Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemimpin apa dan bagaimana yang cocok untuk mengelola generasi millenial. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia pekerja dengan tahun kelahiran yaitu Generasi Y atau millenial sebanyak 203 responden. Jenis data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial, maka pemimpin organisasi dapat memetakan kebijakan dan strategi kepemimpinan ideal bagi generasi millenial. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan objek yang lebih luas dan menambahkan variabel kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih representatif.

This study aims to determine the effect of work training on the job training on employee performance at PT Radio Suara Pesona Indah of the City of Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were radio broadcasting employees, selected using saturated sampling, so the sample in this study was the entire population of radio broadcasting employees, totaling 39 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the work training on the job training had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance at PT Radio Suara Indah of the City of Palembang. Keyword: Work Training, Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine how the influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at PT Viduo VI Prabumulih. The population in this study amounted to 80 people with the sampling method using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study used primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT Viduo VI Prabumulih.

To study aims to: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Employees,(2) To determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office Employees. The research was conducted on Bank Employees Sumsel Babel Head Office with a proportionate stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 98 respondents in each division representing a total population of 3.362. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques with a quantitative approach which shows the results that partially financial compensation and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on Employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office. This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety to the employee’s performance at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang Utility Division IB which amounts to 52 employees. This study used saturated sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection technique used is through questionnaires. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention among employess of PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang. The population of this study are employess of PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang a sampel of 75 respondens is this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that the sample has special criteria according to researchers. The special criteria here are employees who are members division include the HR, Accounting, CSR. In this study the data collection used was primary data obtained from questionnaires which were analyzes using simple linear regression analysis techniqudes so it can be concluded that job insecurity thas significant impact on PT Timah Tbk Pangkal Pinang. In this dynamic environment, knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities have become new sources of organizational competitive advantage. As an organization that builds and disseminates knowledge, the role of sharing knowledge in higher education institutions is very important in achieving its goals. In addition, innovation is very important because education plays an important role in creating a sustainable future. This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in sustainable competitive advantage mediated by the innovation capabilities of tertiary institutions in South Sumatra Province. Data were collected from 207 respondents representing 15 private higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province which were selected purposively. Data analysis used structural equation modeling with the LISREL 8.7 application. The results of the study concluded that knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions. The research also proves that innovation capabilities partially mediate the relationship between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province.

Saat ini dunia sedang menghadapi situasi pandemi akibat adanya wabah Corona Virus Disease2019 (COVID-19) yang berdampak mendalam terhadap berbagai sektor ekonomi terutama pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam survey yang dilakukan oleh MicroMentor terhadap 250 UMKM, tercatat bahwa 67% pendapatan UMKM menurun. Dampak Pandemi COVID-19 juga turut dirasakan oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang. Data pemerintah kota Palembang mencatat bahwa ada sekitar 35 ribu UMKM yang mengalami penurunan Omzet sejak pandemi COVID-19. Memasuki era New Normalterjadi perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana hampir sebagian besar kegiatannya menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bisnis kedepan sekaligus peluang besar bagi para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Kota Palembang untuk meningkatkan kembali penjualan produk yang mengalami penuranan cukup tajam selama masa pandemi COVID-19 melalui optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital. UMKM harus memiliki daya saing yang unggul agar dapat mempertahankan bisnisnya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjadi UMKM Unggul di era new normalini adalah dengan pemanfaatan dan pengoptimalisasian strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Strategi pemasaran digital dapat berpengaruh hingga 78% terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran produk. Namun demikian, permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah tidak semua pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang yang dapat menggunakan pemasaran digital secara optimal, bahkan masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sehingga dengan pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital di era new normal bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memahami dan menerapkan serta mengoptimalisasikan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menjadi "UMKM Unggul”.
