Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is an increase in gross motor skills by playing on the target to throw the ball in children.This research is a classroom action research conducted during two cycles, wherein each cycle consists of four steps: planning, execution, observation and evaluation. 16 children as research subjects in this study were students in group B at ¬kanak Pertiwi Nursery Trenten Magelang. Variables used include input variables (ability motororik initial coarse), the process variables (target ball throwing game) and output variables (ability motororik rough end). Data collection methods used in this research is the method of observation. The research instrument used was the observation sheet. The validity of the instrument using a test technique expert or professional judgment in early childhood expert Lecturer?s and chairman of the Association of Teachers of kindergarten District of Candimulyo. Data analysis techniques used in this action research is descriptive data analysis techniques and percentages.The research proves that the game throwing the ball the goal could improve gross motor skills in children. Results of preliminary observations note that the average achievement of new subjects Rough Motoric capabilities reached 64.4%, still far from the target to be achieved is 75%. After learning activities using the target to throw the ball in cycle 2, the average achievement Rough Motoric capabilities subjects increased to 94.4%. All indicators of the ability of Motor Coarse been achieved well. Thus the hypothesis that the game throwing the ball the goal could improve gross motor skills in children are accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of mnemonic techniques to improve learning outcomes social science in fifth grade of Elementary School. Design of this research is collaborative classroom actions research that researcher make collaboration with the teachers. This research is conducted to fifth grade students of SD Negeri Adikarto 2 Muntilan by 20 students. Technique of data retrieval is using the evaluation sheet instruments in the form of a written test. The variable in this study is a mnemonic technique as independent variables and the learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The results of student learning indicators showed that the increasing have to reach more than 75% to. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle included two meetings.The results of the research show that the mnemonic technique can improve the student learning outcomes. The average value of the students learning in social science lesson before get the action (in prior action) is 60.25 whereas the result after the first action (first cycle) the results obtained 70.75 and in the second cycle the result is 79.75.The difference in the average value of the first cycle and the second cycle is 8.5. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 70% while the percentage of completeness in the second cycle up to 90%. It shows that there is the increased from phase I to phase cycle II. So, It can be concluded that the use of mnemonic techniques can improve the student learning outcomes in social studies learning.

Abstract

This research describe the effectiveness of the metaphor story as an active learning media to increase children social character. The research’s design was one group pretest-posttest design. Purposive samplingused to choose 20 students at second  grade elementary school who have low social character skor. Based on teacher report, known that there were 20 student who had been lower social character than others. On this research, collecting data  of child social character used observation checklist. Data was analysed  by Wilcoxon  Signed-Rank Test, only 19 that can analyze because one student did not complete the treatment. The result of study showed that metaphor story as active learning media increased children  social character.This research describe the effectiveness of the metaphor story as an active learning media to increase children social character. Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini dewasa ini masih banyak menekankan pada proses kognitif. Penekanan pembentukan karakter dari aspek kognitif saja, belum cukup membuat anak memiliki karakter yang diharapkan. Aspek afeksi melalui peningkatan kemampuan anak berempati merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dikembangkan orang dewasa di sekitar anak untuk membentuk karakter yang lebih baik. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the teacher's role in Differentiated Learning in ABA Al-Furqon Nitikan Kindergarten. This type of research was carried out using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at ABA Nidotan Kindergarten, Yogyakarta City. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation study of teacher learning plans, and unstructured interviews with class teachers. The instruments used were observation instruments, questionnaires, and document analysis guidelines. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative techniques, Milles & Huberman (2010), namely the activities in the analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the research activities carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) class B-2 students have diverse characteristics both in terms of ability, background and climate of inclusiveness; & (2) in general, teachers have carried out differentiated learning both in terms of educational strategies with differentiated content (content), processes, and products. However, it cannot be maximized due to the limitations that the teacher has in applying differentiated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Differentiated Learning in institutions, especially those that have students with special needs for speech delay. This research is qualitative research with a case study type for collecting data using observation, interviews, and scrutiny of documents. The data collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model techniques, namely through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research was conducted at the Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Sleman Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta. The results of the research show: 1) the mechanism for organizing Differentiated Learning in the institution has yet to be carried out under the differentiated learning guideline procedures. 2) Differentiated Learning material delivered is considered necessary while handling the reactions of children with speech delay needs is limited to providing stimulation in the form of speaking training to children with these obstacles. 3) the implementation of integrating Differentiated Learning into the curriculum and learning implementation plan documents and an assessment of Differentiated Learning has yet to be carried out. The Effectiveness of Differentiated Learning has yet to be carried out effectively. It is evidenced by students who are not entirely comfortable in learning, improving skills in terms of hard and soft skills that are not evenly distributed among all children, and the lack of ability to self-reflect, especially for students with speech delay disorders. However, the results of the study indicate that there have been efforts by institutions to apply differentiated learning in learning activities, especially for students with speech delay disorders or barriers.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi pada lembaga khususnya yang memiliki siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus speech delay. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penggalian data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan pencermatan dokumen. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu melalui proses reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilakukan pada  lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal, yang bertempat di Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) mekanisme penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi di satuan/lembaga belum terlaksana sesuai dengan prosedur pedoman pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. 2) materi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi yang disampaikan merupakan poin – poin yang dianggap penting, adapun penangan terhadap reaksi anak yang memiliki kebutuhan speech delay dilakukan sebatas memberi stimulasi berupa pelatihan berbicara kepada anak yang memiliki hambatan tersebut. 3) pelaksanaan pengintegrasian Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam kurikulum dan dokumen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta penilaian terhadap Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi belum dilakukan. Efektivitas Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi belum terlaksana secara efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang belum seluruhnya merasa nyaman dalam belajar, peningkatan keterampilan baik segi hard skill atau softskill yang belum merata pada keseluruhan anak, dan belum adanya kemampuan merefleksikan diri terkhusus pada siswa dengan gangguan speech delay. Namun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah ada upaya dari lembaga untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terkhusus untuk siswa dengan gangguan atau hambatan speech delay.

Abstract

Early reading is essential for children aged 5-6 years. In implementing the Merdeka curriculum, early reading skills are not the main domain in the learning process. However, the unique thing is that students in the Merdeka curriculum can understand and apply their age-appropriate early reading skills as applied in one of the early childhood institutions in Yogyakarta. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of a Merdeka curriculum-based early reading ability strategy. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The subjects are kindergarten teachers and students. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation techniques which were analyzed using data reduction, display, and verification. The study results show that students' early reading skills have developed well and are under age stages. Children can recognize, classify, and understand letters in a word and read. It is supported by various strategies that emphasize the recognition of meaningful letters. Among them are word trains, identifying letters and words in storybooks on literacy topics, introducing words through adjustments to literacy topics, spelling names using songs, making name tags on objects, writing personal names and project names, and house letters.     Abstrak Kemampuan membaca awal merupakan kemampuan yang penting dimiliki oleh anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pada penerapan kurikulum Merdeka, kemampuan membaca awal tidak menjadi domain utama dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, uniknya peserta didik pada kurikulum Merdeka dapat memahami dan menerapkan kemampuan membaca awal sesuai usianya sebagaimana yang diterapkan di salah satu lembaga anak usia dini di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjabarkan implementasi strategi kemampuan membaca awal berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek adalah guru dan siswa taman kanak-kanak. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca awal peserta didik telah berkembang baik dan sesuai dengan tahapan usiannya. Anak dapat mengenali, mengelompokkkan, memahami huruf dalam sebuah kata, dan membaca sederhana. Hal tersebut didukung oleh berbagai strategi yang menekankan pada pengenalan huruf bermakna. Di antaranya kereta kata, mengidentifikasi huruf dan kata yang ada pada buku cerita topik literasi, mengenalkan kata melalui peneyesuaian dengan topik literasi, mengeja nama menggunakan lagu, membuat label nama pada benda, menulis nama diri dan nama proyek, dan rumah huruf.

Abstract

Kinerja optimal guru prakarya penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan keterampilan siswa. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interaktif dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja guru prakarya di Kabupaten Temanggung. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan survei terhadap 47 guru prakarya. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi Interaktif memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 71,30 dengan standar deviasi 4,69, sedangkan Motivasi Intrinsik memiliki rata-rata 68,75 dan standar deviasi 5,12. Data dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Interaktif dan Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru prakarya, dengan nilai R Square 0,615 yang mengindikasikan kontribusi sebesar 61,5% dari kedua variabel ini terhadap kinerja guru, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Interaktif memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat dibanding Motivasi Intrinsik. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program pelatihan yang berfokus pada keterampilan komunikasi dan penguatan motivasi guru guna mengoptimalkan kinerja mereka. Studi lanjutan disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan variabel lain guna mendapatkan gambaran lebih komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Rendahnya kemampuan numerasi siswa Kombel dan anggota UMKM Disabilitas akibat minimnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan mendorong perlunya edukasi, pelatihan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi bantu asistif yang aksesibel. Studi ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa tuna rungu di Kombel SLBN dan anggota UMKM Disabilitas melalui Program KOSABANGSA (Kolaborasi Sosial Membangun Masyarakat). Metode: Identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelaksanaan edukasi, pelatihan berbasis teknologi asistif, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil: Peningkatan pada aspek pengaplikasian simbol sebesar 41,9%, analisis informasi 18,5%, dan interpretasi hasil 24,4%. Sementara itu, UMKM Disabilitas mengalami peningkatan masing-masing sebesar 31,3%, 25%, dan 19,3% pada aspek yang sama secara berturut-turut. Kesimpulan: Program ini berkontribusi positif peningkatan kemampuan numerasi peserta, baik siswa Kombel SLBN maupun anggota UMKM Disabilitas setelah diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan berbasis teknologi asistif non SIBI.
