Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and morale on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur. The sample in this study was 125 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used was multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f. The results of the regression equation are Y = 7.828 + 0.386X1 + 0.445X2 + 4.596, meaning that human resource development and morale have a positive influence on the productivity of employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur. The result of the determination test is 0.557 or (55.7%). This shows that human resource development and morale affect the productivity of employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur by 55.7%, while the rest (100 - 55.7% = 44.3%) is explained or influenced by other variables not examined. Human resource development and morale together have an influence on the productivity of the temporary workers at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur, because the significant value of 0.003 is smaller than 0.05. Morale has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of on the productivity of temporary employees at Pamong Praja Police Unit and Fire Department of Kaur, with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of word of mouth and brand image on the decision to use Grab Food services in Bengkulu City. This research uses quantitative research methods, where research data contains numbers and is analyzed using statistics. With a sample of 100 respondents, respondents were given several statements about the influence of word of mouth and brand image on the decision to use Grabfood services. Simultaneous Hypothesis testing, Fratio value is 75,537 with probability value (sig.) = 0.000. meaning that the significance value is less than the probability value of 0.05 or the value (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted. This means that the variable Word of Mouth (X1) , Brand image (X2) both have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Food Services in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 84 outsourced employees at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression indicate that there is a positive influence between recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the direction of the regression has a positive direction, namely Y = 10,471+ 0,316X1 + 0,305X2 + e. Recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increasing attention to recruitment will increase the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. This illustrates that with good recruitment between employees and leaders and between employees and other employees, performance can be improved. Placement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the significant value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the more precise the placement of employees, the performance will also increase. Recruitment and placement have a significant effect together on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between recruitment and placement on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.304. This means that recruitment and placement affect performance by 30.4% while the rest (100-30.4% = 43.3%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia yang harus dipenuhi setiap saat adalah masalah pangan. Sebagai dampak pandemi Covid 19 saat ini salah satunya adalah krisis pangan, untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga maka dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang tersedia,  diantara nya melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan budidaya lele di RT.34, RW.01 Jalan Timur  Komplek Green Palm Estate Kelurahan Sidomulyo Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat kami yang di gunakan untuk budidaya ikan lele dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan berpola penyuluhan dan pendampingan, Dengan demikian dalam mengaplikasikan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kami melakukan kegiatan budidaya lele, ada pun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi yang lebih modern berupa pembuatan kolam terpal sebagai media wadah budidaya ikan lele.  untuk pembinihan, pembesaran ikan, dan panen ikan lele. Selain untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani untuk skala rumah tangga juga bisa menambah pendapatan warga dengan mempromosikan hasil panen ikan lele nya lewat berbagai media sosial seperti WhatApp Grup, facebook dan instagram, sehingga diharapkan membangkitkan perekonomian RT.34, RW.01 Jalan Timur  Komplek Green Palm Estate Kelurahan Sidomulyo Kecamatan Gading Cempaka Kota Bengkulu, Kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran memberdayakan nya adalah pengurus karang taruna dan pengurus RT tersebut. Abstract

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini anak melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui media internet dengan menggunakan zoom ataupun whattsapp, hal ini menyebabkan anak-anak terlalu banyak berinteraksi dengan gadget. Penggunaan gadget hanya memberikan manfaat pada anak sebesar 10%, komunikasi 19%, sebagai sarana pencari informasi  24%, media pembelajaran 30%, sedangkan bermain game 35%. Sehingga dapat di katakan bahwa penggunaan gadet pada anak bisa memberikan sisi positif maupun negatif. Untuk membantu mengurangi pengaruh penggunaan Gadget tersebut Tim melakukan pengenalan permainan Tradisional Provinsi Bengkulu kepada anak-anak Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Guyup Rukun

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini di latar belakangi oleh fenomena meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Merawan 14 A RT.31 RW. 07 kelurahan Sawah Lebar kecamatan Ratu Agung. Sumber data dari pengabdian ini ialah pengelola, fasilitator, dan warga setempat.. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu: Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut di atas maka dilaksanakanlah penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah dengan metode/langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : 1) Memperkenalkan sampah rumah tangga yang selama ini selalu dianggap menjadi barang/bahan yang tidak bernilai ekonomis. 2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pengolahan sampah dengan pengembangan metod. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengelolaan sampah, bank sampah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of public services, to determine the satisfaction of the public (community), and to determine the effect of service quality on public satisfaction in Lubuk Lintang Village, Seluma District. The main data of the research is data that comes from respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis used linear regression and t-test (t-test). The results showed that the quality of service provided by the Lubuk Lintang Village apparatus was quite good, the public (community) satisfaction with the services provided by the Lubuk Lintang Village apparatus, Seluma Subdistrict, was classified as good. The results of this study increase the quality of service can increase community satisfaction based on a linear regression coefficient of 0.300. The hypothesis that was previously proposed was proven, because the t count was the significance was 0.018 < 0.05 ..

Abstract

Purchasing decision is the final stage of consumers in determining or knowing a product and will decide to buy the desired product.This study aims to determine the effect of transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest and explorative interest together on consumer interest in smartphone purchasing decisions at the Lubuk Linggau Cell Central Store. The population in this study were buying smartphones at the Lubuk Linggau Cell Central Store and the sample in this study were 50 customers who purchased smartphones at the Lubuk Linggau Cell Central Store. Data collection used instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.Research results The regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 9,747 + 0,897 X1 + 0,832 X2 + 0,776 X3 + 0,890 X4 + e 1,820 means that if there is an increase in Transactional Interest, Referential Interest, Preferential Interest, Explorative Interest will also affect purchasing decisions. Transactional interest influences purchasing decisions. Transactional Interest (X1), shows t count of 2.954 > t table 1.66140 significant 0.000 < 0.050, Transactional Interest variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Referential Interest Variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.014 <0.050. Referential Interest variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Preferential interest influences purchasing decisions. Preferential Interest Variable (X3), shows t count of 2.344 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. Preferential interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Explorative interest influences purchasing decisions. Explorative interest (X4), shows t count of 2.980 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. Explorative interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of technology, communication devices that make everyone who has a smartphone connected to the internet makes it easier for prospective buyers to find the desired item through their communication device. a very promising opportunity to be developed. The implementation of this community service aims to apply e-commerce to the sale of these coffee products. In the application of e-commerce to coffee products, it is necessary to provide insight to business actors to maintain product quality because it relates to buyer trust, providing complete and fast information, openness to information from customers and the existence of coupons and discounts for regular customers Transparency of product delivery information, trace the existence of the goods sent and good cooperation between the seller and the buyer must be maintained properly. Vigilance against online fraud is also information that needs to be given to business actors in the implementation of this community service. So that at the end of the implementation of this community service, understands online business opportunities, can compete healthily, gain the trust of its customers. the creation of social media accounts and e-commerce interfaces. The product marketing process went quite well as indicated by the addition of the number of visitors on social media accounts after 2 months. Marketing continues to be carried out by utilizing other social media.
