Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumption patternand level of household food security of cassava farmers and find out the relationship between consumption patterns and the level of household food security of cassava farmers. Determination of the location of the study, namely Gunung Batin Udik Village Terusan Nunyai District of Central Lampung Regency,is carried out by purposive method for this location is a center of cassava production. The samplesare77 cassava farmer households obtained by simple random sampling method. The data analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistical and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) score of cassava farmer households is in the low category (61.62). The level of food security of cassava farmers is in poor condition and food insecurity. Food consumption patterns (DDP score) related to the level of food security. In a sense, the higher the food consumption pattern (DDP score), thebetter thefood security level.Key words: consumption patterns,food security, households

Abstract

This study aims to analyze technical efficiency of onion farming and the factors that influence the technical inefficiency of onion farming. This research is conducted purposely in Ketapang Sub-district.  The respondents are 49 farmers collected by sensus method.  He research data is taken in September to November 2016.  The technical efficiency is measured by frontier production function and estimated by Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method with Frontier 4.1c computer program.  The estimation of factor that influences the technical inefficiency is applied by linear regression model simultaneously obtained by using the frontier production function.  The results showed that the average of technical efficiency of onion farming in Ketapang Sub-district was 0.93 which meant very efficient.  Furthermore, the factors that significantly influenced the technical inefficiency of onion farm in Ketapang Sub-district were the farming experience and counseling frequency.Key words: frontier, onion farming, technical efficiency

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the income and added value of household scale coconut sugar agroindustry in Sidomulyo Subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. This research is conducted by a survey method in determining the sample. Respondents are the owners of coconut sugar agroindustries. Data were collected in January - February 2019, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that income over cash costs amounted to Rp2,976,013.89 and income over total costs amounted to Rp529,747.40. Coconut sugar agroindustry was profitable with R/C of 3.66 over cash costs and 1.15 over total costs, it was worth cultivating because it had positive value-added, namely raw material of Rp949.84/ liter. Abstract

This study aims to determine the highest satisfaction level of SB-CBDproduct attributes, analyze the level of customer satisfaction coffee powder SB-CBD, analyze the level of loyalty coffee powder SB-CBD, and know the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty of coffee powder SB-CBD. This research was conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung purposively.The number of consumer respondents as many as 60 people, using accidental sampling. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), analysis of Important Performance Analysis (IPA), pyramid loyalty and Rangk Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that there were five atributs which had the highest satisfaction namely halal label, taste, price, aroma, and expiration dates.  The level of customer satisfactionofcoffee powder SB-CBD belonged to satisfied criteria and promotion attributes needed to be improved for better company’s performance.  The level of consumer loyalty of coffee powder SB-CBD belonged to the category of loyal because the majority of consumers as described in pyramid loyalty were at the level of liking the brand.  There is a positive relationship between the level of satisfaction and loyalty coffeepowder SB-CBD. Abstract

Saluran pemasaran ubi kayu secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi tingkat keuntungan dan efisiensi ekonomi petani ubi kayu. Tingkat keuntungan dipengaruhi oleh harga jual ubi kayu di tingkat petani, rafaksi (potongan), dan biaya pemasaran ubi kayu.  Pemilihan jenis saluran pemasaran menyebabkan perbedaan keuntungan usahatani ubi kayu, sehingga efisiensi ekonomi pun akan berbeda.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis saluran pemasaran, perbedaan keuntungan dan efisiensi ekonomi berdasarkan saluran pemasaran ubi kayu.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Gunung Agung dan Desa Bandar Sakti, Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, pada bulan Januari-Maret 2021 dengan metode survei. Keuntungan dianalisis dengan nisbah R/C dan uji beda dua sampel pada aplikasi SPSS, serta untuk efisiensi ekonomi relatif dianalisis dengan Uji F dan Uji T, dimana hasil uji statistik dimasukkan dalam persamaan fungsi keuntungan UOP (unit output price).  Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu (1) terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran yang dilalui oleh petani ubi kayu di Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai dengan dua pabrik yang berbeda lokasi, (2) terdapat perbedaan keuntungan usahatani ubi kayu di Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai, (3) terdapat perbedaan efisiensi ekonomi antara petani ubi kayu di Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai, yaitu petani ubi kayu dengan saluran pemasaran pendek lebih efisien.

Abstract

Since Ayips pioneering the business, Ayips has been doing marketing online by using Instagram, Whatsapp, GoFood and GrabFood to aim to introduce the product to consumers more widely and quickly. To achieve the goal, Ayips has to fulfill the expectations of its consumers by electronic services also known as e-services. The research aims to analyze e-services performance in the online marketing of chicken Ayips by e-commerce to fulfill the expectation of its costumers. Ayips Bandar Lampung was chosen purposely. The samples used in this study were 75 people. The data was analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that Ayips' willingness to answer questions and help customers if they have trouble dealing online needs improvement.

Abstract

Ubi kayu merupakan tanaman multifungsi yang berperan sebagai bahan baku sumber energi alternatif, pangan serta pakan. Produksi ubi kayu harus ditingkatkan supaya berdaya saing tinggi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis biaya transaksi usahatani ubi kayu; menganalisis komoditas unggulan; menganalisis daya saing ubi kayu; dan menganalisis dampak alternatif kebijakan dalam sistem komoditas di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dengan menggunakan metode survei kepada 131 petani ubikayu yang diambil secara purposive. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Transaction Cost (TrC); Location Quotient; PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix); dan Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian (1) biaya transaksi ubi kayu sebesar Rp. 356.507,40/ha/petani/musim, (2) usahatani ubi kayu memiliki nilai LQ sebesar 1,06 artinya tanaman ubi kayu termasuk tanaman unggulan yang berdaya saing, (3) usahatani ubi kayu memiliki daya saing dalam produksi ubi kayu sehingga usahatani ubi kayu layak untuk terus dikembangkan, (4) analisis sensitivitas ubi kayu peka terhadap perubahan penurunan harga output dan peka terhadap perubahan kenaikan harga input dengan nilai persentase maksimal. Sarannya adalah pemerintah harus membuat kebijakan harga output untuk petani ubi kayu yang berupa Harga Minimum Regional (HMR) supaya daya saing ubi kayu lebih meningkat dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The increase in coffee consumption makes coffee shops more widespread, the intense competition between coffee shops makes coffee shop entrepreneurs have to continue to innovate and pay attention to consumer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze consumer evaluation of product quality, service quality, and level of customer satisfaction, also the effect of product quality, service quality, and location on consumer satisfaction. This study used a survey method. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method. The sample collection method used accidental sampling, which means that all consumers who have ever purchased products at Café Kopi Susu Baper. The number of samples in this study was 45 people. The research location was determined deliberately at Café Kopi Susu Baper because Café Kopi Susu Baper was one of the cafes in Metro City with private property rights and has been in existence for two years. Data collection from February to March 2021. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The result showed that the product quality variable was included in the high category with an index value of 187,66. The service quality variable was included in the high category with an index value of 191,98. The consumer satisfaction variable was in the high category with an index value of 200,67. Product quality, service quality, and location variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the coefficient of partial determination shows that service quality was a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pendapatan rumah tangga petani jagung terbesar bersumber dari pendapatan usahatani, oleh karena itu perubahan harga sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan para petani jagung. Pendapatan yang diperoleh akan mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani jagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani jagung di Desa Sukabanjar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan pengamatan langsung dan data sekunder dari instansi terkait. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis pendapatan rumah tangga, dan analisis tingkat kesejahteraan berdasarkan teori Sajogyo (1997). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan usahatani merupakan pendapatan terbesar bagi pendapatan rumah tangga petani jagung, berdasarkan teori Sajogyo (1997) terdapat 48 petani jagung yang masuk ke dalam kategori sejahtera. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa rumah tangga petani jagung memiliki pendapatan perkapita yang tidak mencukupi untuk masuk kedalam kategori sejahtera. Perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita para petani jagung di Desa Sukabanjar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pada Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem, menganalisis manfaat Koperasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan manfaat koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperas yang dilaksanakan di Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatifi dengan informan dan responden penelitian sebanyak 12 orang yang merupakan pengurus dan anggota koperasi. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan tabulasi.Pelayanan Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Metro dinilai berdasarkan persepsi anggota koperasi.  Penilaian didasarkan pada 5 (lima) aspek yang meliputi (1) aspek tampilan fisik (tangibles), (2) aspek keterandalan (realibilities), (3) aspek daya tanggap (esponsiveness), (4) kemampuan dalam memberikan jaminan (assurance), dan (5) aspek kemampuan memberikan perhatian personal (emphaty). Secara umum pelayanan Koperasi dinilai cukup memuaskan hingga sangat memuaskan.  Anggota koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem memperoleh manfaat ekonomi dan non-ekonomi. Bentuk manfaat yang dirasakan anggota diantaranya anggota memiliki tempat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dan memiliki lembaga simpan pinjam untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya.  Anggota Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Metro menilai manfaat pada kategori memuaskan dan sangat.  Patisipasi anggota Koperasi Jurai Siwo Ragem Kota Metro terbagi atas 3 (tiga) hal yaitu: 1) Hadir dalam Rapat Anggota Tahunan, 2) Pembayaran simpanan yang meliputi simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib, dan simpanan lain, 3) Pemanfaatan pelayanan pada unit usaha simpan pinjam dan pengadaan barang serta jasa.  Partisipasi anggota koperasi dipengaruhi kualitas layanan dan manfaatan yang diterima anggota koperasi.
