Abstract

The development of information technology has had a major impact on human life, allowing us to receive information quickly. The JDIH website is one of the efforts to provide digital-based information through a website platform that can be accessed quickly to provide information to improve efficiency, accessibility and convenience in providing public services to the people of South Sumatra Province to realize good governance. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of the JDIH website (Legal Documentation and Information Network) in providing information services to the public. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the JDIH Website using Google Analytics Tools to understand the characteristics and statistics of its visitors. The results of the research and analysis that have been carried out by taking JDIH website data with the Google Analytics Algorithm within 28 days have had 2,445 views with an engagement ratio of 61.51%, visitor traffic data from organic search was also obtained, the largest number of which was 628 visitors from Google, Bing, Yahoo. The visitor operating system to access the website uses Windows as many as 418, Android 250, and iOS 47. The largest number of JDIH Website visitors is from Palembang City, which is 382 visitors.

Abstract

Production costs are the costs that make up the cost of production and are used as the basis for setting the selling price. To calculate the cost of production, the analytical tool used in this study is the full costing method. The purpose of this research is to compare which method is more efficient to be used/applied by the management of PDAM Tirta Betuah, Banyuasin Regency. PDAM Tirta Betuah, Banyuasin Regency uses the tariff set by the Banyuasin Regency government in calculating the basic price/base price of water products. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative method, using interview data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the cost of production in 2019, 2020 and 2021 at PDAM Tirta Betuah Banyuasin Regency is Rp.4,304.46,-/M3 Rp.5,223.88,-/M3 and Rp.4,943.68,-/M3 . In calculating the selling price/tariff for water, PDAM Tirta Betuah, Banyuasin Regency, uses a basic tariff of Rp. 3,000,- /M3 for household customers. It can be seen that the cost of production is above the selling price of water. Thus, the selling price cannot fully cover operating expenses, which means the company will suffer losses in 2019, 2020 and 2021. In order to keep the costs incurred not too high, the company must reduce the high level of water leakage, so that all the water produced can be distributed and sold, then the company's profits will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor yaitu laba bersih dan piutang usaha berpengaruh terhadap prediksi arus kas operasi masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor Food & Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 14 perusahaan Food & Beverages dengan periode 2015-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara persial menunjukan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh terhadap prediksi arus kas operasi masa depan sedangkan secara persial menunjukan bahwa piutang usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap prediksi arus kas operasi masa depan dan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa laba bersih dan piutang usaha berpengaruh terhadap prediksi arus kas operasi masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of wage and incentive provision on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied being 50 employees. The analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, determination coefficient analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, t test, F test using the spss 22 for windows software program. The results of the partial t test showed that the wage provision variable had a negative effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari while the incentive variable had a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari and the results of the f test showed that the provision of wages and incentives simultaneously had an effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari. Sedulur Berdikari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 50 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji F dengan menggunakan program Sofware spss 22 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian uji t secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel pemberian upah berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari sedangkan variabel insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari dan hasil uji f menunjukan bahwa pemberian upah dan insentif secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh opini going concern dan financial distress terhadap auditor switching yang dilakukan perusahaan secara voluntary baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal yang menghubungkan sebab akibat dari dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 yang berjumlah 51 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga perusahaan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan tahunan yang diunduh  dari website resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial opini going concern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap auditor switching, sedangkan financial distress tidak berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching. Secara simultan opini going concern dan financial distress berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching. Kata Kunci: Opini Going concern, Financial distress, Auditor switching   ABSTRACT   This study aims to examine the effect of going concern opinion and financial distress on auditor switching by voluntary companies both partially and simultaneously. This research includes a type of quantitative research with a causal associative method that connects the cause and effect of two or more variables. The population in this study were transportation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022, totaling 51 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique so that the companies sampled were 20 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial and annual reports downloaded from the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The test results show that partially going concern opinion has a positive and significant effect on auditor switching, while financial distress has no effect on auditor switching. Abstract

Socialization is a general concept which is defined as a process in which we learn to interact with other people, how to act, think and feel, all of which are important in producing effective social participation. This socialization was carried out as a form of the university's efforts to provide information regarding the acceptance of new students. The method used in this community service activity is providing socialization and promotion of all admission routes and study programs at PGRI Palembang University. In this socialization program, information is also provided regarding the new rules for accepting new students through the report card and written selectionroute. in 2024. With this activity, it is hoped that it will be useful for high school students in South Sumatra to be able to choose a major that suits their talents and interests. Apart from socialization activities, introducing the PGRI Palembang University Campus to high school and vocational school students in Ogan Regency Komering Ilir Palembang in this activity also socialized all majors, both undergraduate and postgraduate, for teachers who taught at the high school. As one university, PGRI Palembang University also holds socialization for new student admissions every year.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah deskripsi, analisis kualitatif, metode yang digunakan, deskripsi kualitatif, serangkaian kegiatan atau proses untuk menyaring data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan situasi tertentu. Aspek atau bidang studi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan arus kas internal perusahaan sudah terstruktur sepenuhnya dan mencakup departemen lain terutama pemasaran dan keuangan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan memasarkan produksi Lempok Durian di Rumah Makan Mau Lagi Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan pekerja rumah makan Mau Lagi di kawasan Tebing Tinggi yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaksi Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Konsep pengembangan produk yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Makan Mau Lagi di Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang adalah dengan menambah kategori produk baru yang lebih beragam dan menarik, 2) Volume pemasaran produk makanan pada Rumah Makan Mau Lagi Tebing Tinggi, Empat Kabupaten Lawang. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Pemasaran, Produksi, Lempok Durian ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is the development and marketing aspects of Durian Lempok production at Mau Lagi restaurant in Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The population and sample for this study were the owners and workers of the Mau Lagi restaurant in the Tebing Tinggi area, consisting of 30 people. Data were collected through observations, interviews and documents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Milles and Huberman's interaction analysis. The research results show that 1) the product development idea of ​​Mau Lagi restaurant in Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency is to add a variety of new and interesting products, 2) mass marketing of the products.
