Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap umum yang merupakan hasil dari beberapa sikap khusus terhadap faktor-faktor pekerjaan, penyesuaian diri dan hubungan sosial individu diluar kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden, dengan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, analisis determinasi uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan situasional dan  komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Along with advances in science and technology, every company is required to innovate continuously and have human resources with a high level of performance, so that they can have high competitiveness against other companies. This also applies to Swari Spa Relaxation. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. The number of samples used in this research was 46 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and t test. The research results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. The limitation of this research is that this research only focuses on 3 variables, namely knowledge sharing, work environment, and compensation, while there are still many other variables which are thought to have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work family conflict, role conflict and burnout on the Intention to quit female employees in the Village Credit Institute (LPD) of Gianyar Regency. The samples used was 90 female employees in 270 LPDs of Gianyar Regency. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the results obtained are work family conflict and role conflict have a positive effect on intention to quit, but burnout does not affect the intention to quit female employees in LPDs of Gianyar Regency. The research implication is that the higher work family conflict and the role conflict of female employees in their work, the higher the desire for female employees to leave their work.

Abstract

Every organization needs quality human resources to achieve the company's planned goals. For success in a company, employees who have good performance are needed because this performance will determine the extent of the employee's ability to carry out the tasks assigned to him. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work family conflict, compensation, and self-efficacy on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The population in this study were 56 employees of the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The sample in this study was 56 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the work family conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service; while the compensation and self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service.

Abstract

A company, whether it is government-owned or private, wants maximum achievement related to increasing optimal performance results. This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Mitra Krida Mandiri in Badung Regency. The population and sample in this research were employees of PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency, totaling 40 people as research respondents. The sampling method in this research is the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the more the workload increases, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Kabupaten Badung will experience a decline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the work discipline, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency will increase. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the job satisfaction, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency will increase.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important element in every company. In essence, a company must pay attention to the quality of human resources because human resources are the main key in realizing the company's goals. In this regard, good quality human resources are one of the factors that affect the quality of employee performance so that the success of a company can be measured in general, it cannot be separated from the ability of human resources to maximize the achievement of goals and targets set by the company. The best management of human resources will improve the quality of human resources because the quality of human resources is a strength for the company to achieve targets and goals, one of which is by improving employee performance. This study aims to test whether there is an influence of competence, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The population of this study were employees at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The determination of respondents was selected using a non-probability sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample with a saturated sampling method and a sample size of 35 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distribution method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis techniques and data analysis assisted by the SPSS 26 computer program. The results of the study showed that competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency, career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, setiap perusahaan dituntut agar melakukan inovasi secara berkelanjutan serta memiliki sumber daya manusia dengan tingkat kinerja yang tinggi, sehingga dapat memiliki daya saing yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan lainnya. Hal tersebut juga berlaku kepada Swari Spa Relaxation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 46 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.  Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swari Spa Relaxation, Badung. Adapun keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini hanya berfokus terhadap 2 variabel yaitu knowledge sharing dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan masih banyak terdapat variabel-variabel lainnya yang diduga dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci:  Knowledge Sharing, Lingkungan Kerja,  Kinerja  Karyawan

Abstract

In maintaining potential human resources (HR), there is one obstacle that often occurs and is faced by companies, namely the desire to change jobs (turnover intention) which results in the employee's decision to leave his job. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The population in this study were all Maya Ubud Resort SPA employees, totaling 264 people. The sample used in this study amounted to 73 employees based on the Slovin formula method. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources continue to be the central focus and backbone for companies to maintain their operations. The vital role of human resources is apparent in all company activities. The study was carried out at PT BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala in Badung Regency, with a sample of 50 employees serving as respondents, employing a saturated sampling method for sampling. Data collection involved the use of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved the application of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that work-related stress detrimentally affects employee performance, suggesting that heightened stress levels correspond to diminished performance at PT BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala in Badung Regency. Conversely, job satisfaction positively influences employee performance, indicating that higher satisfaction levels correspond to better performance at PT BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala in Badung Regency. Moreover, self-leadership also yields a positive impact on employee performance, indicating that an increase in self-leadership is associated with improved performance at PT BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala in Badung Regency.

Abstract

Human resources in this case are employees who are social creatures who are the main assets in a company that must be paid attention to, because human resources are the main players in a company. The aim of this research is to determine the effect that job satisfaction can mediate on compensation's influence on turnover at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury. This research was conducted at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury. PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali which is located at Jalan Hayam Wuruk No. 211 Sumerta Klod, East Denpasar District. The objects of this research are Compensation, Employee Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction. Population of PT employees. Vegas Viva Venture as many as 67 people. In this research sample, the population and saturation taken were all employees of PT. Vegas Viva Ventury as many as 67 people. In this research, the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used. The research results show that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention. Compensation has an effect on turnover intention after being mediated by job satisfaction.
