Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits from the Sindo Sangria peanut business in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in August to October 2022. The method used in this research is the survey method with the types of data consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the location through interviews with Sindo Roasted Bean business owners using a prepared questionnaire and direct observation at the research site. Secondary data is obtained from literature and literature studies through documents, publications, or research results from various institutions or institutions that support and relate to the required research topic. Based on the results of research conducted on the "Sindo" roasted peanut business regarding the analysis of the profits obtained by the business owner, the conclusion obtained by the researcher is that the "Sindo" roasted peanut business earns a profit of IDR20,619,110 in 6 days of production process activities. R/C Ratio analysis is 2.31 which means that this business is profitable and can be maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of cloves in Raanan Baru 2 Village, West Motoling District. Sampling in this study used the method (Purposive Sampling) or deliberately from clove farmers in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District. The number of respondents was 10 people as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using direct interview techniques with clove farmers as respondents, by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) as an aid in data collection. While secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study. The analytical method used in this research is cost analysis, analysis of total revenue and total income and the cost structure of farming. the results of research conducted on clove farming in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District, obtained an income of Rp.93,906,348.- per harvest with a total income of IDR 196,790,000.- per harvest and a total cost of IDR 102,883,652.- per harvest of the total costs incurred fixed costs (Fix Cost) contributed to the total cost of 0.03 percent and variable costs (Variable Cost) contributed to the total cost of 99.96 percent and for the contribution of costs based on harvest preparation activities contributed to the total cost of 0.59 percent and for cost contributions based on harvest activities contributing to costs of 97.84 percent and for cost contributions based on post-harvest activities contributing to total costs of 1.16 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate corn farming income in Tumani Selatan Village, Maesaan Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from June to July 2023. Sampling using sample survey method with 16 farmers as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and use income analysis calculations. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production, revenue and income. The results showed that the average revenue of corn farmers per hectare in South Tumani Village, Maesaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency in one harvest was IDR16.588.090. The average income of corn farmers per hectare amounted to IDR8.537.786.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit of palm sugar business in Ranoiapo Village, Ranoyapo Subdistrict. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023 from the preparation to the preparation of the research report located in Ranoiapo Village, Ranoyapo Subdistrict. The research data sources are primary data and secondary data where primary data obtained from direct interviews with palm sugar entrepreneurs in Ranoiapo Village, Ranoyapo Subdistrict and secondary data from relevant agencies, books, journals, scientific papers and google scholar. The population in this study are residents who do palm sugar business in Ranoiapo Village, Ranoyapo Subdistrict with a total of 18 entrepreneurs. As for the sample in this study as much as 35 percent of the total population of palm sugar entrepreneurs then obtained as many as 6 entrepreneurs who were used as respondents sampling was taken by simple random sampling or simple random. The research data were analyzed using profit analysis. The results showed that the profit of palm sugar business in Ranoiapo Village, Ranoyapo Subdistrict, obtained a result of Rp568,470 per week with a total cost of IDR208.655 per week and a total revenue of IDR777.125 per week, from the results of this profit if calculated per month then get a total profit of IDR2.253.880 from this total palm sugar business is profitable but still below the provincial minimum wage (UMP) of North Sulawesi Province which amounted to IDR3.485.000 in 2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much profit the Cap Tikus management business has in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months from August to November 2022 at Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents, while secondary data is obtained from books, journals, village offices and agencies which can be used as data to support data collection in this research. This research was analyzed descriptively obtained from the data and presented in tabulation form with calculations of cost, revenue and income analysis. The results of this research are that the profits from the capticus management business in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency can be said to be profitable with the average income for managing rat caps amounting to IDR 3,731,902.- per farmer and IDR 531,112.- per tree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare farmers' exchange rate between rice and secondary crops in North Sulawesi Province. The research lasted for 3 months from September to November 2023, conducted at the BPS office of North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this research data is secondary data, namely data on the exchange rate of rice and food crop farmers obtained from other parties in the form of finished data in the form of publications in the form of monthly farmer exchange rate developments at the North Sulawesi Province level. The data used in this study is data in the form (time series) of the last 2 years from 2021 to 2022. The data was obtained from various sources, namely the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and website sources related to the research. The variables measured in this study are the period in years of data on food crops, namely rice and secondary crops. Data analysis method of calculation formula of It and Ib, calculation of NTP, calculation of NTUP, T test analysis, and Trend analysis. The results showed that the farmer exchange rate on secondary crops was higher than the farmer exchange rate on rice, which meant that the purchasing power of farmers was higher.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of corn farming in Kawangkoan Bawah Village, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out from June 2021 to October 2021 starting from research preparation to the preparation of the research report. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the field through interviews using questionnaires with respondents while secondary data is data obtained from government agencies such as government agencies at the research location, Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Agriculture and other related parties. Sampling in this study were corn farmers from the village of Lower Kawangkoan who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Respondents needed in this study were 30 (thirty) respondents. The results showed that the total cost of the production component of corn farming in kawangkoan bawah village was Rp. 5,103,379 per planting season. Net income on corn farming per ha in Kawangkoan Bawah Villaget Per one planting season is Rp. 21,246,430.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profit of the tofu and tempeh making business obtained by UD. Pembawa Berkah. The research was conducted from October to December 2023. The research was conducted at the place of business of making tofu and tempeh UD. Pembawa Berkah in South Tomohon City. Data collection methods were carried out by interviewing, recording, and documentation. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly using interview techniques with the owner of the tofu and tempeh making business. Sampling in this study was done intentionally (purposive sampling). Data analysis used in this study used quantitative analysis, namely, by calculating the difference between revenue and costs used. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis method by presenting the result data in tabular form. The results showed the profit of tofu and tempeh making business at UD. Pembawa Berkah in South Tomohon City, for tofu amounting to IDR4,318,000 and for tempeh amounting to IDR9,181,000. R/C ratio for tofu and tempeh making business at UD. Pembawa Berkah in South Tomohon City, for tofu amounted to 1.25 and for tempeh amounted to 1.34. Based on these results, it shows that the R/C ratio value of the tofu and tempeh business is greater than 1, so that the tofu and tempeh business of UD. Pembawa Berkah in South Tomohon City is profitable and feasible to develop.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the amount of rice farming income in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from May to December 2022. This research was conducted in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research used primary data obtained directly from the field through interviews using a questionnaire (list of questions) with respondents (rice farmers). Secondary data obtained from government agencies such as government agencies in the research location, Central Bureau of Statistics, Department of Agriculture and other related parties. Sampling method using simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the total cost of production components of rice farming in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan Subdistrict was IDR11,104,666 per planting season. Net income on rice farming per Ha in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan Subdistrict per one planting season is IDR21,437,349. The amount of income received by farmers depends on the land area owned by farmers and the feasibility of rice farming in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan Subdistrict is feasible or profitable. This can be seen from the results of the R / C analysis which is 2.92 which means more than 1.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing strategy of salak dodol UD MANDIRI in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Timur Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 2 months from September to October 2023, starting from the preparation period until the preparation of the report. This research was conducted in Pangu Satu Village, East Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data taken directly from the UD MANDIRI salak dodol production site obtained through interview activities using tools in the form of questionnaires, and observation activities. While secondary data is obtained through literature or references related to the research. The sampling method in this study is based on anyone who is encountered by chance (accidental sampling), and is willing to become a respondent then used as a sample. Sampling was carried out for 2 weeks using 15 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the respondents' assessment of the product aspect was 96.29 percent with a good category, the price aspect was 89.33 percent with a good category, the place aspect was 65.1 percent with a fairly good category, the promotion aspect was 49.62 percent with a poor category, and the service aspect was 86.6 percent with a fairly good category. Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that UD MANDIRI's salak dodol marketing strategy using 4P 1S is in the good enough category.
