Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality traits and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers in the mediation of organizational commitment to high schools in the District Mranggen. The research involved 95 teachers in the public high school in Mranggensubdistrict The data collected by sending questionnaire to respondents.and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 Data processing is done by describing the respondents by gender, education, age and years of service, all the respondent are teachers. By using the validity and reliability,test models used to analyze the coefficient of determination (R2) and the Goodness of fit. Meanwhile test hypothesis test using a significance test of individual parameters (statistical t test). The results showed that the of personality traits had no effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence had no  positive effect on organizational commitment, personality traits positive effect on teacher performance, and emotional intelligence had no effect on teacher performance, while organizational commitment result also hasn’t effect on the performance of teachers. Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture  mediated by the organizational commitment to the teacher performance. This study used an entire population, that is called census method (saturated sample). The research  population is all teachers at Yunior High School in Margorejo Pati regency as many as  85 people. The analyze method used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to validate the research hypothesis and regression testing mediation. The results stated that work motivation  has no effect on organizational commitment. Variable organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment does not affect the teacher  performance. Work motivation has a positve and significant  effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture variables do not affect the  teachers performance. Organizational commitment doesn’t have a significance influence  on teacher performance through the mediating variable of organizational commitment. Organizational commitment does not mediate organizational culture on teacher performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Commitment Organizational, and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of self efficacy and motivatoin to Teacher performance with mediationorganizational commitment. Population is used as the object of the teachers in SMP Pati totaling 84 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that sample selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. Of p0pulasition sensus results can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 84 respondents. The results prove that the models ability to correctly describe the effect of variable Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment to Motivation is 54.4%. While others described by 45.6% to a variable outside the regression model. self efficacy and effects, motivation, organizational commitment to teacher performance by 69.5%. While the other 30.5% is explained beyond this regression model. Self-efficacy with mediation organizational commitment does not have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMPBatangan. Mediation test results note that the value is greater than the direct effect of the indirect effect. Motivation with organizational commitment mediation proved to have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMP NBatangan. Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Transformational Leadership Mediated by Organizational Culture and Organizational Learning Empowerment against (Case Study Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang). The population in this study were teachers Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 125 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method approach statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that transformational leadership has no influence on organizational learning. Organizational culture mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational learning. Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate is moderated. Population and sample are SMP teacher who has been a civil servant in the District Pemalang Ulujami consisting of five (5) school of 128 teachers. From a population of 128 teachers, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method uses computer software approach using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: (1) Cultural Organization positive effect on teacher performance; (2) Work Motivation positive effect on teacher performance; (3) Climate organization significant positive effect on the performance of teachers; (4) Organizational Climate does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance and (5) Organizational Climate moderating influence on the performance of teachers work motivation. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Organizational Climate and Teachers Performance

Abstract

Population and sample were teachers SMP Comal District of Pemalang totaling 135 people from five (5) Junior High School, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: 1) Competence affect teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 2) Work motivation affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 3) Cultural organizations do not affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 4) Organizational Culture moderate effect on the performance of teachers competence Junior High School, in District Comal Pemalang; 5) moderate the organizational culture employee motivation influences on teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang.
