Abstract

ABSTRAKBody image negatif sangat umum terjadi pada masa remaja dan mempunyai dampak buruk bagi kesehatan seperti meningkatnya resiko rendah diri, depresi, gangguan aktivitas fisik dan pola makan. Pendidikan gizi adalah salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Media sosial telah menjadi bagian kehidupan remaja sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pendidikan. Pendidikan gizi dengan media sosial dapat dengan mudah diakses dan tidak terbatas pada ruang dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan gizi dengan media sosial terhadap persepsi body image remaja. Jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Wates dan SMAN 1 Lendah masing-masing 42 remaja. Penentuan dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama I bulan yaitu sebanyak 3 kali seminggu. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan SPSS. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan pendidikan gizi dengan media sosial mempengaruhi persepesi body image remaja (p=0.008). Ada pengaruh pendidikan gizi dengan media sosial terhadap persepsi body image remaja. Penggunaan media sosial yang tepat dapat membentuk persepsi body image positif pada remaja.Kata Kunci : Media sosial, persepsi body image, remajaABSTRACTNegative body image was very common in adolescence and had the impact of bad for health such as increased risk of low self-esteem, depression, impaired physical activity and eating patterns. Nutrition education was one of the interventions that can be done to overcome these problems. Social media had become a part of teenage life so it could be used as a medium of education. Nutrition education with social media could be easily accessed and it was not limited in time and space. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of nutrition education with social media against the perception of body image teenagers. This type of research was Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group. The subjects were students of Class XI IPA SMAN 1 Wates and SMAN 1 Lendah each of 42 teenagers, purposive sampling with determination. The research was carried out during a month that is as much as 3 times a week. It used the Wilcoxon test data analysis with SPSS. The Wilcoxon test results showed nutrition education with social media affect teen body image persepesi (p = 0.008). There was influence of the nutrition education with social media against perception of body image teenagers. Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory system that has an impact on a person's health and quality of life. Consumption of nutritionally balanced foods is one of the efforts that can be made to improve the immune system during a pandemic and maintain optimal health status. Therefore, knowledge of balanced nutrition is needed to support the implementation of balanced nutrition attitudes and behaviors during the pandemic. Purpose: Activities are carried out to determine the influence of counseling on balanced nutrition knowledge during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: The method used is counseling followed by discussion and question and answer activities. Devotion uses Quasi Experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The service activity involved 20 participants of mothers in Seberang Ulu II Subdistrict, Kelurahan 13 Ulu RT 19. Results: Based on the results of statistical analysis, it is known that there is an influence of counseling on balanced nutrition knowledge during the Covid-19 pandemic (p-value < 0.005). Conclusion: Nutrition counseling can be an intervention given to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition so that it is hoped that there will be changes in attitudes and behaviors that affect nutritional status and health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Posyandu is a public health service. Posyandu activities involve various parties such as health workers, the community and community leaders. Kader are people who are given various training by health workers to be able to help provide health information to the community. The activeness of kader can influence the motivation of mothers to come to the posyandu to monitor the health and nutrition of mothers and children. The research was carried out in the Kuto Batu Village, Palembang in August 2022. The research subjects were kader at 12 posyandu in the Kuto Batu Village. The results showed that most of the kader had provided nutrition education at posyandu activities, although this was not always the case. However, there are still kader who are not active in providing nutrition education to the community. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to increase the role of kader, especially in terms of providing nutrition education to the community through training, seminars and workshops.

Abstract

Introduction: Consumption of snack foods and drinks contributes to adolescent intake which affects nutritional status so good knowledge is needed. Educational videos are an interesting nutrition education medium and can help increase nutrition knowledge in adolescents. This study aims to determine the influence of educational videos on knowledge of food consumption and beverages of contemporary snacks in adolescent girls at SMA PGRI 02 Palembang. Method: This research is a quasi-experiment with one group pretest posttest group design. The study was conducted at SMA PGRI 02 Palembang in March. The study sample was 106 students according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test used is the paired sample t test. Results: There is a significant difference in educational videos on the knowledge of food consumption and contemporary snack drinks for young women at SMA 02 PGRI Palembang after being given educational videos with a p value of <0.05. Conclusion: Interesting educational videos can increase teenagers' attention to the material presented so that it can change the knowledge of food consumption and snack drinks for the better.

Abstract

Yayasan Mitra Mulia Banyuasin adalah yayasan rehabilitasi yang memberikan pelayanan pada pasien Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ). Salah satu intervensi yang diberikan adalah penatalaksanaan gizi. Menu yang diberikan belum memenuhi konsep gizi seimbang dan belum disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan gizi pasien. Makanan adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu proses penyembuhan pasien. Pemberian makanan yang tidak seimbang, tinggi natrium, gula dan lemak dapat berdampak buruk pada kondisi mental pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Yayasan Mitra Mulia Banyuasin pada bulan September-Desember tahun 2023. Sasaran kegiatan adalah pengurus yayasan yang mengelola penyelenggaraan makanan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang diberikan adalah pelatihan pembuatan menu seimbang siklus menu 7 hari untuk pasien Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ). Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil akhir kegiatan adalah terdapatnya siklus menu seimbang selama 7 hari yang dapat digunakan yayasan sebagai pedoman pemberian makan pada pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian sangat bermanfaat bagi yayasan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk membantu proses penyembuhan pasien.

Abstract

Background : The nutritional needs of children under two years old (Baduta) can be completed by consuming complementary feeding because nutritional needs cannot be completed only from breast milk. The impact of early complementary feeding can cause diarrhea and can cause death in infants. Mothers must have good knowledge. Emo demo is an intervention method that can increase knowledge related to complementary feeding. Aim : the aim of this study is to determine the effect of the Emotional Demontration (Emo demo) method of complementary feeding on the knowledge of mothers with children under two years old (Baduta). Methods : This research is descriptive analytical research with a quasi- experimental reasearch design One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design. The number of subjects in this study was 33 mothers who had children under two years old. The variables analyzed inclued family characteristic (respondent, age, mothers education, mothers occupation, fathers occupation, family income, and number of children). Results : the results of the analysis showed that there is effect of the emo demo intervention method wuth changes in knowledge with p-value <0,05. Abstract

Introduction : Stunting is a kind of malnutrition caused by chronic nutritional deficiencies that start before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after childbirth. Stunting causes inhibition of children's growth and unproductive in adulthood. Exclusive breastfeeding for babies can prevent infection and fulfill nutritional needs based on their age. Complementary feeding is given after the baby is 6 months old because breast milk cannot fulfill the nutritional needs of the child. Children who are given complementary feeding early can cause a high incidence of infections such as diarrhea, respiratory infections, allergies and growth disorders because the digestive system is not functioning properly. Objective : The purpose of the research was a correlation of exclusive breastfeeding history and the accuracy of complementary feeding with the incidence of stunting. Methods : The study was conducted in Kuto Batu village in March-June 2022. The research subjects were 10 mothers who had stunted toddlers as a case group and 10 mothers who had normal nutritional status toddlers as a control group who fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was analyzed using the chi square test. Conclusion : The results showed that there was a correlation of exclusive breastfeeding history and the accuracy of complementary feeding with the incidence of stunting p-value <0.05. Mothers who provide exclusive breastfeeding and appropriately provide complementary feeding to children on the age of 6 months, can prevent children from various nutritional problems especially stunting.

Abstract

Abstrak Selama ini Yayasan Mitra Mulia Banyuasin melakukan pelayanan pasien ketergantungan NAPZA dan ODGJ, namun terdapat kendala yang dirasakan oleh pengurus, perawat, dan terapis yakni terbatasnya kemampuan untuk melakukan inventarisasi data dan implementasi terapi secara optimal guna mewujudkan program penyembuhan pasien sesuai dengan target waktu yang ditentukan. Semua dokumentasi data dan kegiatan terapi telah dilakukan petugas kesehatan masih dicatat secara manual. Mulai dari identifikasi awal (screening) berupa kuesioner anamnesa pasien (BB, TB, TTV, riwayat pengobatan, penyakit penyerta) masih tersimpan di rak berkas, jadwal kegiatan terapi baik obat dan psikoterapi yang masih dalam map berkas pasien serta catatan kemajuan pasien masih tersimpan dalam buku catatan perawat dan pasien. Dokumen pasien diatas tentunya sangat rentan dan tidak terorganisasi dengan baik, mudah rusak, hilang. Upaya untuk mewujudkan program pemulihan pasien dapat dilakukan dengan baik melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital berupa E-Healing Program: From Good Food to Good Mood terdiri dari deteksi pasien dan intervensi program melalui dua program unggulan program pengelolaan gizi dan psikoterapi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi inventarisasi E-Healing Program, workshop, uji coba sistem dan pendampingan pengurus. Terwujudnya invetarisasi pengelolaan data dasar pasien terdiri dari ODGJ dan NAPZA yang berbasis digital. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan inventarisasi pengurus sebesar 79% dalam menerapkan program klasifikasi data pasien berbasis digital. Diharapkan program inventarisasi berbasis digital ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya mewujudkan program penyembuhan yang efektif dan sesuai target waktu pengobatan pada yayasan rehabilitasi. Kata kunci : E- Healing, pelatihan dan pendampingan, Pemberdayaan Abstract: So far, Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation has been serving drug and ODGJ dependent patients, but there are obstacles felt by management, nurses, and therapists, namely the limited ability to conduct data inventory and optimal implementation of therapy in order to realize patient healing programs in accordance with the specified time target. All documentation of data and therapeutic activities that have been carried out by health workers is still recorded manually. Starting from the initial identification (screening) in the form of patient history questionnaires (BB, TB, TTV, treatment history, comorbidities) are still stored on the file shelf, the schedule of therapeutic activities both drug and psychotherapy which is still in the patient file folder and patient progress records are still stored in the nurse and patient notebooks. The patient's documents above are certainly very vulnerable and not well organized, easily damaged, lost. Efforts to realize patient recovery programs can be done well through the use of digital technology in the form of E-Healing Program: From Good Food to Good Mood consisting of patient detection and program intervention through two flagship programs of nutrition management and psychotherapy programs. Community service activities are carried out through the method of socializing the E-Healing Program inventory, workshops, system trials and management assistance. The realization of investment in basic patient data management consists of digital-based ODGJ and drugs. There was a 79% increase in management inventory management skills in implementing a digital-based patient data classification program. It is hoped that this digital-based inventory program can be one of the efforts to realize an effective healing program and according to the target treatment time at the rehabilitation foundation. Abstract

Background: Tofu is a food which has high protein content but it is quickly damaged, so natural ingredients are needed to extend the shelf life and minimize microbial growth. Objective: The study aims to analyze the total microbial and tofu storage period by immersing turmeric extract. The research methods were in the form of survey in tofu factory, purchasing tofu, making turmeric extract, tofu storage, microbial total test with Total Plate Count and the tofu storage period were observed starting from the third, fourth and fifth days every 24 hours. The parameters observed were total microbes and shelf life of tofu. The study used a simple randomized design (RAS) with 4 treatments, 2 experimental units and 2 repetitions. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form and carried out documentation. Results: The results showed that tofu with the highest concentration of turmeric extract which was 15%, had a total microbial of at least 7.2 x 1010 CFU / gram and the longest shelf life was three days of storage. Conclusion: The conclusions are the higher concentration of turmeric extract is given; the raising level of total microbes will be lowest and make the shelf life of tofu longer.

Abstract

Stunting has been shown to be associated with increased morbidity and mortality in children, reduced cognitive function, and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Stunting is caused by nutrient deficiencies that last for a long time. Low intake of nutrients, especially animal protein, is a factor causing stunting in Indonesia. The family, especially parents, has a very important role in terms of selection and feeding of children. This is to ensure that children get food according to their needs, both in quality and quantity. Therefore, a solution is provided in the form of family nutrition counseling related to stunting prevention with animal protein as an effort to increase knowledge. Counseling is expected to be more optimal by using media in the form of flyers so that the message or material conveyed can be more easily understood by the target group. The target of the service activity is families who have clowns and toddlers in RT 02 Siring Agung Village, Lubuklinggau City as many as 20 families. The target of the activity was very enthusiastic about participating in the implementation of the activity because the materials, methods and media used were interesting. Nutritional counseling to prevent stunting with animal protein in clown mothers and toddlers can help increase knowledge, change attitudes and good nutritional behaviors in preparing and improving the fulfillment of children's nutrition to prevent stunting.
