Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap penggunaan digital payment di Singaraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian faktorial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang menggunakan digital payment yang berjumlah 100 orang, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan analisis faktor melalui program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 15 faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap penggunaan digital payment di Singaraja, yaitu faktor kebudayaan dengan nilai varian sebesar 70.399%, faktor sub budaya dengan nilai varian 5.815%, faktor kelas sosial dengan nilai varian 4.326%, faktor kelompok referensi dengan nilai varian 3.319%, faktor keluarga dengan nilai varian 2.798%, faktor peran dan status dengan nilai varian 2.497%, faktor  umur dan tahapan siklus hidupdengan nilai varian 2.238%, faktor  pekerjaan dengan nilai varian 1.686%, faktor  keadaan ekonomi  dengan nilai varian 1.462%, faktor gaya hidup dengan nilai varian 1.367%, faktor kepribadian dan konsep diri dengan nilai varian 1.092%, faktor motivasi dengan nilai varian 0,961%, faktor persepsi dengan nilai varian 0,843%, faktor proses belajar dengan nilai varian 0,694%, faktor kepercayaan dengan nilai varian 0,504%. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap penggunaan digital payment adalah faktor kebudayaan dengan nilai varian sebesar 70.399%.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meaning of financial literacy in the sustainability of a home industry business. The method used is qualitative, with a phenomenological approach through the epoche process. The research results reveal that literacy as financial information and knowledge is the basis for financial management in an effort to improve business so that it can survive and even develop in various market activities. The theoretical implication of financial literacy has a big role in financial management, the use of financial products and services for income distribution in the economic field. Practically, this research can be used as a material consideration for business owners to enrich their knowledge and financial information as a basis for increasing business sustainability in order to have competitiveness so as to contribute to economic development. Abstract

This study aims to determine that Moodle-based E-Learning media have an effect on student learning outcomes in class XI IPS at SMAN Bali Mandara. Conducted in August 2019. This study used a quasi-experimental method with pretest and posttest designs. The sample data was collected using Test. The research sample consisted of 30 students for the control class and 30 students for the experimental class. Collecting data using a test instrument in the form of multiple choices, data analysis using the t test. The results obtained by the Independent Sample Test above are guided by the value contained in the "Equal variances assumed" table where the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so as the basic decision making in the independent sample t test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The average increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class is 79.33 and the control class is 62, 40. So that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted so that there is an influence on the use of Moodle-based E-learning on student learning outcomes. It is suggested that the school should provide support for the development of E-Learning-based learning by facilitating the use of the internet in schools as a learning aid, so that students can study independently and economics teachers, especially in SMA / MA, use E-Learning in learning so that students don't feel bored. Learning activities are very flexible because they can be adjusted according to the time available for students.

Abstract

This development research was carried out to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Profil Pelajar Pancasila in accordance with students needs in economics learning. The aimed of this study was to determine the design, validity, and feasibility of LKPD based on Profil Pelajar Pancasila in Economics at SMAN 1 Singaraja. Learning material experts, learning media experts, and class XII students as test subjects. 4D Models (define, design, develop, disseminate) as the development model used. Data were collected using questionnaires (validation sheets and student responses), observations and unstructured interviews. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis.  The results obtained are products in the form of LKPD, including the results of: (a) design description with stages of define, design, develop, disseminate; (b) LKPD based on the Profil Pelajar Pancasila is declared feasible in accordance with the validity test results from material experts with a value of 95% and from media experts with a value of 97%; (c) LKPD based on the Pancasila Student Profile was declared feasible with a score of 89% from trials with small groups. Thus, LKPD based on the Profil Pelajar Pancasila is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perspective of feminism in the economic welfare of women traders in the Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar. Economic welfare as seen from the use of income to meet needs. This type of research is a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand the essence of the experience of informants related to the phenomena experienced by women traders. As many as 8 informants explained things related to the economic welfare achieved by these women. The findings show that women traders have various reasons for running a business and maintaining a business that supports various needs. Women traders are also able to manage their income as traders in meeting health, education, consumption patterns, housing and social needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) manajemen sekolah, (2) iklim sekolah, (3) kualitas pembelajaran, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dialami kepala sekolah dan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sekolah setelah regrouping di SD No. 2 Banjar Tegal Kecamatan Buleleng. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah: (1) manajemen sekolah secara umum berjalan efektif. Efektivitas juga terjadi pada manajemen pembelajaran, manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen kepegawaian, manajemen sarana/prasarana, manajemen keuangan, manajemen humas, dan manajemen layanan khusus, (2) setelah terjadi regrouping sekolah menunjukkan iklim sekolah yang baik, meliputi lingkungan yang kondusif dan fasilitas belajar yang menyenangkan, (3) kualitas pembelajaran menunjukkan kategori baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari apersepsi, eksplorasi, konsolidasi pembelajaran, pembentukan kompetensi, sikap dan perilaku, penilaian formatif, dan kemampuan guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang terdiri dari rencana pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran, dan (4) setelah terjadi regrouping kepala sekolah dan guru-guru tidak mengalami kendala yang berarti. Kata-kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Implementasi, Regrouping, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, 2) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dan 3) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS pada mahasiswa Program S1 KKT Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi tahun 2012 yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar, 2) Penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, 3) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran ARIAS berada pada kategori respon sangat  positif Kata kunci: model pembelajaran ARIAS, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, dan respon mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aimed at determining public perceptions towards the existence of Trans Sarbagita public transportation. The type of the research was descriptive study with a qualitative approach to describe the public perception of Trans Sarbagita public transportation in the Bali Province. The population in this study were all people living in the Sarbaguta Region with a sample of 400 respondents who were searched using the Slovin formula.Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interview. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, public perceptions of the performance dimension gained a score of 10,238 which categorized as good. The service dimension was categorized as good since it received a score of 5,850 . The reliability dimension obtained a score of 5,777 which considered as good. The dimensions of product characteristics earned a score of 2,988 it was categorized as good. Dimensions of conformity with specifications was categorized as good. It obtained a score of 2,819, while the dimensions of the results obtained a score of 5,075 which categorized as below average.

Abstract

The cost spent on education fee cannot be considered low, especially in big cities like Singaraja City. Education fee still becomes a major consideration for people to obtain an education, particularly for those who have low economic background. This problem certainly requires government’s help. Since 2005, the government has distributed educational funding through BOS funds. The problem occurs because BOS fund is only sufficient to fulfill the educational operations, it cannot cover all personal costs that must be spent to fulfill students’ needs in school. This arises various perceptions from students’ parents, both positive and negative. Therefore, this study aimed to determine how parents' perceptions towards education fee, especially in Singaraja City. This research implemented descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study concluded how high school students’ parents’ perceptions towards the educational fee in Singaraja city. In general, parents argue that there are still many costs that they spend despite receiving BOS funding. Nevertheless, they do not mind spending certain cost for education purposes because they realize that education is important for their children’s future.

Abstract

This study departs from problems in class VII K SMP N 1 Banjar, where student learning outcomes are still relatively low. To overcome these problems research into the application of learning cycle 5e. This study is aimed to determine the increase of sosial studies learning outcomes in class VII K SMP Negeri 1 Banjar through the application of learning cycle 5e of the fourth basic competencies with the material scarcity and human needs, Action, Motif and Economic Principle. The type of the research is Class Action Research (CAR) and the data collected through observation and test method. The type of data is quantitative data.  Based on the results of the study stated that the first cycle of student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtain an average learning completeness is 71,44%, then in the second cycle obtain an average learning completeness is 85,44%. Research results prove that sosial studies learning outcomes can increase after applying learning cycle 5e in class VII K SMP Negeri 1 Banjar.
