Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors and marketing strategies of the Cousin Coffee shop business in Walian Village, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City. Determination of informants in this coffee shop is using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were coffee shop owners, employees and customers. The data collected are primary data and secondary data using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cousin Coffee coffee shop has internal strategic factors, namely strengths including strategic location, spacious place, there are many varied menu choices, and raw materials such as quality coffee. Weaknesses, namely social media related to promotional activities that have not been maximized, (private rooms) that are not yet available, lack of facilities such as wifi and other supporting facilities, and parking lots that are less spacious. And external strategic factors, namely opportunities including many residents around, building relationships with customers, attracting consumers with special offers, many relationships with people, and safe environmental conditions. Threats are the number of competitors, prices from competitors, unsatisfied consumer demand, the emergence of new coffee shops and offering promos and a better atmosphere, and unstable prices for basic commodities. The matrix of internal and external strategic factors shows a total value of 3.10 and 2.76, respectively. With the total value of the internal and external strategic factor matrix, it shows that this coffee shop is in quadrant 1, namely an aggressive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profitability of Umaninia Farm's hydroponic lettuce farming. Umaninia Farm in Wailan Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. Tomohon. This research was carried out for four months, starting from April to July 2024 from proposal preparation to undergraduate examination in Wailan Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. Data analysis data analysis used in this research is Quantitative analysis. Data collection method data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Research results The results showed that the acceptance of Umaninia Farm hydroponic lettuce farming was amounted to Rp.12,750,000 while the costs incurred in hydroponic lettuce farming for 45 days amounted to Rp.12,750,000. hydroponic lettuce farming for 45 days amounted to Rp. 4,567,321.57 So that the profit earned in hydroponic lettuce farming is Rp. 12,750,000. in hydroponic lettuce farming UmaniniaFarm amounted to Rp.8,182,678.43 with a planting period of 45 days using 2,500 plants. 45-day planting period using 2,500 nettpot.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the cost of corn farming income on idle land utilization in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang Subdistrict. the data used is using primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from survey interviews and observations. secondary data ob-tained from information or data related to the analysis of corn farming income on idle land utiliza-tion and other sources in the form of documents from Malalayang Satu Timur Village and Manado City National Land Agency. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis analysis. The results of the study based on the analysis on the utilization of idle land in corn farming with a total revenue of IDR 105,000,000. while the total cost of corn farming amounted to IDR 75.500.000. Then the income obtained for one planting season is IDR 29.500.000 from the area of utilization of idle land cultivating corn with a land area utilized 3.5 ha.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik petani yang berlahan sempit di Desa Pinabetengan Utara Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung kepada petani dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan sekunder diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan jurnal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling/sensus dengan menggunakan keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel petani padi dan jagung di Desa Pinabetengan Utara Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik petani berlahan sempit di Desa Pinabetengan Utara Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa, memiliki karakteristik usia 45-70 tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan SMP dan memiliki jumlah tanggungan 1-3 jiwa dan pengalaman berusahatani 11-20 tahun. Petani sebagian memiliki hak atas kepemilikan lahan, dengan aktivitas pemanfaatan usahatani tanaman padi dan jagung. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp28.840.500 dan rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp 2.884.050 dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp10.474.000 dan rata-rata Rp1.047.400.
