Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian watansoppeng branch. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research location was carried out at PT.Pegadaian Watansoppeng Branch, soppeng Regency, for 3 months. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 27 application. Based on the results of this study, the t-test results that have been obtained on the variable service quality (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained by ujit, service quality shows a sig value smaller than the significance level (0.000<0.05), or the t-count value is greater than the t-table (5.390> 1.670) so that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dalam rangka evaluasi kegiatan Magang Berbasis Kompetensi Mandiri (MBKM)  di kantor DPRD Sumut merupakan bagian yang sangat penting untuk mutu Pendidikan tinggi mahasiswa diperguruan tinggi. Tujuannya adalah  untuk dapat mengvaluasi kembali keterampilan praktis mahasiswa melalui pengalaman langsung di kantor DPRD Sumut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan MBKM mahasiswa di PT. Metode Penelitian : KANTOR DPRD SUMUT  -, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang perkakas listrik dan peralatan konstruksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan MBKM di kantro DPRD Sumut. memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja. Mahasiswa terlibat dalam berbagai proyek dan aktivitas, termasuk perakitan dan uji coba produk, analisis dan perbaikan proses produksi, serta partisipasi dalam rapat tim dan pelatihan keterampilan. Hasil Penelitian : Selain itu, mahasiswa juga mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan profesional di industri dan belajar tentang praktik terbaik dalam manajemen produksi dan teknologi. Kesimpulan : Dengan demikian, hasil pengabdian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan MBKM di PT. KANTOR DPRD SUMUT - dan menyediakan dasar untuk pengembangan program magang yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Bone-Bone Village, focusing on the utilization of local potential, namely taro and coffee husks, to be developed into economically valuable products such as taro donuts and coffee husk tea. The main problems faced by the community were the lack of knowledge about the diversification of local food products and limited skills in processing simple materials into marketable products. The implementation methods included counseling on the importance of food processing innovation, hands-on training in producing taro donuts and coffee husk tea, as well as mentoring in basic business management such as packaging and marketing strategies. The results of the program indicated an increase in the community’s understanding and skills in processing local resources into creative and competitive products. In addition, this activity provided motivation for the community to develop micro-enterprises based on village potential, which is expected to improve family income and support village self-reliance.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an archipelago located on the Ring of Fire, which is the confluence of three major tectonic plates, namely Indo Australia, Eurasia and the Pacific. This causes Indonesia to be an area at risk of experiencing various kinds of natural disasters. The elderly are one of the groups of people who are most vulnerable to the high psychological impact of natural disasters. Resilience in times of crisis is an important psychological ability in individuals, especially the elderly, because it is expected to make individuals strong and able to adapt to changes in conditions that occur in their lives. elderly, because it is expected to make individuals strong and able to adapt to changes in conditions that occur well. Resilience is a personal trait that refers to positive adaptation and reducing negative influences and stressors so that individuals can improve mentally and maintain their health despite experiencing severe problems. The purpose of this study is to determine and explore various images of resilience and to find out the importance of resilience for the elderly in dealing with disasters. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method where the literature related to the research will be analyzed and synthesized. The results and conclusions of this study are that the many types of natural disasters that occur in Indonesia make people from every group, especially the elderly, have resilience. The literature analyzed is literature published on Google Scholar, ISSN standardized and published between 2019 and 2024. The number of literature analyzed in this study was 8 literature. The results of this study are a description of the resilience of the elderly consisting of several categories / levels of resilience, things that affect resilience, how the elderly adjust, and elderly preparedness for natural disasters. In addition, this study concluded that resilience is important for the elderly to deal with natural disasters.
