Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterbukaan diri siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test and post-test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 orang siswa yang memiliki keterbukaan diri yang rendah dan sangat rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keterbukaan diri siswa meningkat setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini terlihat dari mean pre-test = 60 dan mean post-test= 90 dengan nilai uji beda t yaitu thitung =  41,168> ttabel = 2,160 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Artinya ada peningkatan keterbukaan diri siswa secara signifikan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Kata kunci: keterbukaan diri, layanan bimbingan kelompok

Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation Of Teachers' Professionality In Improving The Quality Of Madrasah In The Era Of GlobalizationThe purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the quality of madrasah education in the study of teacher professionalism in the era of globalization. The method uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research and data sources from books and journals about the quality of madrasah education and the professionalism of teachers in the era of globalization. The results in this study indicate that the quality of madrasah education in the era of globalization in the 21st century in the western, eastern and central parts of Indonesia has differences in its quality towards quality education attainment in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). Teacher professionalism is one of the main factors affecting the quality of education. Professional teachers must have the ability: (1) to master teaching materials and materials; (2) master and apply philosophy, methods, techniques and practices; (3) take advantage of the development of ICT to improve the quality of learning; (4) self-development and improving professional performance; and (5) increasing commitment to community service.Abstract: Evaluasi Profesionalitas Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Madrasah Di Era GlobalisasiTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi mutu pendidikan madrasah dalam kajian profesionalitas guru di era globalisasi. Metode menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan sumber data dari buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal tentang mutu pendidikan madrasah dan profesionalitas guru di era globalisasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mutu pendidikan madrasah di era globalisasi abad 21 yang ada di wilayah Indonesia bagian Barat, Timur dan Tengah memiliki perbedaan dalam kualitasnya terhadap pencapaian pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Profesionalitas guru merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Guru yang profesional harus memiliki kemampuan: (1) menguasai materi dan bahan ajar; (2) menguasai dan menerapkan filosofi, metode, teknis dan praktik; (3) memanfaatkan perkembangan TIK untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya; (4) mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kinerja profesional; dan (5) meningkatkan komitmen pengabdian dirinya di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak : Evaluasi Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Di Kota BengkuluPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pengawas madrasah aliyah negeri Kota Bengkulu dalam: (1) melaksanakan program, (2) melaksanakan program supervisi, (3) mengevaluasi hasil pelaksanaan supervisi, dan (4) melaksanakan bimbingan profesional dan pelatihan untuk guru dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP oleh Stufflebeam dan terdiri dari komponen Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan dukungan metodologi kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan angket. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kegiatan penyusunan program supervisi memperoleh skor 93,75% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. (2) Pelaksana program supervisi memperoleh skor 92,05% dalam kategori sangat baik. (3) Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program supervisi skor 89% termasuk dalam kategori baik. serta (4) melaksanakan pembinaan dan pelatihan profesional bagi guru dan kepala sekolah yang memperoleh nilai 85 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Abstract: School Supervisor Performance Evaluation State Madrasah Aliyah In The City Of BengkuluThis study aims to determine the performance of supervisors in Bengkulu City State state madrasah aliyah in (1) conducting programming, (2) implementing supervision programs, (3) evaluating the results of the implementation of supervision, and (4) implementing professional guidance and training for teachers and headmaster. The research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu. This study uses the CIPP evaluation model by Stufflebeam and consists of Context, Input, Process, and Product components. This study uses a qualitative methodology with the support of a quantitative methodology. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, a document study, and questionnaire. The results of the evaluation show that: (1) the activity of preparing the supervision program obtained a score of 93.75%, which is included in the very good category. (2) implementing the supervision program achieved a score of 92.05% in the very good category. (3) Evaluating the results of the implementation of the supervision program a score of 89% is in a good category. and (4) carry out professional coaching and training for teachers and school principals who get a score of 85, including in the good category

Abstract

 Abstract: The Relationship of The School Chairman’s Duties As A Supervisor With The Teacher’s Understanding In Developing The Learning Plan In Public High School 3 SekayuOne of the tasks in teaching is to make learning tools, but there are still teachers in schools who do not understand how to prepare lesson plans and sometimes find it difficult to develop lesson plan components. This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's duties as supervisors and the understanding of teachers in the preparation of lesson plans at SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. The population in this study was 30 teachers so that all of them were used as research samples. The quantitative descriptive method is applied using a questionnaire instrument. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that there is a significant relationship between the duties of the principal as a supervisor and the understanding of the teacher in preparing RPP SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. With the correlation value of person or rcount, namely 0.656> r table, namely 0.361 with a significant level of 5%. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the principal's duties as supervisors and the teacher's understanding in preparing RPP at SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. Suggestions to school principals and teachers to continue to improve understanding of lesson planning (RPP).Abstract: Hubungan Tugas Ketua Sekolah Sebagai Pengawas Dengan Pemahaman Guru Dalam Menyusun Rencana Pembelajaran Di SMA Negeri 3 SekayuSalah satu tugas dalam mengajar adalah membuat perangkat pembelajaran, tetapi masih ada guru di sekolah yang belum memahami cara menyusun RPP dan terkadang merasa kesulitan untuk mengembangkan komponen RPP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tugas kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas dengan pemahaman guru dalam penyusunan RPP di SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 guru, sehingga semuanya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tugas kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas dengan pemahaman guru dalam menyusun RPP SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. Dengan nilai korelasi person atau rhitung yaitu 0,656> rtabel yaitu 0,361 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tugas kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas dengan pemahaman guru dalam penyusunan RPP di SMA Negeri 3 Sekayu. Saran kepada kepala sekolah dan guru agar terus meningkatkan pemahaman dalam penyusunan rencana pelajaran (RPP).

Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation of Learning Strategies in the New Normal Era at SDIT Raudhatul Jannah LubuklinggauSince the Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia in March 2020, all learning activities in schools have been stopped, from early childhood education to higher education. This has an impact on the learning process which has stagnated for several months. SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau through the LPPI (Islamic Education Development Institute) created a learning strategy during the pandemic period by continuing to apply health protocols so that the learning process was not stagnant. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of learning method strategies during the pandemic period designed by LPPI Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau on student learning outcomes. The evaluation of the CIPP model was used with a qualitative descriptive method, conducting interviews to obtain information using questionnaires to respondents, namely the chairman of the LPPI Raudhatul Jannah. The results showed that the learning strategy in the pandemic period which was implemented in schools could work effectively, this was evident from the results of the mid-semester test of students which showed good average scores and at the time of evaluation students were able to remember and reclaim material that had been given at the time online learning.Abstract: Evaluasi Strategi Pembelajaran Pada Era New Normal di SDIT Raudhatul Jannah LubuklinggauSemenjak pandemi covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia bulan maret tahun 2020, seluruh aktivitas pembelajaran disekolah-sekolah dihentikan mulai dari tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini hingga perguruan tinggi. Hal ini berdampak pada proses pembelajaran  yang mengalami stagnasi selama beberapa bulan. SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau melalui  LPPI (Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan Islam) membuat sebuah strategi pembelajaran selama masa pandemi dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan agar proses pembelajaran tidak stagnan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi metode pembelajaran selama masa pandemi yang dirancang oleh LPPI terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa. Evaluasi model CIPP digunakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu melakukan wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi menggunakan kuisioner kepada  responden yaitu ketua LPPI Raudhatul Jannah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran di masa pandemi yang diterapkan di sekolah dapat berjalan efektif, hal ini terbukti dari hasil ujian mid semester yang menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yang baik serta pada saat evaluasi siswa mampu mengingat dan mengulang kembali materi yang pernah diberikan pada saat pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the report on the results of the P3 (Implementation of Learning Devices) activities for Study Program students. Pend. Indonesian Language and Literature STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This research is focused on evaluating the P3 report (Implementation of Learning Devices) covering the systematics of reports and the use of Indonesian. This program evaluation study uses the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). Data was collected through analysis of the results of P3 activity reports (Implementation of Learning Devices) with qualitative descriptive methods. The data were analyzed to determine the feasibility of the report from the systematic and linguistic elements. The results showed that the report on the results of P3 activities (Implementation of Learning Tools) was quite good, in terms of the systematic and linguistic elements of the report. In conclusion, the report on the results of the P3 (Application of Learning Devices) activities for STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau students is quite good. Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of the Leaf material (folium) booklet in the Plant Morphology course and assess student responses to the Leaf (folium) material booklet in the Plant Morphology course. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D (four-D) development model consisting of 4 stages, namely Define (defining), Design (planning), Develop (development) and Disseminate (deployment). The results showed that the validation value of material experts was 90%, linguists were 82.5% and media experts were 80%. The results of the student response questionnaire to the booklet got a score of 83.75%, with a very decent category. In conclusion, the booklet has been successfully developed and is feasible to use. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of Biology Education Students at STKIP-PGRI Lubuklilnggau to become teachers based on Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). The method used is the descriptive method. The research subjects were 23 Biology Education Students at STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau in the 7th semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Data Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) were collected using a questionnaire, while data on students' abilities in making lesson plans and teaching abilities were collected through assessment sheets that STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau had prepared. The study results obtained that CK, PK, PCK, the ability to make lesson plans and the ability to teach students were categorized as good. In conclusion, the Biology Education Student of STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau is ready to become a teacher. Keywords: Evaluation, Teachers, Students, Pedagogical Content

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic for students of the Biology Education Study Program, STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. This research method is a qualitative method using a questionnaire. The data collected includes the results of student satisfaction with online learning, online media used in online learning, the results of delivering material in online learning, deficiencies in online learning, students' choices of lecture methods. The results showed that students satisfied with online learning were as much as 30.2% and WhatsApp was the most popular media. The level of satisfaction with the delivery of material by lecturers was 39.7% and 39.7% of students stated that online learning was wasteful of quota, so the majority of students (49.2%) wanted learning to be carried out face-to-face. In conclusion, students are satisfied with online learning but want to immediately implement face-to-face learning in class. Keywords: COVID 19, Evaluation, Online Learning

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the independence of science learning for seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau in the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaire techniques. The learning independence understudy is independent with responsibility indicators, strong self-confidence and creative thinking. The results showed that students with learning independence in the medium category were five people (22%), students with very good learning independence were five people (22%) and students with learning independence in the good category were 13 people (56%). The average learning independence of grade VII.5 students of SMP Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau is in the good category with a score of 78. In conclusion, grade VII students of SMPN 3 Lubuklinggau have high learning independence in science subjects. Keywords: Evaluation, Independent Learning
