2021 to 2023. The research was conducted on 159 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that the service quality variable has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction variables, the service quality variable has a significant and positive effect on customer value, the customer value variable has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction and the service quality variable has a significant and positive effect on satisfaction customers through customer value intervening variables. This shows that maintaining and improving service quality has an impact on customer value which in the end is expected customer satisfaction to be achieved.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of green marketing on green purchasing intentions among UNIQLO customers in Jabodetabek. With growing environmental awareness, fashion companies like UNIQLO are adopting eco-friendly marketing to attract conscious consumers. Key factors explored include environmental sensitivity, attitudes toward green products, and green product quality, which influence purchase intentions. Data will be collected from UNIQLO customers in Jabodetabek and analyzed to identify the relationships between these variables. The research aims to provide actionable insights for UNIQLO to develop sustainable marketing strategies and understand how consumers' perceptions of eco-friendly products are shaped. Additionally, the study offers practical recommendations for companies aiming to enhance the adoption of green products

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a crucial factor for the effectiveness and stability of public service institutions, especially in the health sector. However, disciplinary violations, fluctuations in absenteeism, and low employee engagement indicate that there needs to be more attention to the factors that influence organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the influence of employee engagement and career development on organizational commitment among civil servants at UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to all civil servants at the Puskesmas. The analysis was conducted with validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression, as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that Employee Engagement (X1) and Career Development (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y) both simultaneously and partially. This research contributes by examining the influence of work engagement and career development on organizational commitment in the public health sector, which is still limited in the existing literature. The findings provide a basis for policy makers in designing better human resource management strategies.

Abstract

Introduction: Anterior uveitis is the most common form of uveitis, but there are relatively few anterior uveitis studies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pattern of anterior uveitis in KMN EyeCare. Methods: This is a retrospective analytic descriptive study. The samples are new patients diagnosed with anterior uveitis in KMN EyeCare between 2019 – 2021. Data collected from medical records are age, gender, clinical manifestation, etiology, and visual outcome. Result: Two hundred fifty-three (253) patients are included in this study. The most common manifestations of anterior uveitis are keratic precipitates (34%), posterior synechiae (23.3%), hypopyon (7.9%), increased IOP (7.1%), and secondary cataract (6.3%). Visual outcome more than 0.5 in 90.1% of patients and below 0.5 in 9.9% of patients. The etiology is non-infectious autoimmune-related (46.7%) consists of HLA-B27 related, and rheumatoid arthritis; followed by infectious etiology (36%) consisting of herpetic, tuberculosis, cytomegalovirus, and idiopathic (17.3%). HLA-B27 anterior uveitis is more likely to affect males than females with a statistically significant p<0.05. Conclusion: The most common etiology of anterior uveitis is non-infectious autoimmune-related, especially HLA-B27-related anterior uveitis. The HLA-B27-related anterior uveitis is predominantly in males. Keratic precipitates, posterior synechiae, and hypopyon are common clinical manifestations of anterior uveitis. The visual outcomes are good in this study.

Abstract

Chat Application is an application that allow people to communicate with each other without face-to-face meetings or time issue. To design a well-functioning chat application, this study was conducted using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method for designing chat application. Apart from that, this study will be using the Python programming language, the PyMySQL module used to connect python to the database, and the Tkinter module is used as a tool in this study to create a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for chat application, and not to mention this study will be using Symmetry Encryption Cryptography to perform encryption and decryption of user chat data.

Abstract

Abstract- Poweramp is an application that is divided into 2, freemium and premium, Poweramp application is a music player application that is ranked as number 1 in Google Play. Poweramp application can be downloaded through Google Play. Poweramp freemium have been downloaded by 45 million people, meanwhile Poweramp premium have been downloaded by 1 million people. There are significant differences between Poweramp freemium and premium application. This phenomenon is used as a basis for comparisons between free and paid applications that are increasingly appearing. Many free applications that actually deliver viruses and malware. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the factors that influence a person to download Poweramp freemium application and buying the Poweramp premium. In the process of doing this research, literature reviews from other relevant journals are needed. Amidst the research, a questionnaire is created with Google Form and is distributed to respondents that have already buy Poweramp premium application. There are in total 100 valid responses that is gathered from the respondents. The data that have been gathered are then analyzed with Partial Least Square method by using SmartPLS software. The stages that is needed to be done in PLS method are to rate the Measurement Model, Discriminant Validity, Reliability Test, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and to analyze the hypothesis received from the output of Result for Inner Weights. Results from the research shows that social factors have significant influence towards people's decision to download Poweramp freemium application, and continuing to buy Poweramp premium application. Abstract

Keputusan pembelian adalah bentuk keputusan yang diambil oleh customer mengenai preferensi suka atau tidak sukanya suatu produk dalam serangkaian pilihan, pelanggan beli produk ini berdasarkan kebutuhan mereka. Kualitas produk yaitu keunggulan sebuah produk dalam menjalankan perannya. Sedangkan citra merek merupakan gambaran keyakinan konsumen akan suatu brand yang tertanam dalam bentuk asosiasi atau terkait dengan ingatan konsumen. Perumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, “Apakah ada pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu hannochs di Toko Samarinda Indah”. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Lampu Hannochs di Toko Samarinda Indah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif asosiatif hubungan kausal. Jumlah responden/sampel sebanyak 85 pembeli lampu hannochs dari populasi konsumen yang pernah membeli lampu hannochs dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian dapat dilihat pada hasil uji determinasi (R2) secara persentase adalah sebesar 69%. Dengan hasil koefisien determinasi ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan pembelian Lampu Hannochs di Toko Samarinda Indah sebesar 69% dipengaruhi kualitas produk dan citra merek, sedangkan sisanya 31% merupakan sumbangan faktor lain yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Urbanisasi merupakan fenomena global yang dihadapi oleh beberapa wilayah perkotaan di Indonesia, termasuk Kota Kupang yang terdiri dari Kecamatan Alak, Kelapa Lima, Kota Lama, Kota Raja, Oebobo, dan Maulafa. Urbanisasi terjadi karena dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya migrasi dari desa ke kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis geospasial dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong urbanisasi di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kepadatan penduduk dengan lapangan pekerjaan, akses terhadap pendidikan, dan ketersediaan fasilitas umum seperti sarana ibadah, layanan internet, kesehatan, dan transportasi umum di setiap kecamatan tempat terjadinya urbanisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan overlay peta tematik demografi, ekonomi, infrastruktur, dan penggunaan lahan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepadatan penduduk, lapangan pekerjaan, akses pendidikan, dan fasilitas umum berdampak pada keragaman demografi dan sosial di Kota Kupang
