Abstract

Pasca ditetapkannya sebagai pandemi, Covid-19 memaksa kita untuk merubah pola hidup dan bekerja yang sebelumnya. Data survei LIPI menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi, 94,69% UMKM mengaku sudah mengalami dampak negatif Covid-19 terhadap bisnisnya dan 75% diantaranya mengalami penurunan penjualan yang signifikan. Penyuluhan strategi mengelola sumber daya manusia unggul dalam tatanan normal baru bagi pelaku UMKM di kota Palembang memiliki tujuan khusus yaitu diharapkan peserta kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mampu beradaptasi dengan tantangan normal baru (new normal) sehingga dapat mempertahankan eksistensi bisnis UMKMnya dan meningkatkan produktivitas usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembagian materi, ceramah, dan diskusi/tanya jawab dengan khalayak sasaran yang dipilih adalah pelaku UMKM di kota Palembang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan perizinan usaha melaui aplikasi Online Single Subsmission (OSS) bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Kecamata Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir bertujuan agar para pelaku usaha di desa burai memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam membuat NIB, menyadari pentingnya memiliki perizinan usaha serta untuk mempermudah mereka dalam mendapatkan akses permodalan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan (ceramah), tutorial dan diskusi interaktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara offline dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 UMKM. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam hal pembuatan perizinan usaha dalam bentuk NIB melalui aplikasi Online Single Subsmission (OSS), selain itu adanya peningkatan kesadaran dari para peserta tentang pentingnya memiliki perizinan usaha untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, rata-rata capaian peserta atas kegiatan pelatihan ini berada diatas 85% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman peserta mengenai pembuatan dan manfaat perizinan usaha terhadap peningkatan akses permodalan dan pengembangan usaha bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Generation Z having career maturity because it will be related to career decision-making. Generation Z needs to explore themselves to support future career development. The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect of self-concept on the career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang City and to find out the differences in self-concept and career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang City based on gender. The population was Generation Z in Palembang City, which amounted to 138.444 people. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents sing accidental sampling. The data were taken by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data was processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques and the Independent Sample t-test. This study’s results demonstrated that self-concept significantly affected career maturity, and based on gender, there is no significant difference between the self-concept and career maturity of Generation Z in Palembang. Based on the results of this study, Generation Z, both men and women, can improve their ability to assess themselves so that they are able to recognize and evaluate the potentials that exist in themselves. This research can also help organizations in formulating career development policies for Generation Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sriwijaya Perdana. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana berjumlah 60 pegawai, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian diolah dengan beberapa jenis pengujian dan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 26.0. Uji instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya karena menggunakan model regresi linier berganda maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, serta analisis koefisien determinasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan tingkat hubungan variabel independen dan dependen. Kemudian dilakukan uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui kelayakan model penelitian serta pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity was conducted to develop branding on local products in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This activity was carried out offline. The method of this community service activity was training and mentoring for participants. Participants in the activity were MSME actors engaged in food and beverage processing, convection, and several other fields. The community service activity began with a presentation of material, discussion, and direct practice of using media in making logos. In addition, participants were also directed to use social media to brand their products. The results of the community service activity showed that some participants understood the branding material and could use the Canva application to make their product logos, which will be used in packaging or distributed through social media. Successful branding will build a positive image for consumers, ultimately increasing consumer interest in the product.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of integrity and compensation on the work productivity of Toyota Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api employees. The population of this study were employees of Toyota Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api, and the sample for this study was 85 people. The data analyzed comes from answers to questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research results found that integrity and compensation partially or simultaneously influence the work productivity of Toyota Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api employees. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that leaders be able to provide appropriate and fair compensation to employees, as well as provide support such as conducting work evaluations, planning and implementing skills development and paving the way for employees to improve their careers. Meanwhile, employees are expected to try to organize themselves, create high integrity in the work they do so that they can produce good work productivity
