Abstract

This paper discusses one of the theological streams within Islam, namely Maturidiyyah, which is divided into Maturidiyyah Samarkand and Maturidiyyah Bukhara. As a reaction to Mu'tazilah, Maturidiyyah, like Asy'ariyyah, is a sect of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah. This study delineates how the theological thought of al-Maturidi emerged, the background factors, developments after the death of al-Maturidi, the Maturidiyyah thought methodology, and the portrayal of modern Maturidiyyah thought. A qualitative descriptive method is employed with a literature review approach to the Maturidiyyah theological and kalam thought. Rooted in Abu Mansur al-Maturidi, this stream uses rational and verbal evidence to counter Mu'tazilah, Jahmiyyah, and other streams. The evolution of Maturidiyyah is divided into stages of establishment, formation, organization and the foundation of beliefs, as well as expansion and dissemination. Maturidiyyah thought encompasses the obligation to know God, acknowledgment of good and evil, the wisdom and purpose of God's actions, the attributes of Allah, seeing Allah on Judgment Day, and views on major sinners. Modern Maturidiyyah thought emphasizes individual freedom in interpreting and practicing Islamic teachings, active engagement in interfaith dialogue, and maintaining a balance between reason and revelation to uphold the relevance of Islam in the modern era.

Abstract

The education of the Quran plays a key role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of individual Muslims. The vision of Quranic education extends beyond the mere understanding of the text, encompassing the introduction and application of Islamic values in everyday life. Contextualizing the vision of Quranic education involves an effort to comprehend and apply the teachings of the Quran in varying contexts of time and place. This article explores how the vision of Quranic education can be integrated and developed within educational institutions through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The findings indicate that Quranic education involves not only understanding the text, but also the practice of Islamic ethics, the cultivation of noble virtues, the teaching of Arabic language, exegesis, hadith, and the study of the historical and cultural context in which the Quran was revealed. The integration of Quranic teachings into educational curricula, interactive teaching methods, character development, and the promotion of social awareness and inclusive education are crucial strategies in implementing the vision of Quranic education within educational institutions. Through these measures, Quranic education can shape a generation of Muslims with strong religious knowledge, virtuous character, and the ability to contribute positively to society as a whole.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is considered the main pillar in shaping the character of Muslims; however, in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship has become essential. The integration of entrepreneurship enables students to connect religious values with the real world, develop self-potential, and become agents of positive change. Inclusive management of Islamic religious education towards entrepreneurship is not only a necessity but also a challenge to create innovative curricula. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach to examine the management of education and entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education. The goal of Islamic Religious Education is to shape individuals with profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, capable of applying them in daily life, fostering love and obedience to Allah SWT, imparting Islamic values and ethics, and encouraging critical, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education aims to mold a younger generation of Muslims who can become successful entrepreneurs and are morally and ethically responsible. The integration of entrepreneurship involves teaching entrepreneurial values and principles, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills such as creativity and management. A conducive environment for entrepreneurship, including the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), training, mentoring, access to financing, and incentives for entrepreneurs, is deemed essential. By integrating entrepreneurship into Islamic religious education, it is expected that students can prepare themselves to face the challenges of the job market and contribute to the welfare of society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of location and purchase quality on clothing purchasing decisions at the Sati Collection Store. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that location and product quality simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store. Location partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store. Product quality partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Santi Collection Cikatomas Store.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of Raw Material Inventory Control on Production Results and the influence of the Production Process on Production Results among employees of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The data source used is a primary data source and the data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this research, the analytical tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing process, the F test and t test are used. The results of the research show that control of raw material supplies, production processes and production results at the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi has a very good rating classification. Control of Raw Material Inventory and Production Process simultaneously has a significant effect on the Production Results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. Partial control of raw material supplies has a significant effect on the production results of the Children's Clothing Tailoring Convection in Cimahi. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee work discipline at the DPMPTSPTK Office, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach and verification research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 57 respondents from employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency DPMPTSPTK Office, and using a saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this research is IBM SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques use literature studies, interviews, questionnaires. The research results show that leadership style and employee organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee work discipline. Organizational culture partially has no significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Samijaya Tea Factory production department. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Leadership partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at Popo Kopitiam Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents who are active customers of Popo Kopitiam. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between the independent and dependent variables. The results showed that simultaneously, price perception and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, price perception has a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction, indicating that assessing price according to product quality can increase satisfaction. Similarly, good service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, indicating the importance of fast, friendly, and professional service. These findings indicate that the combination of competitive prices and optimal service is a major factor in building customer satisfaction at Popo Kopitiam Tasikmalaya.
