Abstract

This research was entitled “the effects of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion toward the purchasing interest of Kripik Tempe Sawangan No 1 in Purwokerto”. This research aimed to analyze the effects of product quality, price, and promotion toward the purchasing interest of Kripik Tempe. In this research, the data collection was done by questionnaires given to 100 respondents of Kripik Sawangan No 1 in Purwokerto through accidental sampling method to know the respondens response towards each variable. The technique of data analysis used double linear regression analysis that was used to prove the research hypothesis. The data that fulfilled the validity, reliability, classical assumption tests was analyzed to produce the equation of double linear regression. This research results could be concluded that product quality, price, and promotion gave positive effects towards purchasing interest of Kripik Tempe. The test of hypothesis used t-test and showed that product quality, price, and promotion as analyzed variables were significantly proven affected the variable of purchasing interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects difference and typical celebrity endorser endorser in the ad-person sampho Clear and determine the effect of typical celebrity endorser-person and endorser of the brand image of products sampho Clear. This study is a survey with a population of m students Muhammadiyah University of Navan user and Clear shampoo sample of 97 respondents. Data analysis using independent sample t test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test. The results showed that there are differences in usage and the typical endorser Celebrity endorsers in advertising-person sampho Clear. Based on t test results obtained for 2.976 t count bigger than t table 1.653. celebrity endorser significant effect on brand image Clear shampoo brand. Value of 6.041 t count bigger than t table 1.987. typical-person endorser significant effect on brand image Clear shampoo brand. Value of 3.417 t count bigger than t table 1.987. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dealer di Purbalingga baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan cara sensus, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada seluruh responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikan (α) 0,05.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : Karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja.
