Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor KPU Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner (angket) kepada responden kemudian dikumpulkan kembali, dari seluruh responden yang berjumlah 70 orang. Kemudian data ini diolah kembali dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil dari uji F dan uji t, diperoleh persamaan regresi : (Y = 9,319 + 0,555X). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis Nilai probabilitas t hitung dari variabel bebas X sebesar 0,02 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( t-hitung < t-tabel) artinya H0 ditolak, sehingga variabel disiplin kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel peningkatan kinerja pegawai (Y) pada alpha 5%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada kantor KPU Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan dallam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 responden yang diambil menggunkan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adaah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji t (Uji Parsial) yang diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, semakin besar kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai, maka pegawai akan lebih giat dan bersemangat dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisa Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Harga dalam memutuskan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Amanda Brownies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 125 responden konsumen Amanda Brownies cabang Alauddin Makassar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Data yang di peroleh dari kuesioner yang di bagikan berhubungan dengan masalah yang di teliti. Dalam penelitian sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perhitungan ststistik melalui SPSS 26, menghasilkan bahwa Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Amanda Brownies mempengaruhi secara positif kepada keputusan pembelian “Amanda brownies”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didasarkan pada hipotesis secara tepat

Abstract

The purpose of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office. This sample was taken from the Makassar City Tourism Office. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20 application regarding the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office which was discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely that work discipline has a positive effect and significant in increasing employee performance at the Makassar City Tourism Office as evidenced by the work discipline regression coefficient (X) of 0.490 and the calculated t value of 3.051 > t table 0.679 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the influence of dual role conflict and self efficacy on the Performance of Female Employees at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. This sample was taken from the PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculation through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 26 regading The influence of dual role conflict and self-efficacy on the performance of female employees at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar which has been discussed in the previous chapter, the author draw an important conclusion, namely Dual roles and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees. The work pressure given by companies to female employees needs to be given more attention, because excessive work pressure will trigger multiple role conflicts which have an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, self-efficacy needs to be increased further for each individual employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of rewards on employee performance and punishment on employee performance at PT. Nurleni Kahar SPBU 7492212 North Galesong Axle. The sample used in this research was 33 respondents using the census method or saturated sample. The type of research data used in this research is quantitative data. Data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. In this research, the data collected includes primary and secondary data. The analysis method used is multiple klinear regression using the SPSS program. The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nurleni Kahar SPBU 7492212 North Galesong Axle

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of time management on teacher performance at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Sinjai, West Sinjai District, Sinjia Regency. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative survey method. The teacher sample consisted of 41 samples selected using non-probability sampling through saturated sampling techniques. The data in the sample uses primary data obtained using a distributed questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, statistical test and hypothesis test using the SPSS 25 analysis tool. Based on the research results, partially time management (X) shows a tcount value of 0.778 > ttable 0.3081 means that there is a positive and significant influence of time management (X) on teacher performance (Y). This is proven by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 61.5% and the remaining 38.5% is influenced by things that have not been examined in this research.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the influence of the dimensions of moral culture on the quality of public services at PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for the South Sulawesi Region. The type of data used in this research is quantitative obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. In research, the data sources used in data collection include primary and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using the SPSS version 25 calculation application, the statistical results of the trustworthiness core value variable test obtained a t value of 10.781, competent core value obtained a t value of 19.639, harmonious core value obtained a t value of 5.297, loyal core value obtained a t value of 5.297. 23.374, the adaptive core value obtained a calculated t value of 7.163, the collaborative core value obtained a calculated t value of 4.601 from the t table value of 0.2352 and obtained a sig value of 0.000 from a significant value of 0.05

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of employee leadership and discipline on improving the quality of community services at the Dwitiro Village Office, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency." As well as to analyze the variables that most dominantly influence the quality of service at the Dwitiro Village Office, Bontotiro District. To apply this objective, the multiple regression analysis method is used. Based on the results of the regression, the equation Y= -5.535 + 0.807 X_1+ 0.329 X_2+ e. From the results of the analysis model between leadership and discipline, it shows that there is a significant relationship in service quality because R^2 = 0.741, which means that there is a fairly strong influence between leadership and discipline on service quality at the Dwitiro Village Office, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the influence of leadership style, supervision and work discipline on the performance of officials in the Civil Occupation and Registration Service of Barru District. The object of this study is all 62 respondents. This research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are done by means of observation, lifting or questionnaire and documentation. The main variables underlying this study are Leadership Style variables as X1, Supervision as X2, Working Discipline as X3, and Officer Performance as Y. While the technical analysis used in the research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test and Dual Linear Regression Test using the SPSS 27 program. The results of this study showed a positive relationship between the leadership style (X1) and the employer (Y) with a thitung value -2,627 > ttable 0,250 with a Significant Level of 0,011, supervision (X2) with the performance of the employee (Y), with a Thitung value of 3,408 > table 0,250, with a significant rate of 0,001 and work discipline (X3) that contributed positively to the performance (Y). With a thiting value of 2,243 > t table 0,250 and a significant 0.29 in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the District of Barru.
