Abstract

Saat ini Penjadwalan di BPSDM masih menggunakan sistem manual, dan widyaiswara kesulitan mendapatkan informasi dan jadwal widyaiswara yang sering tidak sesuai serta informasi di dapat melalui sms, belum lagi jika yang bersangkutan belum dapat hadir atau berada diluar daerah. Penjadwalan untuk widyaiswara merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam proses kelancaran selesainya diklat para pegawai negeri sipil. Melihat permasalahan di atas maka diperlukan suatu sistem untuk mengatur penjadwalan diklat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penjadwalan pendidikan dan pelatihan bidang struktural di BPSDM Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan adalah Prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem ini mempermudah proses penjadwalan diklat serta mempermudah proses pencarian jadwal diklat.Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan Diklat; Prototype; Web

Abstract

Abstract Disaster often appear in the news media, ranging from floods, fires, landslides and tsunamis or other disasters. At the time of the accidents that came to happen perhaps people will forget the circumtances around it, because they think about their own safety and belongings. Therefore, it requires a system that can help community in calling for assistance to the disaster management. The aims of thi s study is to augment community choice in asking for help from disaster management. Abstract

ISWANTO SULILA. The GOCARE Gorontalo clinic health service has several obstacles that cause the service to be not optimal such as the ordering process, which still uses telephone and WhatsApp that resulted in the lack of expected information Another obstacle is frequemt delays in service due to the absence of service scheduling that make customers unable to be served optunally This study aimed to design and create a Web-based health service information system at the GOCARE clinic. The system development method used in this research is the Prototype method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results and this study indicated that the health service information system at the GOCARE clinic could facilitate services. The system can make it easter for related parties to carry out the service process according to the procedure, the system can also order services because the schedule has been set, the system is also able to record patient medical records that it makes # easier to provide services. This system is used to facilitate existing health service users in the GOCARE Gorontalo Clinic environment. Keywords: Health Service, Web, Prototype

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran pemograman web dan perangkat bergerak. Metode yang akan digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model kemmis dan mc. Taggart. yang terdiri dari empat tahapan berbeda-beda. yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas RPL XI yang terdiri dari 24 siswa tempat SMKN 5 Gorontalo. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus 1 terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan presentase hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimum (KKM) secara keseluruhan yakni 64%, pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan presentase hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimum (KKM) secara keseluruhan yakni 82%, hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan yang diharapkan, dimana hasil belajar yang di inginkan yakni 85%. Maka penelitian masih akan dilanjutkan ke siklus 3. Selanjutnya pada siklus 3 terdapat peningkatan presentase lagi terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan, dimana mencapai 87% telah mencapai indikator kriteria ketuntasan siswa. Hal ini berarti bahwa tidak perlu melanjutkan tahap siklus selanjutnya. Keberhasilan penelitian ini meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

At this time the population administration service mechanism at the West Kotabaru Village Office still uses conventional methods which causes the process of recording and making population administration to take quite a long time, frequent queues occur, uncertainty over the completion of delayed services in the following days also often occurs so that it has an impact on the emergence of costs that must be incurred by the community because more than one time to the place of service. The purpose of this study is to design population administration using information technology tools as the first step in developing a smart village. Use of information technology in the process of managing village administration becomes easier, faster and neatly recorded. By utilizing the Village Administration Information System, it is hoped that the administration process will be carried out population in terms of correspondence to be faster and more efficient. System Usage Village Administration Information aims to advance the village and society and make it successful government program. Improving services for managing village administration is the main goal for village officials. Use of computerized programs in services It is hoped that the management of population administration will facilitate the work of village officials

Abstract

Terwujudnya Good Governance dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah dala pengelolaan keuangan daerah perlu diselenggarakan secara profesional, terbuka dan bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan aturan pokok yang telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang. Model Delone and McLean merefleksikan ketergantungan dari enam pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi dimana penelitian ini hanya mengacu kepada empat pengukuran yang di kemukakan oleh DeLone and McLean antara lain, information quality, system quality, service quality dan net benefits. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan terhadap kebermanfaatan sistem serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebermanfaatan sistem pada SIMDA Keuangan. Pendekatan kuantitatif riset kausal, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan melibatkan 33 Operator yang berada di setiap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo sebagai responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih. Sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih. Faktor mempengaruh kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem di sebabkan aplikasi yang selalu di kunci dan hanya dibuka setiap tanggal pelaporan atau di akhir tahun serta operator yang tidak tetap atau selalu diganti. Untuk kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh positif disebabkan pelayanan yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan oleh pengguna SIMDA Keuangan di setiap OPD.
