Abstract

Labor is one of the important factors in national development, because it requires efforts to foster,direct, facilitate, and protect workers to create welfare related to what they do. This protection is alsorelated to the risk of workplace accidents that often occur. This protection also occurred in severalcompanies, one of them was the Pesantren Darussalam Cooperative in Saran Kabun Village, Rokan HuluRegency. In practice the rights of workers in the health sector are not carried out or the difficulty is to getan insurance claim. This study discusses the implementation of health rights for workers and what are theobstacles faced in implementing the rights of workers in the Pesantren Darussalam Cooperative.The type of research used is sociological legal research, which is a study that directly descendslocation located in the Pesantren Darussalam Cooperative in Rokan Hulu Regency with a qualitativemethod, where data collection is done by questionnaires and direct interviews to the field so as to be able toexplore information about the implementation of health rights the employees.The results obtained from this study state that the implementation of the health rights of thePesantren Darussalam Cooperative workers has not fully run properly due to the lack of guarantees ofhealth rights and other rights for workers so that the rights of the Pesantren Darussalam Cooperativeworkers are not implementedKeywords: Labor, Cooperatives, Health, protection.

Abstract

Sastra dalam bahasa Arab disebut Al-Adab yang mempunyai makna kehalusan budi, adab dan sopan santun. Kemudian dalam perkembangan berikutnya berarti peninggalan perkataan dalam bentuk puisi dan prosa. Oleh karena itu, karya sastra adalah pengungkapan pengalaman seorang sastrawan dengan kata-kata yang inspiratif. Adapun pendekatan sastra dalam Al-Quran adalah pendekatan yang mengarah untuk menggugah perasaan pembaca secara rohani sehingga menimbulkan kegembiraan didalam jiwa, atau mendatangkan kepedihan sehingga menolaknya. Amin Al-Khuli memulai asumsinya dalam berinteraksi dengan Al-Quran melalui pendekatan dan sudut pandang sastra. Menurutnya, adalah sebuah fakta bahwa Al-Quran merupakan fakta bahasa dan sastra. Namun fakta ini bukan fakta yang mati, tetapi dinamis karena memiliki pengaruh yang jelas terhadap mereka yang menjadi sasaran pertama dari ujaran-ujarannya. Al-Quran di sini dilihat sebagai apa adanya dalam kaitannya dengan masyarakat pertama kali menerimanya. Ia muncul dalam bingkai dialektika antara wahyu dengan realitas masyarakat pada saat itu.

Abstract

Education and philosophy have an unavoidable relationship. This is because the philosophy of education is the basis of a foundation in an education system. Philosophy of education becomes a guide in efforts to improve, increase progress and a strong basis for the upholding of the education system. Not a few educational figures and thinkers doubt the position of schools as educational institutions whose function is to prepare future generations. The character's scathing criticism stated that educational institutions (policies, teachers) have positioned themselves as means of controlling creation and curbing individual freedom, even though each individual has his own privileges and thoughts in taking action. This research takes a qualitative approach to its investigation. Collecting data using library research methods by examining various literature. Existentialism has one side which is in line with Islamic education which aims to form a complete human being, his mind and heart, spiritual and physical; morals and skills. However, in terms of objectives, Islamic education also emphasizes physical and spiritual balance towards perfection and completeness of the true meaning of humanity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dua masalah, yaitu problematika guru dalam mendesain RPP dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan metode mengatasi problem tersebut di kelas dua MTs Sunan Kalijaga Pamekasan. ..Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif-analisis, sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah: guru bahasa Arab, beberapa siswa, dan kepala Madrasah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama, Problematika Guru dalam mendesain RPP dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab diantaranya: 1) kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam menjabarkan KD. 2) Guru kurang bisa mendistribusikan alokasi waktu dengan baik, 3) kurangnya kompetensi pedagogic guru, 4). Minimnya sarana &prasarana yang memadai.; Kedua, cara guru dalam mengatasi masalah dalam mendesain RPP pembelajaran bahasa Arab yaitu: 1) melakukan tinjauan dan evaluasi kurikulum dengan menghadirkan ahli perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) guru mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran yang diadakan oleh sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya, 3) adanya kolaborasi guru dalam penerapan desain pembelajaran berdasarkan arahan dari kepala sekolah, 4). Menambah koleksi sarana dan prasana. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan & tambahan refrensi bagi para peneliti dan akademi pegiat bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a description of Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) virtual learning services in deepening religious knowledge. The author also provides an analysis of the online Kitab Kuning learning content that can be used by Santri Kalong as reported by the Khaskempek website. Using a qualitative method, the author examines the content and services of 10 websites published by Khaskempek by referring to pesantren web sites, scientific articles, and books related to pesantren, then analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach and content analysis. The results obtained, the researchers classified the 10 pesantren web services into 3 parts: about pesantren, general public services, and intense services for Santri Kalong (KBM). Of the online learning services released, there are 9 Pesantren that have not opened massive and intense online learning services; and just one Islamic boarding school (Imam Al-Bukhari) which has just started to feature an intense study service for santri or bats students who want to deepen their religious knowledge. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi layanan pembelajaran virtual pesantren dalam mendalami ilmu pengetahuan agama. Penulis juga memberikan analisis terhadap konten pembelajaran kitab kuning online yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh santri kalong yang dilansir oleh situs Khaskempek. Dengan metode kualitatif, penulis mengkaji konten dan layanan dari 10 web yang dilansir oleh Khaskempek dengan merujuk pada web-web pesantren, artikel ilmiah, dan buku yang terkait pesantren, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekakatan deskriptif-analisis dan konten analisis. Hasil yang didapatkan, peneliti mengklasifikasikan layanan 10 web pesantren tersebut menjadi 3 bagian: tentang pesantren, layanan masyarakat umum, dan pelayanan intens untuk santri kalong (KBM). Dari layanan pembelajaran online yang dirilis terdapat 9 pesantren belum membuka layanan belajar online secara massif dan intens; dan satu pesantren (Imam Al-Bukhari) yang baru mengawali membuat fitur layanan kajian intens bagi para santri atau santri kalong yang menghendaki pendalaman ilmu keagamaan.

Abstract

This article aims to review teaching learning process base on Maslow hirarchy need at modern pesantren in indonesia at Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Al Amin, Prenduan, Sumenep.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were the teachers who had taught at the pesantren for over 10 years..From the research it is identified that such learning practice includes: 1) the provision of physical environment and learning books as basic needs of student (the students of pesantren), (2) advocacy, encouragement and role model, psychological environment that will give opportunity for student to ask, express their opinions, give inputs and criticism so as to satisfy the need of safety to student when learning, 3) collaborative learning, assistance to student experiencing problems in their learning as the expression of affection to student, 4) reward to student recording excellent achievement, reward to criticism and input uttered by student as recognition to their self-esteem, 5) active learning, talent and potential development as self-actualization expression of student.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Pancasila-based Student Profile Learning Management at Mambaul Ulum Islamic Junior High School in East Ponjanan as a systematic effort to strengthen the character and values of Pancasila among its students. The research method employed a qualitative approach conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The data were carefully analyzed through the stages of reduction, display, and verification to identify patterns and learning practices as well as the implementation of Islamic education policies and Pancasila values at the school. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila-based Student Profile Learning Management at Mambaul Ulum Islamic Junior High School in East Ponjanan is carried out to strengthen students' character through Pancasila values. The initial step involves teachers as facilitators in understanding these values. Pancasila integration is carried out in the curriculum and extracurricular activities. The roles of parents, teachers, and the community are important in student development. Pancasila values are integrated into both the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Meanwhile, the school culture is also created as conducive as possible to support the instillation of Pancasila values for students at the school.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Terjemah Bahasa Madura menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Penulis mencatat perkembangan terjemahan ini dari tahun 1999 hingga 2018. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil dari Jamaah Pengajian Surabaya (JPS) dan Lembaga Pengkajian dan Penerjemahan Al-Qur'an (LP2Q), serta instruksi dari Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia kepada akademisi IAIN Madura untuk menyusun karya ini. Kementerian Agama mendorong para ahli untuk segera menyusun terjemahan Al-Qur'an dalam bahasa Madura. Pertanyaan yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apa sejarah munculnya Al-Qur’an Terjemah Bahasa Madura? (2) Bagaimana konteks lokal dalam Al-Qur’an dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Madura. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Al-Qur'an terjemah Bahasa Madura terbagi menjadi tiga jenis, yang masing-masing merupakan kesatuan. Pertama, karya dari Jamaah Pengajian Surabaya (JPS), kedua, dari Lembaga Penerjemahan dan Pengkajian Al-Qur'an (LP2Q), dan ketiga, karya Tim Penerjemah IAIN Madura. Model penerjemahan yang diterapkan adalah model dinamis atau komunikatif, yang dalam istilah ulumul Qur'an dikenal sebagai terjemah harfiyyah atau tafsiriyyah. Proses penerjemahan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan dengan bahasa dan budaya Madura, bukan hanya berdasarkan struktur gramatikal bahasa Arab sebagai sumber. Dialek yang digunakan dalam terjemahan umumnya adalah dialek Pamekasan-Sumenep, meskipun ada bagian yang menggunakan dialek Bangkalan-Sampang. Hirarki bahasa Madura yang diterapkan dalam penerjemahan bervariasi tergantung pada struktur dan ayat yang diterjemahkan, mencakup tingkatan iyâ-enjâ', engghi-enten, tèngghi/alos, serta bhâsa enghhi-bhuntèn. Dalam bahasa Jawa, istilah ini dikenal sebagai ngoko, kromo, dan kromo inggil.

Abstract

Sentul Adventure is a tourism destination known for its rural charm and natural beauty, offering attractions such as river tubing, camping, outbound activities, and rice fields. However, since May 2018, the destination has seen a decline in visitor numbers due to increased competition and the availability of substitute products in the area. To address this, research was conducted to propose alternative strategies to increase visitor numbers. The study utilized the 7P marketing mix to analyze internal conditions and Porter’s Five Forces to assess external factors. Additionally, the Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) was used to evaluate Sentul Adventure's position relative to its competitors, with further weighting through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The SWOT matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix, and Internal-External (IE) Matrix were then employed to match strategies, followed by the use of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to select and analyze the recommended alternative strategies. The results revealed that the marketing mix approach identified 32 factors, while Porter’s Five Forces highlighted 19 factors. Sentul Adventure achieved the highest score among competitors in the CPM analysis. In the Grand Strategy Matrix, the destination was placed in a quadrant indicating strong market growth but weak competitive positioning. The IE Matrix placed Sentul Adventure in a quadrant that suggests a need for strategic improvements. Ultimately, the study identified market penetration, market development, and product development as the most suitable strategies, with market penetration emerging as the top alternative after analysis through the QSPM.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian ini ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan administrasi perkantoran dan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut Untuk Tenaga Outsourching di PT Anugerah Pratama Pamekasan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode model pijar yang tahapannya melalui analisa kebutuhan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwasanya Pelatihan administrasi perkantoran untuk tenaga outsourcing di PT Anugerah Pratama Pamekasan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta secara signifikan dalam berbagai aspek pekerjaan administratif. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan dokumen, penggunaan teknologi perkantoran, keterampilan komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan etika profesionalisme. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dan kontribusi positif dari tenaga outsourcing dalam lingkungan kerja.
