Abstract

Currently, technology is rapidly advancing, enabling communication to be done with anyone, anywhere. The sophistication of this technology can be utilized to address issues in various fields, particularly in the healthcare sector, as healthcare is one of the most influential aspects of human life. One common problem in the healthcare sector is the lack of evenly distributed information about healthcare services, leading to difficulties for individuals in finding suitable healthcare facilities. Therefore, this research aims to develop an application called "Find Medical" as a solution to facilitate the public in searching for healthcare services that meet their needs. In this study, the Haversine method and Dijkstra's algorithm are employed to recommend the nearest healthcare services based on the user's location. The research objectives are to design the "Find Medical" application and analyze the accuracy of the employed methods. The "Find Medical" application is developed using the Laravel framework. Based on the testing results, the majority of respondents agree that the application is effective in addressing the inefficient healthcare information retrieval system. Additionally, the Haversine formula and Dijkstra's algorithm implemented in the application provide accurate recommendations with a precision rate of 90%. Therefore, the "Find Medical" application can be an effective and efficient solution for individuals seeking appropriate healthcare services.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed the landscape of the entertainment and media industry with the emergence of various streaming services such as Disney Plus. In this context, user satisfaction becomes a key factor in retaining and attracting new users to both platforms. Recognizing the importance of assessing user satisfaction, the aim of this study is to evaluate the level of user satisfaction using the Disney Plus service and identify elements that need improvement to enhance user satisfaction with the application. This research method employs a descriptive statistical approach to compare the level of user satisfaction, particularly in the E-service quality variable. The results indicate that overall, the level of user satisfaction with Disney Plus is quite good. The study also highlights Responsiveness as one of the aspects that needs improvement in the Disney Plus application. With an overall mean variable value of 4.16, Disney Plus is categorized as a satisfying application, indicating that users are satisfied with the services provided by the platform. In conclusion, user satisfaction evaluation is an important aspect of digital service development, and with a good understanding of user preferences and needs, platforms like Disney Plus can continue to improve the quality of their services to retain and attract more users.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increase in smartphone ownership among school-aged children. This increase was influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused restrictions on outdoor activities and activity adjustments such as online learning. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic is now over, children spend more time at home with their smartphones. Meanwhile, playing and learning outdoors is very beneficial for their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Therefore, EksFlorasi exists as a solution in the form of a mobile-based educational application to encourage children to explore nature around them and learn about flora dan fauna using their smartphones. To support EksFlorasi, a web API was designed and developed using the waterfall method. The API functions as the mobile app’s back-end component and was built using Node.js with the Express JS framework and implemented REST (REpresentational State Transfer). The RESTful API was then deployed using Google Cloud Platform’s cloud computing services to make EksFlorasi accessible to users across Indonesia with the lowest latency possible. To ensure that the RESTful API functions as intended, the deployment on Google Cloud Platform utilized a combination of Cloud Run, Cloud SQL and Cloud Storage services. Based on the research results, the RESTful API which has been successfully developed and deployed on Google Cloud Platform is functioning well and able to deliver optimal performance for up to 50 concurrent users.

Abstract

This training aims to provide further understanding regarding the use of Google Maps. With the increasingly rapid development of technology, namely map-based applications, there are many features in Google Maps, namely, location search, users can search for specific locations, as well as addresses, businesses, restaurants and other interesting places. However, in this research we prioritize the feature for determining a location, which is a feature that is used to determine a specific location, usually this feature is mostly used by someone who has a business or who is going to start a business and can also be used for the house itself. It is hoped that this feature can be used effectively.

Abstract

Information systems are a means of transforming company data which is closely related to the company's efficiency in its operational activities. Along with technological developments, the application of information technology in companies is an important factor in increasing company value and competitiveness. So far there are still many companies that have not implemented information systems as expected because there are no standards for monitoring the use of information technology in companies. This research tries to find out how the information system is implemented at PT Pertamina. The sample was chosen because PT Pertamina is a State-Owned Enterprise with large assets. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis using a systematic review approach. The results of this research indicate that PT Pertamina has implemented an information system in the form of a management information system well in the company as a way to achieve company goals so as to achieve company efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

Developments that occur in the investment sector make people interested in investing. The platform that is often used is the crypto magic application on the Google Play Store. Potential users see app reviews, which are based on user opinions and used as consideration before deciding to use the app. So data analysis is needed. One way of analyzing data is called sentiment analysis. There are many methods that can be used for sentiment analysis. So the author uses the Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor methods to find out a more accurate method. The data taken for this study is a review of the crypto magic application collected from 2022 to 2024 with 4784 data. Dataset through the stages of data division using k-fold cross validation with k=5, then the preprocessing stage, TF-IDF transformation, training Naive Bayes and KNN models with training data. The model was then tested on test data. The result is that the Naïve Bayes method provides an accuracy rate of 82%, precision of 83%, recall of 98% and an f1-score of 90%. While the KNearest Neighbor method provides an accuracy rate of 80%, precision of 84%, recall of 94% and f1-score of 89%. The conclusion of this study is that the Naïve Bayes method has a better level of accuracy than the K-Nearest Neighbor method.

Abstract

PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma (KPM) is an electrical contractor company that provides high-quality solutions in Indonesia. Despite offering superior services, KPM faces challenges in providing easy access to information for customers. This community service project was conducted at the headquarters of PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma at Jl. Jaya II No. 23A, Sudirejo II, Medan City, North Sumatra, from April 2024 to May 2024, with the goal of developing a website to improve information access for customers and enhance company communication efficiency. The project stages included planning, where the development team collaborated with KPM staff to identify needs and determine the website design; website development based on feedback from the planning phase; testing and evaluation to ensure the website functions as expected; and staff training in the use and maintenance of the website. The results of this project show that the developed website successfully provided easier information access for customers and supported more efficient communication. The website features an organized structure, responsive design, and performs well across various devices and browsers. Staff training also effectively ensured their ability to manage and update content independently. In conclusion, the website successfully addressed the information access challenges at PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma and supported the company's communication efficiency. Recommendations include regular content updates, SEO optimization, performance monitoring, enhanced security.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has encouraged companies to adopt ERP systems in their business processes to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the market. However, not many SMEs implements information technology into their business, including Enzzo Locks, an SME operating as a distributor of lock products. It is apparent that Enzzo Locks faces difficulties in managing their financial reports and inventory, which are still managed manually. The proposed solution is the implementation of the Odoo system. The method includes analysing the partner's needs, selecting Odoo modules according to their needs, and conducting training to enhance operational understanding of the system. The implementation results show that the Odoo system can assist in managing business processes, although there are some challenges remain, such as the system’s UI that is less user-friendly and the discrepancies between the accounting module and the partner's expectations. To ensure sustainability, adjustments to the Odoo system and regular training are necessary to ensure the partner can operate the system more effectively. Based on the results achieved, this initiative has significantly contributed to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business management through information technology and supports the sustainability of SMEs in the digital era.  However, continuous customization and training are required in order to get the most out of Odoo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari kekasaran suatu material logam hasil pengecoran menggunakan 3 media cetakan yang berbeda yaitu cetakan castable, Logam dan Pasir guna mempermudah industrial pengecoran logam skala kecil memilih jenis cetakan yang sesuai dengan benda kerja produksi dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data secara eksperimental Pada pengujian Surface Roughness Tester didapatkan data sebagai, logam pengecoran media cetakan pasir rata-rata Ra : 4.105µm, rata-rata Rz : 21.425µm, rata-rata Rq : 5.055µm, logam pengecoran media castable rata-rata Ra : 7.94µm, rata-rata Rz : 39.37µm, rata-rata Rq : 9.42µm, dan logam pengecoran media cetakan logam rata-rata Ra : 4.005µm, rata-rata Rz : 20.84µm, rata-rata Rq : 4.96µm. Dari data yang telah terkumpul dapat disimpulkan nilai uji kekasaran pada logam hasil pengecoran menggunakan cetakan pasir memiliki nila kekasaran paling kecil sedangkan nilai kekasaran paling besar dimiliki oleh logam hasil pengecoran menggunakan media cetakan logam.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture (EA) serves as a blueprint for aligning business processes and IT systems to achieve organizational objectives. It provides a structured framework for integrating and optimizing various business units, enhancing overall effectiveness and maximizing outcomes. A well-defined EA is crucial for achieving business success. This research delves into the analysis of data and application modeling approaches in EA frameworks. Telecommunication companies, like other organizations, rely on EA to integrate and align their business processes and data with their corporate mission. Employing a qualitative literature review methodology, this study aims to identify the most prevalent data and application modeling approaches in EA frameworks, providing valuable insights for telecommunication companies seeking to refine their EA models in the future.
