Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) titled "Design of the Multi-Purpose Building at Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Sawit Boyolali" was initiated to address the need for infrastructure in the form of a multi-purpose building. The scope of the activity includes the planning and design of the building so that it can adequately accommodate various activities according to the required capacity and comfort, while also meeting technical building standards. The method used consists of four main stages. First, gathering data on the site, user needs, and the necessary building technical standards. Second, conducting an analysis of space planning and programming. Third, formulating the design concept. Fourth, developing the design into technical drawings or Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED) and preparing a cost estimate (RAB). The final goal of this PkM is to produce a Design Document for the Multi-Purpose Building for PCM Sawit Boyolali.

Abstract

A clean environment is an important factor in creating a comfortable and healthy learning atmosphere, especially in elementary schools where children are growing physically and mentally. The concept of introducing a clean environment from an early age has a strategic role in forming positive habits that will have an impact in the future. With the introduction of a clean environment program in elementary schools, it is hoped that students will understand the importance of maintaining a clean environment, both at school and at home prevention of stroke on the quality of life of the elderly.To provide an introduction to the concept of a clean environment in elementary schools, with the main aim of developing students' awareness and behavior in maintaining cleanliness from an early age. Implementation of Community Service Activities at State Elementary School 041 State Elementary School 041 has carried out community service activities regularly every week. This activity involves the entire school community, including the principal, teachers, students and school staff. Community service activities are carried out on Fridays every week, with a duration of around 1-2 hours. This research shows that community service activities in elementary schools are effective in introducing students to a clean environment. This activity can increase students' awareness and concern for the environment, build cooperation and a sense of shared responsibility in maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment, and become a learning tool that supports the creation of a clean and healthy environment.

Abstract

Al Anwar Mosque is located in Sawahan Pendowoharjo Sewon Hamlet, Bantul. Currently, the mosque management is planning to renovate the mosque yard in the form of installing paving blocks as a pavement layer. The courtyard of the mosque is still dusty soil, so that in the rainy season it becomes muddy and disturbs the comfort of people who come to worship in the mosque. Funding and technical assistance are the main problems in the renovation program of the pavement layer of the mosque courtyard. On the basis of these problems, it is necessary to carry out community service in the form of funding and also technical assistance for the renovation of the pavement layer of the mosque courtyard. The results of community service activities increase the safety and comfort of Al Anwar mosque worshippers.

Abstract

This resesearch aims to examine the relationship between the variables Work Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. The mediating role of Job Satisfaction is used to analyze the indirect influence between variables. Respondents in this resesearch were permanent employees at PT Central Sandang Jayatama Cilacap. The sampling technique was applied to a population of 800 employees at PT. Central Sandang Jayatama Cilacap. The sample size was initially determined using Slovin’s formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 89 respondents. To enhance the validity and representativeness of the data, the sample size was subsequently increased to 150 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS software. A quantitative approach was chosen to explain the causal relationship between variables. The results of the resesearch showed that Work Life Balance had no significant effect on employee performance, Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence had a significant effect on Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction. This resesearch contributes by including the variable Job Satisfaction as a mediator between Work Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The growth of the retail industry in Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency, has intensified competition between modern retail outlets and traditional stores, including staple goods businesses. This study aims to analyze the influence of location, product variety, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Toko Sihab (Wholesale and Retail). A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 110 respondents drawn from an estimated population of 1,500 customers, determined based on Roscoe’s guideline. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, location, product variety, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. A strategic and accessible location, a wide variety of products that meet consumer needs, and friendly, responsive service are key factors in attracting and retaining customers. These findings highlight the importance of consumer-oriented marketing strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional retail stores amid the growing dominance of modern retail outlets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Word of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Mlaku Coffee Products in Purwokerto.The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 100 respondents were obtained as a sample. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire in the form of a 1-5 Likert scale to respondents who have purchased Mlaku Coffee products who live in Purwokerto. The data analyzed is primary data collected through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has no positive effect on purchasing decisions. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Ambassador, Brand Awareness, Customer Trust, and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on the interest in buying Vans shoes among students in Purwokerto. The study used a quantitative approach with the type of associative research, the sampling technique with purposive sampling obtained 125 respondents from three universities. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study showed that the four variables, namely Brand Ambassador, Brand Awareness, Customer Trust, and e-WOM, had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. These findings prove that the selection of the right Brand Ambassador, increased brand awareness, maintained consumer trust, and  effective management of e-WOM can increase interest in buying Vans shoes among students. The results of this study are expected to be an input for brand marketing strategies in the younger generation segment.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Perceived Price on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions among the general public in Purwokerto, using non-probability sampling techniques and involving 124 respondents.  The research variables include four independent variables, namely the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Perceived Price Qualityice one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.  The method used in this research is quantitative research and distributing questionnaires to representative respondents, namely respondents who have used Wardah products and live in Purwokerto.  This questionnaire technique uses a Likert scale and distributes the questionnaire online via Google Form.  Because the population in this study is unknown.  In this research, determining the sample size refers to Roscoe's research.  The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with data processing carried out using IBM SPSS 26 Statistics. The research results show that Brand Awareness and Perceived Price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, while Brand Association and Perceived Price have a negative influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid and stringent development of the cosmetics industry requires companies to continue improving their strategies and innovations to survive and compete. This research analyzes the influence of hedonic shopping motives and sales promotions on impulsive buying. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 106 respondents taken based on purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26.00. The research results showed that 1) hedonic shopping motives have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, 2) sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, 3) There are no differences in impulse buying behavior based on employment status.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality, and location on customer satisfaction at Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalinga. The sample in this study was 110 customers of Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalingga. This research applies a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as data collection. Purposive sampling was implemented as a sampling technique, with criteria 1). Purbalingga people who have visited Piknik Coffee Eatery at least 2 times and 2). Minimum age 17 years. Multiple linear regression technique using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that Service Quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Location has no effect on customer satisfaction of Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalinga.
