Abstract

Since in online business must involve a reliable marketing strategy to be able to compete in cyberspace to satisfie and growing customers’ loyalty when the transaction is done without meeting face to face with prospective customers or see the product in person. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the relationship of positive product quality, distribution, service quality, on customer loyalty. And the relationship of positive product quality, distribution and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction simultaneously; (2) to identify the factors that influence customers to choose a marketplace in Indonesia; (3) to analyze the needs and expectations of early consumers. This research was conducted using a survey method. Data were collected using a questionnaire tool with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method by taking 400 respondents from the top five marketplace customers in Indonesia. The results indicate that the number of visits and online transactions in the top five marketplaces in Indonesia has changed from previous research data. There is no significant effect of product quality on customer loyalty. However, after re-testing by removing outlier data, there is a significant positive effect of product quality on loyal customers. There is a significant effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. There is no significant effect of distribution on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. In addition, there is a significant effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the role of customer delight in mediating the effect of experiential value on Word of Mouth (WOM) on customers of fine dining restaurants in Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 250 respondents. The research data were analyzed statistically descriptive using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study found that experiential value variables supported by the dimensions of customer escapism, food and beverage excellence and customer efficiency showed a positive influence on customer delight and on WOM. The experiential value variable which is supported by the dimensions of food and beverage excellence has an effect on WOM if mediated by customer delight variable , experiential value variable which is supported by customer escapism dimension also affects WOM when mediated by customer delight variable. The originality of this research lies in the experiential value variable with dimensions of aesthetic experience, and service excellence turns out to have an effect on customer delight or on WOM, customer delight as a mediating variable has no effect on the dimensions of aesthetic experience, service excellence and customer efficiency on WOM. This research is limited only to fine dining restaurants. The managerial implication of this research is that experiential value can be increased through the beautiful appearance of food and beverage excellence accompanied by the appropriate temperature, the customer escapism strategy can be an attractive service alternative if it is equipped with a delightful touch.

Abstract

Abstract- This paper aimed to explore and remap the functions and roles of mediating and moderating variables from various research papers and their use in supply chain management marketing research. The interface areas investigated between marketing and logistics/supply chain management in marketing research. The literature review method used refers to using the thematic content analysis approach and qualitative analysis. The research findings were a single mediation model with full mediation classification, partial mediation, complementary mediation, and competitive mediation. Both single moderation models with classification homologizer moderation, quasi moderation, and pure moderation. Finally, a combination of mediation and moderation models with separated mediation-moderation classification and complementary mediation-moderation. With the increasingly complex modeling that is proposed and tested, the clarity of the statistical tools used is very important to disclose as one component of the assessment of qualitative supply chain management marketing research.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of influencers' contributions on purchase intention with attitudes toward influencers as a mediating variable in the investment industry in Indonesia. This study used a questionnaire from 200 respondents distributed using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis analysis was carried out using the partial least squares (PLS) test, which is one of the structural equation modeling (SEM) approaches. The results showed that the contribution of influencers consisting of perceived credibility, trust, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and perceived expertise had a positive effect on attitudes towards influencers. However, perceived congruence does not have a positive effect on attitudes towards influencers. In addition, attitudes towards influencers have a positive effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Dalam usaha menumbuhkan inovasi dalam memproduksi barang dan jasa serta menumbuh kembangkan berbagai gagasan dan ide usaha baru bagi UMKM di era pandemi ini, diperlukan adanya  peningkatan kinerja. Salah satu hal yang dapat  mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasi. Bagi pelaku usaha, salah satu yang tidak boleh luput perhatian adalah menjaga motivasi kerja karyawan. Hal ini sangat penting karena motivasi akan mempengaruhi kinerja, dan baik atau buruknya kinerja karyawan akan berimbas pada usaha yang dijalankannya. Bila motivasi kerja karyawan terjaga dengan baik maka perkembangan usaha bisa berjalan lancar.Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan peningkatan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penyuluhan adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang motivasi (intrinsik dan ekstrinsik), motivasi wirausaha, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM).  PkM dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan yang dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom. Penyuluh memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai motivasi kerja, serta dilaksanakan pula metode monitoring untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan.Hasil dari penyuluhan yang terlihat dari kuesioner efektifitas penyuluhan, dimana peserta menyatakan bahwa: 1). Materi yang disampaikan menarik, mudah dipahami dan dipraktekan, dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM. 2). Peserta termotivasi untuk bekerja dan berusaha lebih giat lagi, peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang cara meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan akan menerapkannya.Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja, Kreatifitas, Inovasi, UMKM

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of service quality, price, purchase decision,perceived quality, design, and store environment on brand loyalty at Beauty Salon in JakartaTheoretical model that used in this study is the hypothetical testing method, that means toexamine is there the direct effect of service quality, price, purchase decision, perceived quality,design, and store environment on brand loyalty at Beauty Salon in Jakarta using the MultipleRegressions and ANOVA One Way Method.Result of this study states that: (1) There is the positive influence of service quality on brandloyalty; (2) There is the positive influence of price on brand loyalty;(3) There is the positive influence of purchase decision on brand loyalty; (4) There is the positiveinfluence of perceived quality on brand loyalty; (5)There is the positive influence of design onbrand loyalty; (6) There is the positive influence of salon environment on brand loyalty; and(7)There is difference of brand loyalty between mall beauty salon, housing beauty salon, andsettlement beauty salon.Managerial implications of this study is that management must consider many factors that caninfluence service quality, price, purchase decision, perceived quality, design, and salon storeenvironment on brand loyalty at beauty salon in Jakarta in efforts to build and enhance thebrand loyalty.Keywords : Service quality, price, purchase decision, perceived quality ,design, SaloonEnvironment, Brand Loyalty, Beauty Salon.

Abstract

This research is observing about the Perception of internal environthental uncertainty to Service Performance, and then Service performance to Satisfaction, and then Satisfaction to Intention to Continue. Data was gathered by spreading the questionnaire to 130 respondents who manager from service industry to using provider mobile phone. The sampling technique was using a purposive sampling. The analysis tool used was Structural Equation Modeling using Amos version 16 software. The hypothesis testing result shows that Perception of internal environmental uncertainty has a negative effect to Service Performance, and Service performance has a positive effect to Satisfaction, later Satisfaction has a positive effect to Intentions to Continue. It is hoped for the next research to explore another services industry beside and also adds another variable which also has an effect to the variables observed by this research.Keywords : Perception of internal Environmental Uncertainty, Serv ce Performance, Satisfaction, Intention to Continue
