Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kolektibilitas pembiayaan pada KSPPS BMT Amanah Nusa Jepara dengan menggunakan variabel jumlah plafond pembiayaan, jangka waktu, jumlah jasa serta jenis pembiayaan. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari lembaga KSPPS BMT Amanah Nusa. Populasinya berupa laporan data anggota pembiayaan aktif pada periode tahun 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 472 anggota pembiayaan di tahun 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak semua faktor yang diuji mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kolektibilitas di KSPPS BMT Amanah Nusa. Jumlah plafond, jangka waktu dan jumlah jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kolektibilitas macet, namun jenis pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kolektibilitas.

Abstract

This paper endeavors to explore the impact of New Media on the dynamics of religious authorities, with a particular focus on Indonesia. Seeking to challenge the prevailing assumption, this research adopts a qualitative method grounded in a comprehensive literature review. Drawing from diverse sources such as journal articles, proceedings, books, and online news, the study poses a pivotal question: how do religious authorities in Indonesia leverage New Media as a conduit for ideological transmission? In contrast to the commonly held belief, the proposed thesis of this article contends that New Media doesn't serve as a catalyst for the transformation of religious authorities in Indonesia. Instead, it functions as a valuable opportunity for the dissemination of religious information. Framed within the media technology perspective articulated by Gill Branston and Roy Stafford (2003), the findings of this research underscore the strategic design of platforms like the Nahdlatul Ulama Online website, the Indonesian Ulema Council Da'wah Application, and Muhammadiyah.or.id to illustrate that New Media serves as a potent tool for Indonesian Islamic authorities in fortifying the organizational identity.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Psoriasis merupakan suatu penyakit autoimun dan inflamasi kulit yang bersifat kronis. Perjalanan penyakit psoriasis membuat kualitas hidup pasien menurun dan meningkatkan mortalitas. Vitamin D memiliki peran penting dalam fungsi kekebalan tubuh dengan meningkatkan respons imun bawaan dan adaptif. Efek suplementasi vitamin D masih menjadi perdebatan karena hasil yang tidak konklusif. Objektif: Mengetahui efek pemberian suplementasi Vitamin D terhadap perubahan skor Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) pada pasien psoriasis. Metode: Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada empat pangkalan data, yaitu PubMed, Cochrane, ProQuest, dan Embase menggunakan kata kunci MeSH terms. Penyeleksian artikel dilakukan dengan penapisan judul atau abstrak, telaah teks lengkap, dan menentukan terpenuhinya kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dilakukan telaah kritis pada dua studi kajian literatur sistemik/meta-analisis dari uji acak terkontrol berdasarkan telaah validity, importance, dan applicability. Hasil: Dua literatur dipilih dan dinilai secara kritis. Artikel pertama menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan skor PASI antara pasien psoriasis yang mendapat plasebo dengan pasien psoriasis yang mendapatkan suplementasi vitamin D setelah 3, 6, dan 12 bulan pemberian suplementasi. dengan p>0,05. Pada artikel kedua, suplementasi vitamin D lebih unggul dibandingkan plasebo dalam memperbaiki skor PASI setelah 6 bulan intervensi (MD = -0,92, 95% CI = -1,72 hingga -0,11). Namun setelah penyesuaian Hartung-Knapp, hasil menjadi tidak signifikan (MD = 0.92, 95% CI = 2.21 hingga 0.38).Suplementasi Vitamin D tidak menurunkan keparahan pada psoriasis yang dinilai melalui PASI. Kesimpulan: Pemberian suplementasi vitamin D tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap perbaikan keparahan pada pasien psoriasis yang dinilai melalui skor PASI. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan serta pengendalian konsumsi energi listrik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di lingkungan rumah tangga menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 dan sensor arus ACS712. Sistem ini mampu mengukur dan mengirimkan data konsumsi energi secara real-time ke dashboard visualisasi berbasis Blynk/Web melalui protokol MQTT. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan tingkat akurasi pengukuran dengan rata-rata error di bawah 5% dibandingkan alat ukur standar, serta kemampuan memberikan notifikasi otomatis saat terjadi lonjakan daya berlebih. Data historis penggunaan energi juga berhasil direkam untuk analisis pola konsumsi harian pada perangkat rumah tangga seperti kipas angin, lampu LED, dan charger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif, responsif, dan mudah digunakan, dengan biaya implementasi yang rendah. Namun, sistem masih memiliki keterbatasan terkait ketergantungan koneksi Wi-Fi dan belum adanya fitur kontrol otomatis serta prediksi konsumsi energi. Rekomendasi pengembangan selanjutnya meliputi integrasi algoritma machine learning untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan sistem dan optimasi penggunaan energi secara proaktif.

Abstract

PT. Jaya Fajar Lestari has been a pioneer in beauty products since 1984. Since then the company has earned the trust, the loyalty of the public, and a reputation as an excellent provider of beauty products and services in the beauty business. One of the beauty services is beauty care and consultation, this service is in great demand and already has more than 100 consumers who are still handled manually so there are customer complaints about customer service such as being slow to inform the schedule of beauty treatments, the latest products, as well as answering customer complaints about the products that are available. used so that it requires an information system that can overcome these problems, namely an android-based system. The author proposes the application of this system with a waterfall system development model by describing the system with UML and java and android bases. This system is a solution to the problems of customer service PT. Jaya Fajar Lestari so that consumers can be served more intensively and comfortably in the use of this system and make it easier for the management of PT. Abstract

Laboratories play a crucial role in supporting academic activities at health education institutions. However, inventory management at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), is still conducted manually, leading to recording errors, service delays, and difficulties in real-time equipment monitoring. These issues hinder students from accessing information about the availability and location of equipment needed during practical sessions. This study aims to develop a laboratory equipment loan administration system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). The system was developed using the prototyping method, utilizing the ESP8266 and RFID RC522 sensor as the main components to support automated, contactless identification of equipment. The developed system is capable of digitally recording and monitoring the borrowing and returning of equipment in a structured and real-time manner. Testing results show that the system functions properly and meets user needs, although it has a limitation in RFID reading distance, with a maximum range of only 3 cm. This constraint presents a challenge for field implementation. Overall, the system has proven to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in laboratory inventory management and supports the digitalization of technology-based equipment loan processes.

Abstract

Introduction: As one of the leading causes of death worldwide, pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) is an infectious disease that continues to pose a serious threat to public health. The presence of cavities in radiological imaging of patients with PTB is associated with malnutrition, age, gender, and other comorbidities, including diabetes mellitus. This study aimed to find the association between nutritional status and lung cavity in PTB patients. Methods: This was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design that involved 134 adult patients who were diagnosed with PTB at Persahabatan National Respiratory Referral Hospital, Jakarta. All patients were interviewed using a questionnaire for sociodemographic and anthropometric data, the nutritional status was assessed using the subjective global assessment (SGA), and the lung cavity was determined using a chest X-ray interpreted by radiologists. The Chi-square test was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 for Windows. Results: Of 134 PTB patients, 61.9% were males, and 92.5% were from the 18-59 years old age group. Based on the SGA score, 77 (57.5%) were grouped as mild-moderate malnutrition/SGA B and 22 (16.4%) as severe malnutrition/SGA C. Lung cavity was found in 42 (31.3%) patients. The analysis showed that malnutrition was statistically significantly associated with lung cavity with OR=6.933 (95%CI 1.986-24.205; p=0.002) and the adjusted OR were 7.303 (95%CI 2.060-25.890; p=0.002) after controlling for age, sex, smoking, education, and comorbidities. Conclusion: This study found that malnutrition was associated with lung cavities in PTB patients. These findings might indicate how malnutrition impaired the immune function in PTB patients.

Abstract

Society 5.0 is a concept of convenience for humans controlled by technology in fulfilling social and economic behavior. The use of technology in the form of hardware and software requires high energy. The need for energy will add to problems in energy supply. To anticipate this, the equipment and facilities used by small and medium enterprises (SMES) must be designed to use sustainable energy and resources or green energy. The angkringan business is one of the typical SMES in Indonesia. The angkringan business also faces tough competition to survive in the culinary business. For this reason, innovation and development are needed, including strategies that carry traditional nuances combined with modern technological information. Green energy is developed using solar cells which will be implemented in Gerobak Angkringan. Intelligent computing will be implemented in applications to manage solar cell energy distribution and prediction. Furthermore, intelligent computing will be implemented in the Angkringan 5.0 application. The stages of implementing devotion activities include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The off-grid PLTS unit implemented for the Angkringan Suhe Railway Museum uses 200 Wp solar panels. An intelligent computing system has been implemented in the application to manage the distribution and prediction of solar cell energy. Furthermore, intelligent computing will be implemented in the Angkringan 5.0 application. This application is useful for helping small and medium enterprises (SMES), especially Angkringan traders. This application is useful for monitoring the weather when selling angkringan, so that angkringan traders anticipate these conditions. The System Usability Scale (SUS) Testing Instrument with 10 questions obtained a SUS test calculation result of 82.5, so it can be said that the system built meets the SUS.

Abstract

Abstract- Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) continue to be a leading cause of mortality worldwide. Early and accurate prediction of CVDs risk is crucial for effective prevention and management. This study presents the implementation of a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) for predicting suseptibility cardiovascular diseases. The implementation of FIS for the prediction of cardiovascular disease is by determining the membership function for risk factors that influence the susceptibility of the disease. The FIS developed in this study integrates five risk factors, including age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol and one output parameter CVDs prediction. The FIS method used Mamdani with 162 rules. Real-world patient data diagnosed with cardiovascular disease is used to train and validate the FIS. Validity testing produces 100% valid data. Testing is carried out using patient data. The method used to validate the results of the FIS implementation is by distributing questionnaires to several paramedics.. These findings provide insights into further refinements of CVD risk modeling and potential applications in clinical practice.

Abstract

Angkringan is a culinary business that is often found, especially in Surakarta and Yogyakarta in particular and Central Java in general. Most angkringan include small and medium enterprises (SMES). Food and drink merchandise mapping is an important thing in angkringan. In this research, food and drink mapping was carried out at several snack bars in Jebres sub-district, Surakarta city using word clouds and the Apriori algorithm. The word cloud will produce the dominant food and beverage itemsets which will then be processed using the Apriori algorithm. The results of mapping with the Apriori algorithm for food yield support(tempeh) = support (tofu) = 95 which is the highest. Relationship value between dominant itemsets: Confidence(tempeh, tofu→satay, milkfish rice, quail egg, bakwan) = 21. Results for drinks have the highest support value for tea, support(tea) = 100. Relationship value between dominant itemsets: Confidence(tea → coffee, milk, ginger) = 15.
