Perkembangan dunia sangat menjadi acuan perkembangan suatu daerah, setiap golongan masyarakat harus dapat mengetahui pentingnya perkembangan zaman saat ini yaitu era industri 4.0 (liveindigital). Ketika dunia mengalami wabah Covid-19 terjadi perubahan yang berdampak besar pada saat ini,. Pada umumnya masyarakat mengalami perubahan pola hidup, baik secara perekonomiaan, kebersihan, live style dan social bermasyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk mewujudkan keikutsertaan dalam program pemerintah dalam mengedukasi masyarakat untuk pencegahan covid-19 dan berperan serta mengevaluasi kondisi situasi desa untuk memberikan saran potensi yang pantas dan layak untuk dikembangkan pada desa tersebut.

This article discusses the importance of education, as well as the impact that appears on early marriage. As we know, nowadays there are many cases of early marriage or young marriage. This study uses a correlational description. This research is motivated by the number of early marriages in Lake Sijabut Village due to the lack of education in the village. Early marriage is directly proportional to the high divorce rate because married couples are not ready to build a married life. Psychologically, they are still not mature enough to think, they even tend to be unstable and emotional when problems occur in the household, which ultimately end in divorce. Based on this, it can be concluded that in Lake Sijabut Village early marriage is as follows: 1) Lack of concern for education which is very important; 2) Teenagers who do early marriage still depend on cultural and socioeconomic factors; 3) Lack of supervision and guidance from parents towards children; 4) Lack of education about early marriage in Lake Sijabut Village.

Distribution is the delivery of goods from source to destination. Transportinggoods from source to destination requires transportation and distribution costs.Distributing goods requires cost optimization. This research optimizes costsusing a transportation model. Optimization is an activity to get the best resultunder a given situation. The ultimate goal of these activities is to minimize effortor maximize results. The transportation model is a model used to regulate thedistribution of sources that provide the same product to destinations that needit optimally. The transportation model can be completed in two stages, namelythe initial solution using the Vogel's Aproximation Method (VAM) and theoptimum solution using the Stepping Stone method. This study aims tooptimize the cost of distribution of goods from source to destination at UDYosarita. The results of the study using the Vogel's Aproximation Method(VAM) as the initial solution and the Stepping Stone method as the optimumsolution in April 2019 were Rp.4,615,000, in May 2019 Rp.4,810,000, in June2019 Rp. 4,910,000.

Rice is a food crop that is needed by the people of Indonesia, because the riceplant as a producer of rice that can be processed as a staple food for thepopulation in Indonesia. Factors considered to have an effect on lowland riceproduction in Langkat Regency are: yearend crop residues, land area, rainyday rainfall, seeds, and fertilizers. In determining the factors that greatlyinfluence the production of lowland rice, it is necessary to use multiple linearregression equations such as using the method backwards. Estimates are important tools in effective and efficient planning for predictingfuture events. Identical estimates of the future values of a variable for planningor decision making of a situation to estimate future values. Monte Carlosimulation is a simulation model that involves a series of random and samplingwith a probability distribution that can be known and determined, then thissimulation can be used. In this study, data is taken from the amount of waterusage in PDAM Tirtanadi H.M branch. Yamin, North Sumatra from January2018 to June 2019. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using MonteCarlo Simulation to determine the forecast results in the years that follow. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis website yang dapat digunakan kapan pun, di manapun dan memenuhi kriteria, serta mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur pengembangan yang dipakai pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek uji coba yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang peserta didik kelas X SMA Taruna PBD Medan. Media ini diuji baik dari segi materi dan kelayakan media berdasarkan pendapat para ahli dan guru melalui angket kelayakan. Sedangkan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar digunakan angket siswa. Berdasarkan penilaian oleh para ahli dan guru, media pembelajaran telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. Media pembelajaran berbasis website ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di masa Pandemi COVID-19. The objective of this research is to create website-based learning media that can be utilized anytime, anywhere and meets the criteria, as well as to find out how students react to the generated media. The research approach employed in this study is Research and Development (R&D), with the development procedure based on the ADDIE development model. This study included 35 pupils from class X SMA Taruna PBD Medan as trial subjects. This medium was examined for material and media viability using a feasibility questionnaire and the comments of experts and teachers. Meanwhile, a student questionnaire was employed to assess learning motivation. According to expert and teacher evaluations, the learning media met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. During the COVID-19 epidemic, this website-based learning material can be employed as an alternative to studying to improve student learning motivation.

Tujuan utama dari suatu usaha adalah untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal dengan modal dan biaya pengeluaran seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan penjualan kopi dengan menggunakan metode cutting plane. Pemilihan metode ini merupakan salah satu prosedur matematis yang dapat diterapkan untuk memaksimumkan keuntungan dan meminimumkan biaya produksi (penjualan) kopi pada Warung Bandar Kopi Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, jumlah penjualan produk yang optimal yaitu espresso sebesar 48 cup, americano 24 cup, cappucino 11 cup, latte art 20 cup, V60 100 cup, tubruk 25 cup, sanger 453 cup, dan vietnam drip 40 cup dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 3.309.963. Sedangkan sebelum menggunakan metode cutting plane keuntungan yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp. 3.262.537,5. Artinya terdapat peningkatan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 47.425,5.

Makanan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan kita untuk hidup, makanan yang kita makan akan berubah menjadi energi,agar kita dapat beraktifitas sehari –hari. Setiap orang membutuhkan energi yang berbeda- beda, semakin banyak kegiatan, maka semakin banyak di butuhkan asupan energi, tetapi bagaimana jika, orang tersebut tidak butuh banyak energi, tapi mengkonsumsi makanan yang menghasilkan energi yang banyak, hal ini yang akan menyebabkan penimbunan lemak, karena tidak dirubah menjadi energi, sehingga mengakibatkan obesitas. Fuzzy Multiple Attribut Decision Making dapat di aplikasikan kedalam pemilihan menu makanan terutama untuk penderita obesitas, dengan menggabungkan dengan metode Simple Additing Weight, sehingga dapat menghasilkan ranking dari menu makanan yang baik dimakan dan tidak baik dimakan. Formulasinya, dapat diaplikasikan pada kehidupan sehari –hari dan menjadi referensi untuk penderita obesitas.

Heart disease is a general term for all diseases that attack the heart organ. Death from the heart at the H. Adam Malik Central General Hospital was recorded to have a fairly high number. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the Poisson Ridge Regression (PRR) method on the results of the analysis of deaths from heart disease at H. Adam Malik Central General Hospital Medan. PRR is a method that is generally used to estimate the regression of count data, and is very sensitive to multicollinearity. In this study, PRR was used to analyze deaths from heart disease in the presence of multicollinearity cases. The result shows that the estimated parameter of the PRR model is slightly different from the estimation of the Poisson regression model where the estimated value of the variable for patients with heart failure (X1) = 0,030751, the estimated value for patients with congenital heart disease (X2) = -0,002125, the estimated value for patients with heart disease ischemia (X3) = -0, 003085 and the estimated value of hypertension sufferers (X4) = 0,009689. The conclusion is that of the four variables, two of which have a positive influence on death from heart disease, namely patients with heart failure and patients with hypertension. This means that the more people with heart failure and hypertension, the more deaths from heart disease.
