Abstract

Possessing a durable competitive edge is among the most crucial elements in winning commercial competitions. In the absence of this, the company will struggle to set itself apart from its rivals and will eventually go into decline. Excellence is influenced by a number of elements, such as strategic leadership, suitable strategy, and successful strategy implementation or execution. This study aims to ascertain the impact of strategic leadership, appropriate strategy, and effectiveness on the implementation or execution of strategies and how these affect the competitive advantage of organizations, particularly universities. It also generates a conceptual model about the relationship between these constructs, which will be empirically tested in subsequent studies. Through an examination of the literature and an assessment of earlier researchers' theories, the author employs a qualitative methodology. These hypotheses have been released. in approved national publications and international journals indexed by Scopus. Thus, strategic leadership and proper (enough) strategy have an impact on each other and both have an impact on  the success of strategy execution, which in turn affects the competitive advantage of the firm.

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding and conduct empirical analysis of the impact of compensation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of A Grosir Subang employees. The chosen research method involves quantitative analysis and utilizes non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sample (census), to minimize bias and generate hypotheses effectively. Data quality testing is performed through validity and reliability testing mechanisms. Furthermore, this research includes classical assumption testing stages such as normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing, followed by hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate that individual variables, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and compensation, positively influence employee performance. Simultaneously, when considered together, these variables also positively impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between corporate values, leadership, compensation, and work environment in influencing employee performance, emphasizing the integration of corporate  value as a moderating factor. Using the AKHLAK core values adopted by Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as a foundation, the research highlights the significance of shared cultural principles in fostering alignment, ethical behavior, and organizational success. The study underscores the importance of transformational leadership, equitable compensation, and a supportive work environment in improving performance while moderated by corporate value. The AKHLAK framework, launched in 2020, aims to standardize behaviors across BUMN and foster collaboration, innovation, and adaptability. Employing a qualitative literature review, this study proposes a conceptual model to guide policymakers in integrating spirituality into corporate culture, enhancing employee motivation and engagement, and driving sustainable organizational transformation in a competitive and dynamic environment

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually examine the contributions of digital transformation, digital competence, and organizational agility in enhancing employee performance, with strategic leadership as a moderating variable. The conceptual model was developed through a literature review of scholarly articles from SINTA, Google Scholar, and Scopus databases published between 2018 and 2024. The findings indicate that digital transformation and digital competence influence organizational agility and organizational agility enhances organizational adaptability to change. Furthermore, strategic leadership amplifies the effects of these three factors on employee performance. The study highlights a strong relationship between digital capabilities, organizational agility, strategic leadership, and superior employee performance. However, the main limitation of this research lies in its conceptual nature. Future studies are recommended to empirically test the model using quantitative methods such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) across various industry sectors, as well as conducting longitudinal studies to observe the long-term dynamics of digital capabilities and leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional yaitu penelitian yang berupaya menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel bebas (independent variables) dengan variabel terikat (dependent variables) melalui pengujian hipotesis. Variabel bebas terdiri yaitu kepuasan kerja sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja karyawan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian sampel acak yang dilakukan terhadap 120 sampel karyawan di Jakarta, teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan metode statistik dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 12.00, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, korelasi sederhana, korelasi berganda, dan uji asumsi dasar. Dari hasil penelitian didapat kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Jakarta

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap peningkatan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020 hingga 2023. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan indikator Return on Assets (ROA) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), sementara variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ROA memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hal serupa juga ditemukan pada DER yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan laba. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja keuangan memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan laba perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cash holding dan investment opportunity set terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2024. Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator penting bagi investor dalam menilai prospek dan kinerja jangka panjang, terutama pada sektor teknologi yang menghadapi tekanan signifikan akibat volatilitas pasar dan ketidakpastian ekonomi global, yang menuntut perhatian lebih dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan, harga saham, dan jumlah saham beredar. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, menghasilkan 11 perusahaan dari 47 populasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cash holding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Demikian pula, investment opportunity set juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa cash holding dan investment opportunity set memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, serta menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan teknologi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the finance division of RSUD Koja North Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative statistical methods. The population in this study is the employees of the finance division of RSUD Koja North Jakarta, and the research sample consists of 40 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study are (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the T-test results because the Sig value of 0.849 > 0.05 and the calculated t value of 191 > the table t value of 2.026, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the T-test results because the Sig value of 0.008 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 2.818 > the table t value of 2.026, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. (3) The work environment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work stress on employee work discipline at the National Committee for Islamic Economics and Finance (KNEKS). Work Environment and Work Stress have an important role in work discipline. The method used is quantitative with a statistical approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 27 software. The results of this study are (1) the work environment has a positive but not significant influence on work discipline based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.051 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.011 > t table 1.682, so it can be concluded that Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected (2) Work stress has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 5.019 > 1.682, so it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected Ha2 is accepted, (3) The work environment and work stress together have a positive and significant influence on work discipline.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has revolutionized the financial services industry, compelling banks to adopt more efficient and secure digital platforms. This study explores the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS) to enhance the efficiency and security of interbank transactions through the BCA Mobile application, a leading digital banking solution provided by PT Bank Central Asia (BCA). The research employs a case study approach and gathers primary data from 30 respondents who are active users of BCA Mobile. Using SPSS for validity testing, the results indicate that the efficiency variable (X1) has a strong and significant positive correlation with improved transaction performance, while the security variable (X2) also contributes positively, albeit to a lesser degree. The findings suggest that an integrated MIS—featuring rapid data access, process automation, and biometric authentication—can substantially enhance operational reliability and customer trust. Moreover, the prototype development model used in this study supports user-centered design iterations to optimize usability and system functionality. The research contributes to digital banking literature by demonstrating how a tailored MIS can support financial inclusion, customer satisfaction, and strategic agility in Indonesia’s competitive banking sector. It also offers practical implications for banks seeking to minimize operational risks and improve service quality through system innovation. This study underscores the significance of continual MIS enhancements to sustain customer confidence and address evolving cybersecurity threats in the digital era.
