Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi industri kreatif  produk sulam tempel bordir di Desa Seritanjung Ogan Ilir serta menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam upaya mengembangkan industri kreatif  produk sulam tempel bordir di Desa Seritanjung Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi wawancara. Keabsahan data adalah metode triangulasi sumber. Variabel penelitian adalah profil usaha industri kreatif sulam tempel bordir di Desa Seritanjung. Metode analisis data adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menyusun matriks IFE dan EFE, analisis matriks SWOT, analisis grafik cartesius dan analisis kombinasi strategi kuantitatif. Abstract

Covid-19 berdampak ke segala sektor, salah satunya sektor ekonomi. Hal ini dirasakan secara signifikan oleh para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang mengalami krisis ekonomi. Pasalnya, menurunnya daya beli masyarakat akibat pandemi Covid-19 juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM. Krisis ekonomi yang dialami UMKM tanpa disadari dapat menjadi ancaman bagi perekonomian nasional. Oleh karena itu pembinaan dan bantuan untuk pelaku UMKM di masa pandemi perlu menjadi perhatian banyak sektor terutama lembaga pemerintah. Tujuanannya membuat Indonesia mampu bertransformasi menjadi negara maju juga menyimpan ancaman, bahwa negara kita hanya akan menjadi pasar (konsumen) ekspansi dari industri pada tingkat global karena ketidakmampuan kita untuk bersaing dan berinovasi. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitabity, asset structure and size on the capital structure of the Building Construction Sub-sector Company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research Population are companies listed on the Building Construction Subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 16 companies. The observation period is 2014 to 2018. The sample is determined based on non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The total sample is 9 companies. The data used is secondary data. Data collection technique is documentation. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression with classical assumption, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this research are simultaneously profitability, asset structure and size have a significant effect on capital structure, partially profitability has a negative and not significant effect on capital structure, partially the asset structure and size have positive and significant effect on capital structure, the regression equation is Y = -4,527-0,011X1 + 0.082X2 + 0.414X3 which shows profitability has a negative effect, asset  structure  and size has a positive effect, the coefficient of determination 34.3% which means the contribution of profitability, asset structure and size to capital structure is 38.8% while the remaining 61.2% is contributed by other variables not analyzed in this research.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price towards buying interest Arawaza brand karate clothes. This research is a quantitative and explanatory research. The population is athletes and trainers of karate athletes in Palembang City and wear karate baju from various brands in training activities and karate competitions both inside and outside the city of Palembang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, namely athletes or athlete coaches who wear the Arawaza karate baju in training activities and karate competitions both inside and outside Palembang City. The number of samples was 58 respondents. The data used were primary data. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with classical assumptions, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that simultaneously the brand image, product quality and price have a significant effect on buying interest, partially both brand image and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest and partially the price has no significant effect on the intention to buy Awaraza brand karate clothes. The regression equation concludes that brand image and product quality have a positive effect on purchase intention and price has a negative effect on purchase intention. The coefficient of determination shows that the variable brand image, product quality and price can explain the variable buying interest for Arawaza brand karate clothes by 90.1% while the remaining value of 9.9% is explained by other variables not involved in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty through the mediating variable e-satisfaction. The population of this research is all customers who have bought cosmetic products at Cilufio Online Shop. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who have made purchases at least 2 times and have recommended Cilufio Online Shop to others, the total sample is 74 respondents. The research data analysis technique uses inferential statistical methods, path analysis and Sobel Test. E-service quality and e-satisfaction are exogenous variables and e-loyalty as endogenous variables. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a variable effect of e-service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty, partially there is an effect of the e-service quality variable on e-loyalty and there is an influence of the e-satisfaction variable on customer e-loyalty Cilufio online Shop. The effect of total e-service quality through e-satisfaction on e-loyalty is greater than the direct effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, which means that e-satisfaction is a mediating variable of e-service quality on e-loyalty of customers at Cilufio online shop. The results of the Sobel Test show a significant mediation coefficient, which means that e-service quality has an effect on e-loyalty through e-customer satisfaction at Cilufio Online Shop.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study uses the concept that is in accordance with Islamic law and is far from the word usury, making sharia pawnshops a Sharia Financial Institution that is in great demand by many people, especially the middle to lower classes because the conditions are easily met, can be done in a short time and are easily accessible. aims to determine the accounting treatment of rahn financing (gold pawning) at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Simpang Patal Palembang Branch whether it is in accordance with PSAK 107 or not. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The type of data used is primary and secondary data which is done by interviewing, observing and documenting. The results of this study indicate that the accounting treatment of rahn financing at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Simpang Patal Palembang branch related to recognition and measurement of loans (marhun) and ijarah fees are in accordance with PSAK 107 because at the time of receipt of installments PT. Pegadaian Syariah Simpang Patal Palembang branch recognizes as a reduction in the principal of the financing and recognizes rental income for rental fees already paid by customers (rahin) who have used their services. Keywords: Rahn, PSAK 107 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep yang sesuai dengan syariat islam dan jauh dari kata riba, membuat pegadaian syariah menjadi Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang diminati banyak masyarakat, terutama masyarakat menengah kebawah karena syarat yang mudah terpenuhi, dapat dilakukan dengan waktu yang singkat dan mudah diakses. bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlakuan akuntansi pembiayaan rahn (gadai emas) di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Simpang Patal Palembang apakah sudah sesuai dengan PSAK 107 atau tidak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi pembiayaan rahn di PT. Pegadaian Syariah cabang Simpang Patal Palembang terkait pengakuan dan pengukuran pinjaman (marhun) serta biaya ijarah sudah sesuai dengan PSAK 107 karena pada saat penerimaan angsuran pihak PT. Pegadaian Syariah cabang Simpang Patal Palembang mengakui sebagai pengurangan pokok pembiayaan dan mengakui pendapatan sewa atas biaya sewa yang sudah dibayarkan oleh nasabah (rahin) yang telah menggunakan jasanya. Kata Kunci : Rahn, PSAK 107

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran, 2) pengetahuan produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran, 3) orientasi pasar dan pengetahuan produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada bagian penjualan produk motor di PT. Honda Bintang Motor Angkatan 66 Palembangberjumlah 32 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) orientasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada PT. Honda Bintang Motor Angkatan 66 Palembang, 2) pengetahuan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada PT. Honda Bintang Motor Angkatan 66 Palembang, 3) orientasi pasar dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada PT. Honda Bintang Motor Angkatan 66 Palembangdengan sumbangan seluruh variabel orientasi pasar dan pengetahuan produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 80,7%. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pemasaran ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) market orientation on marketing performance, 2) product knowledge on marketing performance, 3) market orientation and product knowledge on marketing performance. The population and sample of this study were all employees in the sales of motorcycle products at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Batch 66 Palembang again opened 32 employees. The research data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing that: 1) market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Batch 66 Palembang, 2) knowledge products have a significant effect on marketing performance at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Batch 66 Palembang, 3) market orientation and product knowledge have a significant effect on marketing performance at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Batch 66 Palembang with the contribution of all variables of market orientation and product knowledge to marketing performance of 80.7%. Keywords: Marketing Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The reason for this research is to decide on the work of the city authorities, the availability of monetary reports, and the framework of the city's monetary bookkeeping which together impact on the responsibilities of the city's monetary administration. The exploratory technique used is a quantitative strategy, which can be interpreted as a strategy based on positivism's way of thinking, which is used to look at a particular population or test. The type of exploration carried out by the authors in this study is a cooperative which is expected to be able to decide the impact of the work of the city government, the disclosure of financial statements and the framework of the city's financial bookkeeping on the responsibility of the city's financial administration in the Suak Tapeh Region. The information collection strategy used is the Survey/Poll procedure, which is a method of collecting information by providing a set of structured explanations to respondents to answer. The polls are involved by specialists as an examination instrument. The results of the review stated that for testing using a different recurrence investigation using the SPSS rendition 21 program estimate. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, it was obtained that 0.000 < 0.005 and the determined F value was 34.756 > F Table 2.78, so it is very reasonable that H4 is recognized, and it means there is its influence. of X1, X2 and X3 together on Y. Keywords: City Apparatus Work, Monetary Report Disclosure, City Monetary Bookkeeping Framework, Monetary Administration Responsibilities. ABSTRAK Alasan penelitian ini adalah untuk memutuskan pekerjaan otoritas kota, ketersediaan laporan moneter, dan kerangka kerja pembukuan moneter kota yang secara bersama-sama berdampak pada tanggung jawab administrasi moneter kota. Teknik eksplorasi yang digunakan adalah strategi kuantitatif, yang dapat diartikan sebagai strategi berdasarkan cara berpikir positivisme, yang digunakan untuk melihat suatu populasi atau tes tertentu. Jenis eksplorasi yang dilakukan oleh pencipta dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi yang diharapkan dapat memutuskan dampak dari pekerjaan pemerintah kota, keterbukaan laporan keuangan dan kerangka pembukuan keuangan kota terhadap tanggung jawab administrasi keuangan kota di Wilayah Suak Tapeh. Strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah prosedur Survey/Poll, yaitu suatu metode pengumpulan informasi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan sekumpulan penjelasan yang tersusun kepada responden untuk dijawab. Jajak pendapat yang terlibat oleh spesialis sebagai instrumen pemeriksaan. Hasil review menyatakan bahwa untuk pengujian menggunakan investigasi kekambuhan yang berbeda menggunakan estimasi program SPSS rendition 21. Abstract

Entrepreneurial spirit can be developed for school students from elementary, to college students. Students can create and innovate by aiming for market share starting from their own schools then develop more broadly. One of school at Indralaya understands that students need to be equipped with entrepreneurial spirit that is SMAN 1 South Indralaya Ogan Ilir Regency. This community service activities is aimed to develop the student’s entrepreneurial spirit of SMAN 1 Indralaya and defining efforts that have the potential to be developed by students of SMAN 1 Indralaya by utilizing their resources. The form of community service activities is counseling with a mechanism 1) presentation to students about the material of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship 2) question and answer about the material that has been delivered. Participants showed their active participation in this stage which was shown by the spirit of discussion in groups so as to produce business proposals that were in accordance with the regional potential and community needs.Keywords: entrepreneurship, creativity, innovationABSTRAK Jiwa wirausaha dapat dikembangkan kepada siswa sekolah mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga mahasiwa di perguruan tinggi. Siswa dapat  berkreasi dan berinovasi dengan membidik pangsa pasar mulai dari sekolahnya sendiri kemudian berkembang lebih luas. Salah satu sekolah di Indralaya memahami bahwa siswa perlu dibekali jiwa berwirausaha adalah SMAN 1 Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jiwa  kewirausahaan Siswa SMAN 1 Indralaya dan mendefinisikan usaha yang memiliki potensi  untuk dikembangkan siswa SMAN 1 Indralaya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah penyuluhan dengan mekanisme 1)presentasi kepada siswa mengenai materi kreativitas, inovasi dan kewirausahaan 2)tanya jawab mengenai materi yang telah disampaikan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the stocks that can be included in the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30, the proportion of funds invested in each IDX Value30 stock, the return and risk of the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30 shares using the single index model and to determine whether there are differences average expected return and average risk between IDX Value30 stocks included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks not included in the portfolio. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The population is shares of companies that are included in the IDX Value30 list for the announcement period from 2019 to 2022. The sampel is determined using nonprobability sampling with a purpose sampling method. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research result obtained 2 optimal portfolio forming stocks with a single index model, namely ADRO shares with a proportion in the portfolio of 26.93% and UNTR of 73.07% and a portfolio return of 2,45% with a portfolio risk 1.41%. There is a difference in the average expected return between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio and there is no difference in the average risk between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio.
