Abstract

Hypertensive crisis is a clinical condition characterized by very high blood pressure that can cause or has caused target organ abnormalities. It is usually characterized by blood pressure >180/120 mmHg. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods and a cross sectional approach. The study population was 55 people. The sample was taken with total sampling of 55. This research will be conducted on June 1-30, 2025. The research instrument was a questionnaire: Primary data were obtained from a questionnaire consisting of 17 statements regarding knowledge about the management of hypertensive crisis emergencies at home. The results of the study The level of family knowledge about the management of hypertensive crisis emergencies at home is classified as good (80%), with a small proportion classified as sufficient (16.4%) and deficient (3.6%). Conclusion: Sekarsuli Village showed that the majority of families' knowledge level about the management of hypertensive crisis emergencies at home was classified as good (80%), Keywords: Knowledge, Family, Hypertension Crisis

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of early mobilization on the pain of laparotomy postoperative patients. This type of research is called quantitative research. The design in this study is pre-experimental, with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques The number of respondents was 15 post-laparotomy patients. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivariately (Wilxocon Signed Rank Test). The results of the study found patient characteristics: the average age was 36.8 years, the gender was mostly women (66.7%), the work of most housewives (46.7%), and education was mostly high school (53.3%). The results of bivariate analysis found that the pv value was 0.000 with α: 0.05. Conclusion: Early mobilization is effective in reducing pain in post-laparotomy patients.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai moral dalam novel Si Anak Badai Karya Tere Liye. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan- Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tertulis berupa teks novel yang berhubungan dengan nilai moral yang terdapat dalam novel Si Anak Badai karya Tere Liye. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Si Anak Badai karya Tere Liye yang diterbitkan oleh Republika Penerbit cetakan pertama, Agustus tahun 2019 yang terdiri dari 322 halaman. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik baca-catat. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan moral. Temuan/Hasil - Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, disimpukan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan wujud nilai-nilai moral meliputi : (1) nilai moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri berupa harga diri, percaya diri, rasa takut, rasa rindu, rasa dendam, tanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri, dan kreatif. (2) nilai moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dalam lingkup sosial berupa berpikir positif, menolong sesama, cinta kasih sejati, menolong tanpa pamrih, dan saling menghargai. (3) nilai moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya yaitu bersyukur kepada Tuhan dan pasrah dan patuh kehendak Tuhan.

Abstract

This civil serving program was aimed to give live skills basedentrepreneurship as an alrernative asset for vocational school students,especially for vocational school number I at Depok Sleman. The students,majoring in food and beverage, was expected to have knowledge and live skills which was needed to enter the work World, whether it was a privateBusiness or working in product or service company with a deserve salary.  Fifteen student and five teachers from vocational schools number IDepok Sleman Yogyakarta followed the program. The teaching method,which was used for the program, was speech and answering a question,demonstration and practice, and industrial survey. The practice programwas done trice by making six kinds of food and industrial survey in twoprospective food companies at Yogyakarta.  The result of the civil serving program is very satisfying. It can beseen by the absence and the followers anthusiasm. The practice results arewell and maximum, the taste of the foods are good. Industrial Survey,which has never been done befote, is an interesting and exciting learningsituation. Keywords: entrepreneurship, live skills, and vocational school

Abstract

Nasi Bekepor is one of the culinary heritage of the Kutai ethnic in East Kalimantan, which has historically been an exclusive dish of the Kutai Kingdom. Although it has high cultural value, academic studies that specifically discuss Nasi Bekepor are still very limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the history, cooking techniques, cultural values, and potential development of bekepor rice as a gastronomic product that can support cultural tourism. This study uses a narrative literature review approach. Data collection is sourced from academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar (2010-2025 edition), and enriched with informal interviews to provide local context. The results of the study show that Nasi Bekepor was born from the cultural matrix of the Kutai Kartanegara Sultanate. Originally serving as an exclusive social status marker for the nobility, this dish experienced cultural diffusion to belong to the wider community. Philosophically, the name 'bekepor' (turned) represents a core cooking technique that demands patience. This technique is unique, consisting of three crucial stages: mengaron (cooking half-cooked with spices and vegetable oil instead of coconut milk), mengepor (cooking in a tight way by rotating on coals for 45-60 minutes), and aromatic crust formation. Bekepor rice has a symbolic meaning to the Beseprah Tradition at the Erau Festival, serving as a symbol of the elimination of social barriers and harmony. This study identifies the great potential of Nasi Bekepor in strengthening cultural identity, developing the creative economy for MSMEs, and as the main asset of tourism.

Abstract

Culture is the wealth of a nation and must always be preserved. "Ikan mas arsik" is a traditional dish commonly used in customary events among the Batak Toba tribe. The purpose of this review is to explore the meaning of "ikan mas arsik" in Batak Toba culture. The method used is a narrative review, analyzing several articles using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) method through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion.The analysis results indicate that the cultural values shaping the system of social relationships or kinship in Batak Toba customs are "Dalihan Na Tolu" (Hula-hula, Dongan Sabutuha, Boru), and the philosophy of life motivating the Batak Toba tribe is "Hamoraon, Hagabeon, and Hasangapon." Additionally, "ikan mas arsik" holds significance in Batak Toba culture and is used in traditional events such as weddings, "mambosuri" (seven-month pregnancy celebration), "mangupa," "tardidi" (child baptism), "mambosuri" (seven-month pregnancy celebration), and "mamboan sipanganon tu tulang" (seeking blessings and prayers from the maternal uncle or brother).This review not only contributes to the references on Batak Toba culture but also serves as input for related parties to preserve and sustain these cultural values
