Abstract

Performance is an important thing in order to support the smoothrunning of the organization in achieving its goals and can be created if there is a high spirit of the employees. From the observation of thephenomenon of decreasing employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali iscaused by several factors including compensation, work involvement andworkload. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workinvolvement and workload on employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali.The sampling technique used is a saturated sample using all employees ofPT. Diversey Bali, totaling 33 people. The method of analysis used multiplelinear regression using the SPSS IBM Statistics 24.0 Portable program.From the results of the analysis obtained the results of the effect ofcompensation, work engagement and workload on employee performanceat PT. Diversey Bali is positive and significant. From the results ofmultiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y= 14,663 +0.374 X1 + 0.444 X2 1.135 X3¬can be explained that the pattern ofinfluence of compensation variables (X1) and work involvement (X2) onthe dependent variable of employee performance (Y) is positive, meaningthat if the variable If self-efficacy and organizational climate increase,employee performance will increase or vice versa. While the effect of theworkload variable (X3) on employee performance (Y) is negative, meaningthat if the workload variable increases, employee performance willdecrease and vice versa. From the results of the tdi test, it can be seen thatself-efficacy and organizational climate partially have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher thecompensation or work involvement, the higher the resulting performance.Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on employeeperformance. This means that the higher the workload, the lower theresulting performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture onperformance and to determine the role of motivation in mediating it. The researchsample consisted of 42 people who were taken using the census method from allemployees. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS.From the analysis obtained: 1) Organizational culture has a positive andsignificant influence on motivation. The results of this study indicate that thebetter the organizational culture can increase motivation. 2) Organizational culturehas a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results ofthis study mean that the better the implementation of organizational culture willbe able to improve employee performance. 3) Motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. The results of this study mean thatincreased motivation can improve employee performance. 4) Motivation is able tomediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Thisgives an indication that motivation strengthens the influence of organizationalculture on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance, PatimuraDenpasar Branch.

Abstract

Salah satu modal utama perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan memiliki kemampuan yang signifikan untuk mencapai tujuan strategis perusahaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 karyawan tetap PT. Akar Wangi Gianyar Bali, yang fokus pada pengaruh komunikasi, pembaruan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan. Pada penelitian ini melibatkan 47 karyawan tetap. Sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mengambil sampel. Observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, yang dibantu oleh program SPSS versi ke-25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komunikasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Akar Wangi Gianyar Bali, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Akar Wangi Gianyar Bali.

Abstract

Loyalty is created based on the experience of consumers buying and consuming products, the factors that influence the emergence of customer loyalty so that they can carry out the right strategy for the survival of the company. brand image, product variety, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product variety, and store atmosphere on customer loyalty. The population of this study are consumers who come to shop at least 2 times. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, this method uses the census method with a total of 102 fashion shop owners. Samples in this study were 102 respondents, with multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, product variety has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty in fashion stores in Bali.

Abstract

In managing a business, it is hoped that you will be able to use human resourcesproperly and correctly. Human resources are quite an important part in achieving companygoals and are also the main driver of all activities in achieving company goals.This research aims to determine the effect of punishment and workload on employeeperformance at PT BPR Artha Sinar Raharja Indonesia, Badung Regency. The population inthis study was 35 employees at PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja. Sample selection using saturatedsampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis.The results of the research are that Punishment has a positive and significant effect onEmployee Performance at PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja, Workload has a positive andsignificant effect on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja.

Abstract

Pengetatan persaingan bisnis menuntut pengelolaan SDM yang efektif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh stres kerja, kemajuan karier, dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan Divisi Food & Beverage The Legian Seminyak. Seluruh populasi sebanyak 97 karyawan dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS v25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, menandakan semakin tinggi tingkat stres, semakin besar kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar; (2) kemajuan karier berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sehingga peluang promosi dan kejelasan jalur karier menurunkan niat berpindah; dan (3) iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sehingga suasana kerja yang kondusif menekan keinginan meninggalkan organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan faktor psikososial dan struktural di tempat kerja terutama pengendalian sumber stres, penataan jalur karier, serta penguatan iklim organisasi untuk mempertahankan karyawan pada unit operasional layanan seperti divisi makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

Dunia Perhotelan merupakan salah satu industri yang sangat penting dalam industri pariwisata. Perhotelan melibatkan penyediaan akomodasi, layanan, dan fasilitas bagi wisatawan yang mengunjungi suatu tempat dimana pengelolaan dan pelayanannya dilakukan secara komersial. Salah satunya yaitu Hotel Capella Ubud, Bali adalah hotel bintang lima yang terkenal di bali dengan keindahan hutan hujan tropisnya. Dalam melaksanakan oprasional sebuah perusahaan tidak terlepas dari beberpa tantangan yang harus dilalui sebuah perusahaan seperti Work Life Balance dan Pengembangan Karir yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat Turnover Intention Karyawan. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh work life balance, dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan di Hotel Capella Ubud, Bali. Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada Hotel Capella Ubud, Bali. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik slovin yaitu sejumlah 57 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda,uji koefisien determinasi dan uji stastitik t. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian yang  telah  dilakukan  maka  dapat  diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Work Life Balance berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Work Life Balance, Pengembangan Karir dan Turnover Intention

Abstract

The success or failure of a business is directly related to its human resources, making them a valuable asset. Therefore, good human resource management is very important for the growth of a company's efficiency and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee performance at LPD in Selemadeg District and leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture that emphasizes change. The Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, was the location of this investigation. The influence of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation at work, and corporate culture on productivity was the focus of this study. The staff of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency (n=80) were the population and sample of this study. Due to the small sample size (less than 100), all employees were included as respondents in the multiple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 25 software. The sampling approach used was the saturated sampling method, also known as the census method. The village credit institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, will see an increase in employee performance as a direct result of a more transformational leadership style, according to this study's analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture.

Abstract

 Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap umum yang merupakan hasil daribeberapa sikap khusus terhadap faktor-faktor pekerjaan, penyesuaian diri danhubungan sosial individu diluar kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadapkepuasan kerja pada PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Populasi dan sampel yang diambilsebanyak 78 responden, dengan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan tekniksensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi,wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linearberganda, analisis determinasi uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkankepemimpinan situasional dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Penelitianselanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabellainnya.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to find outThe influence of IBS (IntegratedMicro Banking System) technology services on customer satisfaction at LPDCeluk Sukawati, Gianyar. The research method in this study used a questionnairedistributed to 100 customers from LPD Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar. The analysistechnique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of theanalysis, it was found that the influence of IBS (Integrated Micro Banking System)technology services on customer satisfaction at LPD Celuk Sukawati, Gianyarwas positive and significant for customer satisfaction at LPD Celuk SukawatiGianyar. This is based on a regression coefficient of 0.838 with a determinationof 74.4%, which means that the influence of IBS (Integrated Micro BankingSystem) technology services has an effect of 74.4% on customer satisfaction atLPD Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar, while the remaining 26.6% was influenced byother variables which were not examined in this study. Apart from that, with the ttest, the calculated t-value is obtained16.893 with a significance value of 0.000,because the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, meaning there is apositive and significant influenceIBS (Integrated Micro Banking System)technology services on customer satisfaction at LPD Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar
