Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang transformasi Pabrik Gula Colomadu dari 1998 hingga 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu heuristik (pengumpulan sumber), kritik (pengujian sumber), interpretasi (penafsiran sumber), dan historiografi (penulisan). Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah melihat perubahan Pabrik Gula Colomadu yang sebelumnya merupakan pabrik gula yang aktif beropreasi, namun sempat dilakukan penutupan oleh PTPN IX pada 1 Mei 1998 karena kekurangan bahan baku tebu untuk memproduksi gula. Pabrik Gula Colomadu selama kurang lebih 20 tahun mangkrak sejak dilakukan penutupan oleh PTPN IX, maka Pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada 8 April 2017 melalui konsorsium BUMN dengan membentuk PT. Sinergi Colomadu melakukan revitalisasi terhadap bekas Pabrik Gula Colomadu dengan menggunakan konsep adaptive reuse. Hasil kajian ini menjelaskan bahwa pada 24 Maret 2018, bekas Pabrik Gula Colomadu berubah menjadi salah satu tempat destinasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan mengubah nama menjadi “De Tjolomadoe” dan beralih fungsi menjadi cultural center, museum, tempat kegiatan MICE, serta sebagai comercial area.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand experience and brand trust on customer satisfaction with brand love as a mediating variable. The case study focuses on users of MS Glow at Store Sinok Ayu, Kendal. A quantitative method was employed with data collected through online questionnaires from 118 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via WarpPLS 8.0. Seven hypotheses were tested to assess both direct and mediated effects. The results reveal that brand experience, brand trust, and brand love have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand love is found to significantly mediate the relationship between brand experience and customer satisfaction, as well as between brand trust and customer satisfaction. This study is limited to a single local skincare brand (MS Glow) and one geographic location, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. The findings suggest that companies should enhance brand experience and trust to foster emotional connections, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. This research enriches the literature by positioning brand love as a mediating variable, offering insights into the emotional and cognitive mechanisms driving customer satisfaction in the skincare industry.

Abstract

Abstract The article describes the culinary imp lic ation of offerings and d hanyang in 5 (five) villages in Jepara in the form of traditional ceremonies of Jembul Tulakan, Hari Jadi Kota Jepara, Sedekah Laut, Perang Obor, and Pesta Baratan. Only three out of five ceremonies were present ing culinary offerings as a representation of the dhanyang presence. The objective of this study is to reveal the existence of culinary offerings and d hanyang both by their food types and the intended dh anyang. This study was using a qualitative method which includes the collection of primary and secondary sources through literature study, observation, participants, structured interviews, indepth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion. The approaches which were used are anthropological and hermeneutical approaches. The study reveals a symbolic meaning from the presence of various culinaries presented to dhanyang and wishes expressed implicitly or explicitly in the ceremony. The wishes include the requests of safety, kindness, protection, etc. Recently, these wishes have shifted which caused by better knowledge, belief, and social experience of the performers towards their religion. Public belief in the power of d hanyang still exists even though it is not dominant.

Abstract

This research discusses the background to the founding of Panjebar Semangat magazine as a medium for developing Javanese language and literature, its role as a medium for preserving Javanese language and literature, as well as the efforts made to preserve Javanese language and literature. To examine this problem, this research uses a historical method consisting of four sequential stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The research results show that the Panjebar Semangat magazine was founded in 1933. As the name suggests, the aim of establishing the Panjebar Semangat magazine was to spread and ignite the spirit of nationalism to win the independence of the Republic of Indonesia from the hands of Dutch colonial rule. This magazine is a medium for preserving the Javanese language and literature, which has been demonstrated since its inception. This magazine has consistently used Javanese as its language of instruction and has been productive in publishing Javanese language works in literary sections such as Crita Cekak, Taman Geguritan, Crita Sambung, Crita Rakyat, Crita Gambar, and Alaming Lelembut. The efforts made by Panjebar Semangat to develop Javanese literature include giving Literary Prizes to Javanese literature authors whose work is considered good and interesting, creating new rubrics, holding contests or writing competitions for Javanese literature, and developing online media.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjudul “Pameran Aksara Gata di Kebumen sebagai Upaya Sosialisasi Aksara Masa Lalu”. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait aksara yang telah lampau dan digunakan pada masa lalu. Kegiatan ini sekaligus memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait salah satu bidang kajian dalam ilmu arkeologi, yaitu epigrafi, dan pemanfaatannya untuk masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan koordinasi dengan pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan, yaitu koordinasi dengan PAEI sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini, dan Dinas Pariwisata dan ebudayaan Kabupaten Kebumen. Setelah itu, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menentukan waktu, dan lokasi pameran. Adapun koleksi yang dipamerkan adalah informasi tentang aksara yang ada di Indonesia, lontar Bali dan replika arca Buddha Vairocana, dan beberapa prasasti tembaga. Kegia tan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat terkait penggunaan aksara pada masa lalu dan pemahaman serta pemanfaatan epigrafi.
