Abstract

Technology modernization is developing so fast that people have become dependent on it. Technology has a major impact on human life. It plays a larger role in the life of a wider community, especially in education, where it plays a role as a knowledge provider. The information system is an integrated unit of information technology and an activity to support operations and management to use the technology. One of the information systems used in education is the Research and Community Service Information Base (BIMA). BIMA is an information system that reports research activities such as planning, implementation, and reporting. BIMA implementation is within the Academic Community of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. However, BIMA still has several problems with the infrastructure and systems, creating dissatisfaction when users access it. Based on these conditions, an analysis of user satisfaction with BIMA is needed. This study uses the EUCS, Delone Mclean, and Self-Efficacy Model Integration. This study analyzes user satisfaction levels and determines which factors significantly affect BIMA user satisfaction. The testing technique used is SEM-PLS. Based on the test results, there are five variables with a significant effect. Information Quality, System Quality, and Self-Efficacy significantly affected User Satisfaction. Technical Support significantly affected System Quality, and System Quality variables significantly affected Information Quality. One hypothesis has no significant effect on User Satisfaction, namely the Technical Support variable with p-values > 0.05, which is 0.478 and the t-statistic value <1.64, which is 0.032.

Abstract

Desa Melung memiliki produksi kopi yang disebut Kopi Melung, namun datangnya COVID-19 berdampak langsung pada petani dan produk kopi. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang kegiatan, untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui "Optimalisasi Produk Kopi di Desa Melung Pasca Pandemi Penyakit Virus Corona (COVID-19)". Upaya peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas penjualan Kopi Melung dilakukan melalui program rebranding, perbaikan kemasan, dan pendirian usaha perdagangan kopi di desa Melung. Program rebranding dan repackaging bertujuan untuk membuat nama, logo, desain kemasan baru yang unik yang menambah daya tarik pembeli. Output yang diperoleh adalah produksi kopi dan tempat usaha, nama produk baru, IPR, dan PIRT sesuai standar peredaran.

Abstract

Today's website is something that cannot be separated from the development of the world of technology and the internet. The website has been used by almost all groups and almost all agencies that exist today. One of the benefits of the website is as a medium for delivering technology-based information, both in its application in the fields of government, education, health or in the business sector. Ahass Nusantara jaya is an official Honda partner repair shop located on Jl. General Gatot Subroto, Kebondalem, Purwokerto Lor, Kec. Purwokerto Team, Banyumas Regency. Currently, ahass archipelago jaya, in the process of implementing its business, whether in managing data services or managing spare parts data, still uses ledger records, this often results in errors in recording service data and spare parts data. Then when the customer wants to buy a type of spare part, the workshop admin or officer takes a long time to find the availability of the item. Based on these problems, a website is created that can help solve the problems described above by using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, then using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in software modeling. . The XP method is used in this study, because this method is often used in designing systems that are not too large in nature, besides that the XP method is also considered a fast and efficient method. From the results of the research that has been carried out by implementing system testing using the blackbox functional method, the result is that the website company profile ahass archipelago jaya runs according to the design that has been made and can be used by the admin in managing service data and motorbike spare parts. In addition, customers can also access the company profile website for ahass nusantara jaya to find information related to Janis, the types of spare parts provided, and can also find information on the process of servicing motors that are being carried out by ahass nusantara jaya mechanics.

Abstract

Seiring menuju revolusi industri 5.0 maka beberapa desa di indonesia sudah mempersiapkan diri untuk menuju sebuah desa digital atau Smart Village. Sebuah desa cerdas atau Smart Village bisa dikatakan desa cerdas apabila desa tersebut secara inovatif menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakatnya, efisiensi dan daya saing dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan yang terdapat pada suatu desa tersebut. Desa sudagaran adalah sebuah desa yang terletak dikabupaten banyumas provinsi jawa tengah. Pemerintah desa sudagaran berkomitmen ingin menjadikan desa tersebut bisa menjadi desa cerdas atau desa digital, hal ini untuk menunjang atau mendukung Kabupaten Banyumas ingin menjadi sebuah Kota yang cerdas atau Smart City. Maka dari itu tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan workshop kepada pemerintah desa sudagaran dalam upaya mempersiapkan desa sudagran menjadi desa digital. Pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim menjelaskan 4 konsep utama smart village yaitu Smart Governance, Smart People, Smart Environment dan Smart Economy. Dengan di adakanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bisa membantu pemerintah desa sudagaran dalam mempersiapkan desa sudagaran menuju Smart Village.

Abstract

PT.TASPEN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) assigned by the Government to administer social insurance and pension funds with the aim of improving the welfare of civil servants or participants and their families, both while still active and after retirement. In daily reporting activities at the PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto company, input will be made to the system during the activity. If the Prototype Design results are satisfactory, PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees can develop to the next stage, namely making the application and no longer need to use Microsoft Excel to report every day and of course it makes it very easy for users to input their daily reports into the application. The combination of these two methodologies helps in creating designs on the PT. TASPEN KC PURWOKERTO application that are of high quality and according to user needs. Problems that exist in the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto still uses Microsoft excel, the lack of supporting applications for daily reporting in fulfilling existing activities at the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto. The main purpose of this design is to simplify the daily reporting process for PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees and ensure that the daily reports are accurate and timely. Design Thinking is used to understand and meet the needs of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method contains 26 types of questions, where each question has a scale of 1 to 7. In terms of attractiveness, the average score obtained is 1.99 and get excellent category. Clarity gets an average score of 1.82 and is categorized as good. Efficiency gets an average score of 1.80 in the good category, accuracy gets a score of 1.75 in the excellent category, while stimulation gets a score of 1.90 in the excellent category, and lastly, novelty gets an average score of 1.84 in the excellent category. From the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the design of the application is positively assessed by employees, because it has a pleasant, good, safe, comfortable, attractive design, and is easy for users to use. Based on these results, a daily reporting application system for employees of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto will be designed and then an evaluation of the application system for daily employee performance reports will be carried out

Abstract

The Jeknyong application (Ojeke Inyong) is a household garbage collection service application with a transaction value. However, the use of the Jeknyong application has not been maximized because there are obstacles, such as several features still in development. This study discusses the Evaluation of the Level of Usability of the "Jeknyong" Application using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) method, where Usability is a technique to find out how easily users can use the system, how efficiently and effectively the system can help users achieve goals. Data collection used a questionnaire with Banyumas community subjects who knew the Jeknyong application. The results are in the form of an indexed percentage of 85% in the Agree Interval category. The first variable System Usability (SYSUSE) evaluation results were 5135 or in the agreed interval. The second variable Information Quality (INFOQUAL) was 4588 or in the Fairly Disagree category. The third variable, Interface Quality (INTERQUAL), was 2039 or in the Agree category; the third variable, Overall Usability (OVERALL), gets a result of 709 or is in the Strongly Agree interval.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan status SI/TI dan lingkungan bisnis RSUD XYZ. Perumusan strategis SI/TI memanfaatkan kerangka Ward dan Peppard untuk mendukung proses bisnis RSUD XYZ. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Value Chain, PEST, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi SI/TI di area aplikasi, infrastruktur TI, organisasi SI/TI, proses SI/TI dipetakan pada tahap analisis menghasilkan rumusan strategi SI/TI dan roadmap lima tahun kedepan yaitu tahun 2023-2027. Rekomendasi kepada RSUD XYZ adalah untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan rekomendasi yang telah dirumuskan untuk pengembangan perencanaan SI/TI strategis, meskipun rekomendasi tersebut tidak dapat diterapkan sepenuhnya dalam waktu dekat. Langkah ini penting untuk mendukung strategi perusahaan. Rekomendasi yang dapat diambil adalah mengoptimalkan penggunaan SI/TI melalui kebijakan penggunaan dan pelatihan intensif, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap perencanaan strategis untuk mengontrol penggunaan SI/TI. Dengan mengimplementasikan rekomendasi ini, RSUD XYZ dapat meningkatkan penggunaan SI/TI secara efektif dan memastikan bahwa sistem informasi mendukung strategi perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dari tahun ke tahun mendukung keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam persaingan bisnis. Semakin mudah dan cepatnya mendapatkan informasi dengan menggunakan teknologi berdampak pada peningkatan interaksi antar individu untuk mendapat informasi yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi ini adalah perbankan. Hal ini diwujudkan demi pengembangan sistem pelayanan terhadap nasabah dalam bentuk layanan M-Banking yang telah melekat dikehidupan sehari-hari. Dari kebutuhan yang saat ini yang sangat melekat pada kehidupan sehari-hari maka perlu dilakukannya penelitian dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale dan metode Nielsen’s Atributes of Usability untuk mengetahui nilai usability terhadap sebuah aplikasi. Kategori Learnbility dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh oleh Bank BNI dengan nilai rata-rata 4,375. Kategori Memorability didapatkan oleh Bank BCA dengan nilai rata-rata 4,448. Kategori Efficiency dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh Bank BNI dengan skor rata-rata 4,399

Abstract

Digital payments are a new technological development as financial technology (Fintech). The purpose of this study is to analyze readiness and find out influencing factors _ the level of use of OVO as a digital payment tool in the context of coffee with use TAM variable perceived usefulness (PU) , perceived ease of use (PEU), Atittude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI). The analysis model of this research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Retrieval technique sample used is technique sample convenience. While the data obtained in the form of primary data because data collection is done with method spread online questionnaire. As much 50 results questionnaire accepted and all could processed by researchers. Data analysis is carried out with use technique analysis using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) programs. The research results obtained is PU, PEU, and ATU have positive influence to BI, as well as PU and PEU have positive influence to ATU.

Abstract

From 2015 until now, the government has provided assistance for house renovations in the Tembesi area, Sagulung sub-district, Batam City. However, in determining the provision of assistance, sub-district governments sometimes face problems in determining which people will receive housing subsidies and there is no scheme or category for determining recipients of assistance. Therefore, the author will conduct this research by grouping or clustering the eligibility of recipients of housing subsidy assistance using the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means clustering algorithm can group each data into sets, so that data sets with the same characteristics will be grouped in the same set, or data sets with different characteristics will be grouped in different sets. The purpose of grouping is to determine that group 0 and group 1 are eligible to receive housing subsidy assistance, and group 1 is not. This research uses metrics such as number of family members, employment, housing conditions, and income. The results of this research obtained 91 data in cluster 0 and 79 data in cluster 1. Thus, from the 170 data, 91 people were eligible for housing subsidy assistance, and 79 people were not eligible
