Abstract

The selected lecturer assistant can help the lecturer as a liaison with students so that the lecturer assistant can affect the quality of student learning outcomes. It's just that the acceptance of teaching assistants that were previously less effective and efficient because they still use manual rules and procedures, so they can spend time in their determination, besides that the assessment is still subjective or still looks at the closest family to one candidate in the acceptance of teaching assistants and there are no requirements The right specialty in determining lecturer assistants, causing problems, namely difficulties in determining a suitable lecturer assistant and having skills in his field, In making the wrong decision it results in distrust of the accepted lecturer assistant so that it can have an impact on decreasing students' understanding and skills of the subject. Therefore, a system is needed to solve a problem by providing decision making, so that it can help decision makers in determining the graduation of the right lecturer assistant. The TOPSIS method is applied by the author in this journal, because the TOPSIS method is able to overcome MADM problems so it is very practical in completing a decision, besides that the alternative TOPSIS method selected is obtained from the calculation process and after that ranking is carried out, so that from the process the best alternative is obtained from criteria that have been determined, so that it can be used as a solution in decision making. Because the system takes the value from the best criteria, the accuracy obtained in this system exceeds 90%.

Abstract

The increase in population every year triggers various problems including the accumulation of population in one particular area which can potentially lead to new slum areas. Information regarding the distribution of slum settlements has not been published, so people do not know the area they will be increasing or including the slum area. In overcoming these problems, a Geographic Information System (GIS) was designed to digitally map the distribution of slum areas using calculations based on PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 14 of 2018 concerning Prevention and Quality Improvement of Slum Housing and Slum Settlements. The determination was calculated using 7 indicators and 16 criteria and resulted in 3 classifications of slum level consisting of light slums, medium slums, and heavy slums. The final result of this research is expected to help the relevant government and the community in knowing the distribution area of slums based on WebGIS. Black-box testing is used to test the functionality of the system that was built and get good results with details of all functions running and following the design stage. Testing the system interface was carried out using an online questionnaire filled out by 38 respondents, resulting in a percentage of 87.5% calculated using a Likert scale so that it was categorized as excellent.

Abstract

This research is a research on a decision support system in choosing the best android emulator to use on a computer as a topic of discussion. The Android emulator is a software that supports computers, both laptops and other computer devices, to be able to continue to access Android in computer use by simulating Android to a computer device. In choosing an android emulator, problems often arise to use which emulator is the best and in accordance with the specifications of the computer you have, so for this conditioning, emulator experiments must be carried out one by one in an effort to ensure which emulator is of the highest quality and in simulating android on. Decision Support System can be a good approach in selecting an android emulator, with several criteria in determining the best android emulator, the VIKOR method is used because it has a multi-criteria basic concept. The VIKOR method is an approach in ranking alternatives to get the ideal and best solution with the criteria that have been owned and determined. In testing by managing data, it was found that the genymotion emulator had a final result of 0 and became the best emulator. By applying the VIKOR method, android users or emulator seekers, namely the community of game lovers or gamers, and android lovers will help to determine the ideal android emulator according to the specifications and the best emulator quality.

Abstract

In starting a business, a leader will definitely open a job vacancy for employee acceptance announced through print and social media where not just selection of employees carelessly in order to get the best employees. Mess GM which is a case study uses interviews in the selection of employees manually and criteria that have been set by the leader does not recalculate the weight obtained so that ultimately will get an employee who is not desired by the leader and have an impact on the business finances.For that we need a decision support system employee acceptance by mengguanakan method Weighted Product (WP) using multiplication to relate the rating attribute, where the rating of each attribute must first be raised with the corresponding attribute weights are called the normalization process, so mess GM get the best employees which conforms to the established criteria standards.

Abstract

Meetings are routine activities held mainly on the scope of educational institutions, one of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA). Although FMIPA UNTAN began to focus on the development of technology. However, not all things done by applying the concept of information technology, there are still activities that are done conventionally one of them is the meeting activities. Conventional meeting involves obstacles such as improper invitation letter invitation notification, so that the participants of invited meetings are uninformed and do not attend the meeting. In addition, the changing meeting schedule is not in accordance with the invitation of the meeting, Another obstacle is the attendance attendance list of meeting participants and minutes of meetings can not be well documented. By looking at the many problems that arise in the implementation of conventional meeting activities can lead to the main objectives of meeting activities can not be achieved properly. Therefore, to overcome the problem requires an alternative solution model of communication that does not depend on the location, distance or time of the meeting. One alternative model of communication is by designing online based meetings application website using UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language). The design of this online meeting is expected to facilitate the distribution of invitation information directly to the members of the meeting concerned. Meeting participants can enter into the application to find out the meeting agenda that will take place and find out the documentation of the meeting result written by the minutes of the meeting after the end of the meeting.

Abstract

The room loan information system at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tanjungpura University was built because the process of borrowing space at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences was not yet using technology. Need help that is better than expected, both from the borrower and those who have lending facilities, there are still those who ask for a loan approval letter, the amount of lending data can help redundancies based on room lending information for a long time, the lending process, must be approved by various party. In this research, as a first step in developing the system, a system analysis using the PIECES framework is used as an analysis of the functional requirements of the system to see the weaknesses of conventional old systems compared to new systems using technology. From this analysis the system design is made using UML. Furthermore, the design that has been made will be implemented into the PHP Programming Language. The final results of this study will display the room usage schedule, the process of filing a room loan, the loan report and the notification flow which are expected to provide complete and efficient information related to room lending that must be searched for the long and difficult process of borrowing the room and help assist the search process in the borrower room online and can be computerized well.

Abstract

Beasiswa diperlukan pada pendidikan untuk dapat membantu mahasiswa meraih pendidikannya ke tingkat Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, yang mungkin  biayanya sangat mahal. Bidikmisi adalah salah satu dari beasiswa yang ada pada Universitas Tanjungpura. Semua calon mahasiswa UNTAN didorong untuk mengajukan beasiswa bidikmisi setiap tahunnya. Namun karena keterbatasan kuota dana bidikmisi yang tersedia, tidak semua bisa mendapatkannya. Oleh karena itu, agar pemberian bantuan bidikmisi dapat dipergunakan secara maksimal, diperlukannya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menerapkan cara perhitungan MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis). Hal ini dilakukan untuk membantu kemungkinan bahwa beasiswa Bidikmisi dapat diberikan kepada orang yang tepat. Sebuah bobot diberikan untuk setiap kriteria oleh MOORA, yang meliputi usia, pendapatan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan, prioritas rumah dan nilai rata-rata rapor sekolah menengah/kejuruan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu ketika pendekatan MOORA dipergunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, maka akan tercipta sistem yang membuat rekomendasi akhir kepada mereka yang akan diberikan dana beasiswa bidikmisi yang berupakan 5 orang penerima dari 30 orang sampel.

Abstract

Pemilihan Jurusan pada SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak selalu dilakukan pada tiap tahun ajaran baru untuk para calon siswa. Penjurusan pun terbagi atas kelas MIA (Matematika Ilmu Alam) dan IIS (Ilmu-Ilmu Sosial). Agar bakat dan potensi para calon siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dapat berkembang secara maksimal, maka para calon siswa dalam mengambil penjurusan yang ingin dipilih harusnya tepat pada potensi akademik dalam diri mereka sendiri. Maka, agar tidak salah sasaran dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang mampu membantu menentukan jurusan terbaik bagi setiap siswa melalui metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis). Cara kerja metode MOORA adalah dengan memberikan bobot pada masing-masing kriteria yang sudah ditentukan yakni Nilai rata-rata Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, IPA, dan IPS serta Tingkatan nilai IQ pada masing masing calon siswa. Hasil perhitungan dari 50 sampel data calon siswa yang diolah menghasilkan keputusan yang terdiri dari 33 siswa untuk 6 kelas IPA dan 17 siswa untuk 3 kelas IPS. Hasil pengujian pun dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode MOORA dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang memberikan hasil akhir rekomendasi.

Abstract

Air adalah salah satu elemen dalam hidup yang harus dijaga karena air adalah salah satu zat paling penting di kehidupan manusia. Sedikitnya publikasi informasi terkait kualitas kebersihan air di sekitar masyarakat, menyadarkan pentingnya keberadaan suatu sarana untuk masyarakat mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, akan dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memetakan seluruh titik pemantauan air di Kota Pontianak dan menggunakan data pemantauannya untuk mendapatkan status mutu air mengandalkan metode STORET berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 115 tahun 2003 tentang Pedoman Penentuan Status Mutu Air. STORET dihitung dengan cara membandingkan data pemantauan dengan baku mutu yang diregulasi di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Hasil perhitungan akan diberikan skor dan diklasifikasi menggunakan standar kelas US-EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) berdasarkan total skor dari setiap titik pemantauan. Hasil menunjukan pada data di Pontianak tahun 2021, terdapat 8 titik pemantauan yang tergolong Tercemar Sedang, 18 titik pemantauan yang tergolong Tercemar Berat, dan 68 titik pemantauan yang tidak memiliki data yang cukup untuk dihitung. Adapun hasil pengujian antarmuka sistem menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebar kepada 51 responden mendapatkan hasil 89,1% menggunakan Skala Likert sehingga hasil pengujian tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai Sangat Baik.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the SIMFONI-PPA Application, the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Sambas Regency, in 2017 there were 95 cases of violence against women and children in Sambas Regency, then in 2018 there were 43 cases, followed by in 2019 as many as 49 cases, and in 2020 as many as 64 cases. This shows an increasing trend in the number of cases of violence that occur from year to year. The increasing trend is caused by the lack of access to information to make complaints, the processing of data on areas of violence that has not been integrated, so that the government does not have up-to-date data to anticipate. To support DP3AP2KB in handling and preventing violence, this research builds a system based on the estimation of violence against women and children by utilizing the Small Area Estimation Method, especially the IDW interpolation technique. This research was carried out by processing data through the ArcGIS application to determine the pattern of areas prone to violence, using interpolation techniques to predict unmeasured variables at various locations, with IDW assuming that the closer a point is to an unknown point, the greater the effect. . IDW uses the values measured at points around the location, to estimate the value of the variable at the location in question. Then the results of data processing is implemented in a web-based geographic information system. The system that has been built has been tested using the black box method and calculated using a Likert scale, obtaining a value of 86.20% which is included in the Very Good category.
