Abstract

Abstrak. Berdasarkan pengalaman saat melaksanakan PPL di SMPN 18 Mataram, aktivitas belajar siswa sangat rendah dan berdampak pada rendahya prestasi belajar matematika. Hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran di kelas berpusat pada guru dan siswa hanya menerima informasi saja. Siswa aktif bermain namun pasif dalam kegiatan belajar. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dicoba penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIIIA SMPN 18 Mataram yang berjumlah 26 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah aktivitas belajar siswa dikatakan meningkat apabila terjadi peningkatan skor aktivitas dari skor sebelumnya dan minimal berkategori tinggi, prestasi belajar dikatakan meningkat apabila terjadi peningkatan nilai rata – rata siswa dari nilai rata – rata sebelumnya dan minimal mencapai nilai 55. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Skor aktivitas siswa untuk setiap pertemuan dari siklus I, II dan III berturut – turut yaitu 3,5; 6,2; 9,9; 8,0; 11,4; 12,6 dan pada siklus III aktivitas siswa berkategori sangat tinggi. Nilai rata – rata siswa pada siklus I, II, dan III berturut – turut yaitu 41,10; 54,42; 58,42. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan pendekatan AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition) pada materi pokok Fungsi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIIIA SMPN 18 Mataram tahun ajaran 2010/2011. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran kooperatif, pendekatan AIR, aktivitas, prestasi.  Abstract. Mathematics learning achievement of SMPN 18 student is low caused a lack of student activities. These information obtained from observations at PPL activity in SMPN 18. Learning problem is learning centered teacher. Student was only received information from teacher. Auditory Intellectualy and repetition (AIR) opproach implemented to solve learning problem. This research pruposed to improve student achievement and learning activities of 26 students of 8th grater on SMPN 18. Teaching research was implemented in 3 cycles. Result indicators of teaching research implementation were improvement of student learning activities of student learning activities based on activity level, improvement of the average score, and minimum of result score is 55. Final research result is learning student has been improved. Student activities level is every cycle is 3,5; 6,2; 9,9; 8,0; 11,4; 12,6. The third cycle of student activities level is highest. Average score of learning result in cycles are 41,10; 54,42; 58,42. According to final research result, the AIR implementation improved student achievement and learning activities for 8th grater student of SMPN 18 in Function material. Those conditions were implemented on 2010/2011 session. Keyword: cooperative learning model, AIR approach, activity, achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari pengalaman peneliti selama mengampu mata kuliah Program Linier terlihat bahwa aktivitas belajar mahasiswa masih kurang sehingga prestasinyapun tidak maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa semester IV program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram tahun akademik 2013/2014. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan selama 3 siklus, hasil yang diperoleh pada masing – masing siklus adalah rata – rata hasil evaluasi 63,14, ketuntasan klasikal 67,65 % dan kategori keaktifan cukup aktif dan aktif pada siklus I, rata – rata hasil evaluasi 75,74, ketuntasan klasikal 100 % dan kategori keaktifan aktif dan aktif pada siklus II, rata – rata hasil evaluasi 79, ketuntasan klasikal 85,35 % dan kategori keaktifan  aktif dan sangat aktif pada siklus III. Dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe cooperative script secara optimal pada perkuliahan program linier dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa semester IV program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram tahun akademik 2013/2014. Kata Kunci : Cooperative Script, Aktivitas Belajar, Prestasi Belajar, Program Linier Abstract: The background of the research was the experience of researcher during teaching of Linear Programming topic whereas that the student learning activity was low. It has contribution to less optimum learning outcomes. The purpose of this research was to increase the activity and learning outcomes of the students of fourth semester, mathematics education division, Faculty of Teacher Training and Science Education, Mataram University in the academic year 2013/2014. This classroom action research conducted using 3 cycles. The results obtained in the first cycle were the 63.14 average of the evaluation results, 67.65% classical completeness and categorized as quite active. The results of the second cycle were 75.74 with 100% classical completeness and considered as active. In the third cycle showed that the average of the evaluation results was 79 with classical completeness 85.35%, categorized as very active. It can be concluded that the strategy of cooperative learning cooperative script optimally at lectures linear program can increase the activity and achievement of students. Keyword : Cooperative Script,  learning activity, learning achievement, Linier Programing

Abstract

Abstrak. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas tentang hubungan antara bi-ideal prime kuat, bi-ideal prime, bi-ideal semiprime, bi-ideal tak terreduksi kuat, dan bi-ideal tak terreduksi dari semigrup. Selain itu juga akan dibahas tentang karakteristik dari semigrup yang setiap bi-idealnya prime kuat.Kata-kata Kunci : Bi-ideal prime kuat, bi-ideal prime, bi-ideal semiprimeAbstract. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika terhadap kinerja dosen dalam proses perkuliahan dan untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki maupun dikembangkan dalam proses perkuliahan berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dalam proses perkuliahan tahun akademik 2015/2016. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneltian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, untuk pengambilan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket, dengan populasi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang aktif pada tahun akademik 2015/2016. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah angket tertutup, dimana responden tinggal memilih jawaban yang sudah tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram terhadap kinerja dosen berkategori baik dengan prosentase skor 69,50 %. Artinya lebih dari 50 % dan kurang dari atau sama dengan 75 % dari jumlah dosen yang aktif di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Unram sudah melaksanakan proses perkuliahan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil prosentase skor untuk setiap indikator kinerja menurut persepsi mahasiswa ada beberapa hal yang harus dipertahankan dan dikembangkan oleh dosen yaitu 1). Memberikan apersepsi diawal perkuliahan yaitu dosen menjelaskan kaitan materi sebelumnya dengan materi yang akan dipelajari. 2). Dosen menggunakan metode mengajar yang bervariasi dalam pekuliahan. 3). Dosen memberi kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk bertanya mengenai materi yang belum dipahami. 4). Dosen memberikan tugas yang sesuai dengan materi yang telah diajarkan. 5). Dosen memberikan tambahan nilai bagi mahasiswa atau kelompok yang mampu menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik. 6). Dosen menyusun soal ujian sesuai dengan materi yang telah diajarkan. 7). Dosen menhargai pendapat atau jawaban mahasiswa meskipun dipandang kurang tepat. 8). Dosen bersikap obyektif dalam penilaian, dan 9). Dosen dapat dijadikan contoh baik sikap maupun prilaku. Namun ada juga beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki yaitu masih banyak dosen yang tidak membagikan hasil ujian kepada mahasiswa, dosen tidak membahas soal ujian, dan dosen tidak mengadakan remedial untuk mahasiswa yang belum tuntas.This study aims to determine the perception of mathematics education students on the performance of lecturers, and to evaluate aspects that need to be improved and developed in the lecture process based on student perceptions of lecturer's performance in the academic year 2015/2016. This research is conducted by descriptive research method. Data was collected by questionnaires toward the population of active mathematics students. Closed questionnaire was applied as instrument whereas respondents just choose the answers that are already available. The results show that the perception of students of mathematics education FKIP Mataram University on the performance of their lecturers is categorized “good” with the percentage score of 69.5 %. This means that more than 50 % and less than or equal to 75 % of the number of active lecturers in the mathematics education  FKIP Mataram University has done the lecture well. The percentage score result indicates that for each performance indicator according to student perception there are some aspects that must be maintained and developed by lecturer: 1). Giving apperception at the beginning of lecture, whereas lecturer explain relation of previous topic with topic to be studied. 2). Lecturers use teaching methods that varied in lecturer. 3). Lecturers give students the opportunity to ask questions. 4). Lecturers provide tasks in accordance with the topics that has been taught. 5). Lecturers provide appreciation for students or groups who are able to complete the task well. 6). Lecturers compile test questions in accordance with the topics that have been taught. 7). Lecturers appreciate the opinions or answers of the students, although considered inappropriate. 8). Objective in the assessment, and 9). Lecturers acts as role model for both attitude and behavior. However, there are also some things that must be fixed: many lecturers do not share the exam results to students, lecturers do not discuss the exam, and lecturers do not hold remedial for students who have not completed.

Abstract

This study was aimed to discover the comparison of the cooperative learning model between two stay two stray type and jigsaw typeon thesubject of patterns and row of numbers in SMPN 1 Gunungsari academic year 2019/2020. This researchis considered as quasi experiment group design in whish post test was used. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling, students of VIII-A and VIII-C were used as the sampel. The instruments used in this research were written test and observation sheets consisting of learning process, teacher and student’s activities.The students’ score in using the two sttay two stray class shows an average score 63,67 with 26.66% classical completeness. While in the jigsaw class,the average of students’ score was 65,33 with 30.00% classical completeness. Although the result of both classes are low, but both classes have  increased learning activities each meeting. The implementation of the learning model has been carried out 97%. Furthermore, teacher activities were coresponded with the study plans. The result of this study shows that there is no significant differences between two stay two stray typeand jigsaw type in cooperative learning modelon thesubject of patterns and row of numbers in VIII grade SMPN 1 Gunungsari academic year 2019/2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran daring kombinasi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah aljabar abstrak program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram. Pembelajaran daring kombinasi adalah model pembelajaran yang  memadukan pembelajaran konvensional dengan pembelajaran dalam jaringan atau yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Dalam pelaksanaannya pembelajaran daring kombinasi ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Universitas Mataram yang sedang memprogramkan matakuliah aljabar abstrak. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah mahasiswa 32orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa penerapan pembelajaran daring kombinasi pada matakuliah aljabar abstrak meliputi 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Nilai akhir yang diperoleh mahasiswa pada matakuliah aljabar abstrak digunakan sebagai data hasil belajar. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh adalah 71 untuk rata-rata nilai kelas B dan 62 untuk kelas D secara keseluruhan rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh mahasiswa sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 67,3. Jika ditinjau dari tingkat kelulusannya jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dengan nilai minimal 56 atau C adalah sebanyak 30 orang mahasiswa atau 93,75 %.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kategori pemahaman siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Labuapi pada materi relasi dan fungsi tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 ditinjau dari empat jenis pemahaman Polya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Labuapi tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang pada kelas VIII D. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes. Tes diberikan untuk mengukur pemahaman yang dimiliki siswa terhadap materi relasi dan fungsi yang terdiri dari tujuh soal dan dikerjakan dalam waktu 60 menit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori pemahaman siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Labuapi pada materi relasi dan fungsi ditinjau dari empat jenis pemahaman Polya yaitu pemahaman mekanikal, induktif, rasional dan intuitif berkategori sangat rendah dan untuk hubungan antara tiap jenis pemahaman rata-rata memiliki hubungan kuat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the mathematics textbook for students grade seven of Junior High School semester 1 of the 2013 curriculum in terms of the material eligibility, the method of delivering the material, and the physical character of the book according to Bell's criteria. Therefore, the type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The collecting data uses documentation techniques in form of books and questionnaire techniques in form of questions based on Bell's criteria which have been declared valid and suitable to be used. Data collection was carried out directly where the researcher made face-to-face meetings with the teacher at school. The results obtained show that the suitability of the material to Bell's criteria contributed from CHAPTER I to CHAPTER IV has a percentage of 86.90% with a very good category, the suitability of the material delivery method to Bell's criteria contributed from CHAPTER I to CHAPTER IV has a percentage of 71.43% in the good category and the physical character of the book has a percentage of 81.81% with the very good category.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of self-confidence on students’ mathematics learning outcome, the influence of mathematics communication ability on students’ mathematics learning effect, and the influence of self-confidence and mathematics communication ability on students’ mathematics learning outcome of 8th grade SMPN 22 Mataram academic year 2019/2020. This type of research was ex post facto. The sample of this research were 44 students with total sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this reseacrh using questionnaire, test and documentation. The instrument of this research was in the form of a confidence questionnaire, a test of mathematics communication ability, and documentation of students’ mathematics learning outcome of 8th grade SMPN 22 Mataram. From the data analysis obtained, there was no influence of self-confidence on students’ mathematics learning effect of 8th grade SMPN 22 Mataram. Whereas for mathematics communication ability there was found an influence on students’ mathematics learning effect of 8th grade SMPN 22 Mataram with the coefficient of determination of 83.7%. The results of data analysis also showed that there was a significant influence between students' self-confidence and mathematics communication ability on students’ mathematics learning effect of 8th grade SMP 22 Mataram with the coefficient of determination of 83.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in maths learning achievement between classes taught by cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type and class taught by cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together (NHT) in material sistim coordinat cartesius class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri 2018/2019 school year. Data collection techniques in this study are test techniques with instruments in the form of learning achievement test, learning implementation observasion sheets and learning implementation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Hypothesis test of students' final ability (posstest) with t-test of two parties at a significance level of 5% resulted in tcount <ttable namely 0,020 < 2.030 which means that there were nothing differences in mathematics learning achievement between classes taught by cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD) and classes taught by the cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) in material sistim coordinat cartesius class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri academic year 2018/2019.
