Abstract

IAIN Madura sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Islam harus senantiasa menegakkan nilai-nilai Islami sesuai dengan visi misinya yaitu religius, kompetitif dan kompeten. Namun nampaknya masih belum maksimal penerapannya terutama bagi mahasiswa di kampus. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya mahasiswa yang kurang mengindahkan aturan Kode Etik mahasiswa seperti penggunaaan busana yang kurang sopan, cara berkomunikasi dengan dosen dan pimpinan yang kurang etis dan lain sebagainya. Persoalannya adalah bagaimana cara Tim Kode Etik yang sudah dibentuk bisa memainkan perannya dalam menyelesaikan masalah moral mahasiswa tersebut, sehingga mahasiswa merasa dimonitoring dan diperhatikan ketika di kampus. Untuk itu peneliti melakukan penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptif analitik, metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tim Kode Etik memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam mengawal etika mahasiswa dan moral mahasiswa IAIN Madura agar lebih baik. Tim Kode Etik sebagai pembimbing, dan pengawas serta pembina moral mahasiswa IAIN Madura. Kegiatan pembinaan Kode Etik dilakukan sejak orientasi mahasiswa baru juga ketika proses pembelajaran di kelas, selain itu Tim Kode Etik juga bekerjasama dengan dosen pengajar dan Ka. Prodi untuk memberikan sanksi ketika melihat langsung pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa ketika di kampus.(IAIN Madura as an Islamic Education institution must always uphold Islamic values in accordance with its vision and mission of religious, competitive and competent. But it seems that the application is still not maximized, especially students on campus. This can be seen from the existence of students who do not heed the rules of the Student Code of Ethics such as the use of clothing that is not polite, how to communicate with lecturers and leaders who are less ethical and so forth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Code of Ethics Team in solving the students' moral problems, so that students can obey the code of ethics while on campus. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analitik, the type is case study. The results showed that the Code of Ethics Team had a significant role in guarding the ethics and morals of IAIN Madura students to be better. The code of ethics team is a guide, and supervisor and moral guide for students of IAIN Madura. The code of ethics coaching activity has been carried out since the orientation of new students as well as during the learning process in the classroom. In addition, the code of ethics team also cooperates with the teaching lecturer and Head of Office. Study Program to give sanctions when seeing firsthand the violations committed by students while on campus. The existence of the Code of Ethics Team makes students reluctant to commit violations while on campus, because its massive monitoring makes students feel they are always being watched.)

Abstract

Perlindungan terhadap profesi guru merupakan upaya melindungi guru-guru dari berbagai kekerasan, ancaman, perlakuan diskriminatif, ketidak adilan, kriminalisasi, dan perlakuan-perlakuan yang menyimpang dari siswa, orang tua dan masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan bentuk-bentuk perlindugan bagi guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Yuridis sosisologis dalam bingkai penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan dokumomentasi. Analisis data dilakkan dengan Langkah-langkah dengan reduksi data, pengambilan kesimpulan. Dari penelitian yang dilaksakan. Hasil penetian ini menujukkan terdapat 1) perlidungan hukum guru melalui advokasi dan sosialisasi hukum, perlindungan dari kekerasan, 2)perlindungan profesi dengan penghasilan yang layak dan kebebasan mengeluarkan pendapat, 3) perlingungan terhdap kekayaan intelektual dengan mendorong guru berkarya, namun karya-karya tersebut belum dipatenkan.

Abstract

Masalah pendidikan Islam yang berkembang di sekolah saat ini sangat banyak, salah satunya adalah kapitalisme pendidikan Islam, pendidikan yang menjadi hak setiap individu dibatasi oleh kemampuan finansial. mahalnya biaya pendidikan swasta yang notabene adalah lembaga pendidikan islam yang biasanya ada kata islam di belakang nama sekolahnya seperti SD Islam, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dan sejenisnya. itu membuat pendidikan telah keluar dari tujuan yang sebenarnya. Paradigma pendidikan Islam tidak membedakan stratifikasi sosial di masyarakat, karena belajar adalah hak setiap individu, setiap orang berhak mendapatkan pendidikan di sekolah. Sudah saatnya kita menerapkan paradigma “keadilan sosial”, dengan menggunakan “pendekatan pemberdayaan manusia”. Pendekatan ini menempatkan manusia sebagai manusia. Manusia tidak beradaptasi dengan barang. Manusia adalah makhluk yang mandiri-otonom, memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dan diwujudkan. Maka pendidikan yang berkeadilan ini akan terwujud bila kita semua serius mentransformasikan pendidikan dengan konsep “memanusiakan manusia”.

Abstract

The hadith is manifested on form real in life, word, behaviours and attitude of the Prophet towards all things, sometimes its own law that is not found in the Qur’an. Abstract

The goal of this study is to uncover the millennial generation's perception of ghuru tolang as well as the pattern of socio-cultural relations established by the Madurese millennial community. This research employs a qualitative-phenomenological approach, with data gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. The information was analysed in three stages: reduction, display, and verification. According to the findings of this study, the figure and role of ghuru tolang are essentially the same in the eyes of the millennial generation, despite a slight shift. According to him, ghuru tolang is a religious educator and founder who must be respected and obeyed. Ghuru tolang, on the other hand, does not stand out from other teachers in their eyes.so there is no sacredness that must be overly addressed. Nevertheless, the millennial generation still positions ghuru tolang as a religious and social leader so that he is considered a cultural symbol that fully adheres to traditional religious values and has important meaning for the Madurese people. The social relations that are built between the ghuru tolang and the millennial generation are imbued with a strong spiritual aspect where there is a special relationship, namely a relationship that is imbued with the spirit of Nasyr al 'ilmi. The closeness of the relationship between the two is also based on a strong emotional closeness like the psychological relationship between parents and their children.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian ini ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan administrasi perkantoran dan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut Untuk Tenaga Outsourching di PT Anugerah Pratama Pamekasan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode model pijar yang tahapannya melalui analisa kebutuhan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwasanya Pelatihan administrasi perkantoran untuk tenaga outsourcing di PT Anugerah Pratama Pamekasan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta secara signifikan dalam berbagai aspek pekerjaan administratif. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan dokumen, penggunaan teknologi perkantoran, keterampilan komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan etika profesionalisme. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dan kontribusi positif dari tenaga outsourcing dalam lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic character education with Islamic legal values in holistic learning context as response to educational system fragmentation separating religious aspects from practical application. Moral degradation in globalization era demands character education revitalization integrating fundamental Islamic law values as foundation for noble morals formation. Research employs qualitative paradigm with library research approach, analyzing literature through thematic analysis to identify integration patterns and key concepts. Results indicate integration can be implemented through three models: integrative thematic approach, experiential learning, and collaborative learning emphasizing direct experience and contextual problem-solving. Theoretical framework integrates ontological, epistemological, and axiological components in four levels: philosophical, theoretical, methodological, and practical with maqashid al-syariah principles as evaluation foundation. Research contributes to developing Islamic education models responsive to contemporary challenges while maintaining authentic Islamic identity, producing graduates with excellent character and deep Islamic law understanding for civil society formation.

Abstract

The escalating global environmental crisis demands active participation from educational institutions, particularly Islamic institutions with unique theological foundations for environmental stewardship. This research addresses the gap between Islamic values and modern environmental management by analyzing the innovative “Eco-Pesantren Model” at SMPI Mambaul Ulum, identifying implementation mechanisms, and evaluating impacts on students’ environmental awareness. Using qualitative case study methodology with participatory observation, in-depth interviews with 25 key informants, and document analysis, this research develops an integrated model combining spiritual transformation with practical environmental management. The study introduces “Ecological Tauhid” concept, integrating modern environmental principles with Islamic values through Contextual Environmental Fiqh. Implementation includes four programs: Zero Waste Islami (85% consistent waste sorting), Blessed Energy (40% electricity reduction), Water of Life (ablution water reduction from 12 to 3 liters), and Islamic value-based environmental curriculum (environmental fiqh understanding increased from 72 to 86 points). The “Environmentally Conscious Family” program achieved 78% family participation with 60% plastic waste reduction. This research contributes the “Ecological Tauhid” paradigm as a new framework for Islamic environmental education, providing a replicable model supporting SDGs 4, 13, and 15.

Abstract

The idea of Islamization of Naquib Al-Attas is basically its intellectual response to the negative effects of modern (Western) science. The concept of reality or worldview is inherent in every science, which then spreads to epistemological issues. The idea of Islamization of science was born along with the various downturns and inequalities that colored the lives of humanity due to the separation of knowledge from religion. Religion which is considered to have a central role in life needs to get more attention considering religion influences the formation of human personality. The ultimate goal of religion for humans is to return man to his former state by involving the search for his final identity and destiny through righteous deeds (good deeds).singkat.
