Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada msyarrakat sebagai bagian dari Tri dharma perguruan tinggi menjadi program tetap yang dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama. Dalam kesempatan ini sesuai dengan roadmap pengabdian kepada msyarakat yang dimiliki oleh prodi, memilih tema terkait teknik penyuluhan. Siswa SMK Swasta Parsaoran Huta Tinggi dipilih sebagai mitra prodi untuk bisa bersinergi dalam membangun insan cerdas dan bermoral. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan para siswa menjadi semakin dikuatkan untuk menjadi generasi masa depan bangsa yang bermoral baik, berkarakter baik dan menjalani kehidupan sebagai siswa Kristen yang menjawab tantangan zaman ini dengan cara yang benar. Bahkan prodi Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama hadir di masyarkat untuk memberikan sumbangsih berupa kegiatan PkM yang menyentuh bidang pendidikan di masayrakat. Pemaparan dan praktik pembuatan kolase yang bertema: Sekolahku tempat moralku dibentuk, menjadi langkah nyata prodi untuk berpartisipasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the concept of obedience in bringing about holiness and restoring relationship with God as taught in Leviticus 5:14-19 and its implications for Christian education. In Leviticus 5:14-19, there is a provision for guilt offerings that shows the importance of people's obedience in following God's rules as a form of repentance and respect for His holiness. Through sincere obedience and repentance, believers are restored in their relationship with God and return to a state of holiness before Him. In the context of Christian education, this principle can be applied to the development of students' character, where education focuses not only on academic knowledge but also on spiritual and moral formation. Learning about obedience and holiness emphasizes the importance of living a life of integrity, responsibility, and strengthening one's relationship with God. Christian education that integrates the theological understanding of Leviticus 5:14-19 can encourage learners to understand the importance of obedience as a path to holiness and to improve their relationship with God, and make it the basis for developing personal character based on Christian values.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 152 people. Random sampling (random sampling) was 35% of the total population, namely 53 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.501>rtabel(n=53)=0.297 and tcount=4.134>ttable(n-2=51)=2.000 shows that there is a relationship between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning and interest studying class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 25.10%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=16.794>Ftable(n-2=51)=3.15 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year.
