Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya perbendaharaan anak dalam mengenal bahasa Inggris. Total Pshycal Response merupakan salah satu metode dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris yang mengandung unsur gerakan permainan sehingga dapat menghilangkan tekanan belajar pada siswa dan siswa menikmati kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat anak belajar bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-kanak Pembina Kabupaten Sijunjung yang menunjukkan hasil yang positif dengan peningkatan yang cukup berarti

Abstract

Community service for black sticky rice tape MSMEs in Nguling Village, Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency aims to provide assistance in innovating products and marketing digitally. The implementation method for this activity uses the ABCD (Asset based community development) method, the steps in implementation include five steps, namely discovery (discover), dream (dream), design (plan), define (determine), destiny (do). The result of community service in this activity is that MSME actors can understand the importance of product innovation and digital marketing and change traditional behavior to modern ones. MSME actors can also apply the results of assistance to their products. As for the implementation of this service, MSME actors receive direct training and assistance regarding product innovation and digital marketing from resource persons or practitioners who are professionals in their fields. Ultimately, all parties hope that this impact will take place in a sustainable manner to achieve the mutually expected goals.

Abstract

Background: Diarrhea is the second-leading cause of mortality in children under the age of five. Based on data from the Pontianak City Health Office in 2021, the number of findings was 727 in toddlers. And in 2022, there were as many as 918 findings of diarrhea in toddlers at Gang Sehat Health Center. Mother's factor also affects the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers. Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge and attitude of mothers with diarrhea classification regarding diarrhea management in toddlers

Abstract

Writing short stories in English has been one of the difficult challenges at MTs Tarbiatul Islamiah. This research aims to improve short story writing skills in English by using visual media to enhance students' abilities to write short stories in English. This study employs a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design of the Non-equivalent Control Group type. In this study, there are two groups that are not randomly selected. Both groups were given a pretest to determine their initial condition. The experimental group was provided with visual media, while the control group was not given visual media. Data collection techniques included observation and short story writing test sheets. The assessment of short story writing skills focused on vocabulary, grammar, cohesion, and writing mechanics. The collected data will be analyzed. The results of the study indicate that writing short stories in English using visual media in the 7th grade at MTs Tarbiatul Islamiah inspires students to write short stories and helps them develop and express their ideas more fluently and coherently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of planning and controlling the production cost budget in terms of Islamic economics at Respiesusu Bandar Lampung. This study is qualitative and employs both primary and secondary data sources. The data was collected through interviews. The analysis technique employed was descriptive analysis, which is a means of describing or explaining facts connected to the discussion. In this case, the technique describes the analysis of Respiesusu's business planning and controlling production costs. The analysis yielded data on the production cost budget planning of Respiesusu Bandar Lampung from 2020 to 2021. The production cost budget plan was prepared according to the bottom-up theory and procedure, incorporating every line from bottom to top. However, the implementation of production costs did not meet the objective as planned, with a higher realization of 55.5% and 30.2% (unfavorable variance). In 2020, the difference in production cost deviation was greater than 5% in the uncontrolled deviation position, resulting in a suboptimal efficiency level of 155.67%. Furthermore, in 2021, production costs deviated by more than 5%, resulting in an unoptimized efficiency level of 128.56%. Jadi, anggaran biaya produksi pada UMKM Respiesusu belum berperan  secara optimal sebagai alat pengendalian biaya produksi. Thus, the production cost budget at Respiesusu MSMEs has not performed optimally in terms of cost control. Furthermore, Islamic economics advocates operating the economic system in line with Islamic economics' laws and core principles, one of which is honesty.

Abstract

Inequality in gender roles is still one of the causes of low psycho-social and sociocultural resilience in families. In response to this issue, the Family School Program is present to build equal gender partnerships and strengthen family resilience. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis, involving 86 purposively selected Family School participant families. The instrument used was the Family Resilience questionnaire from the Ministry of PPPA. The results showed that 77 families had implemented gender partnership, while 9 had not. A total of 54 families had socio-psychological resilience, and 73 families showed sociocultural resilience. Overall, 19 families were rated as low resilience, 63 as moderate, and only 3 as high. This research shows that most families are at the medium level of resilience. This study looks at the integration of gender and cultural perspectives in the context of family strengthening and contributes to more effective family-school development programs and psycho-social and local value-based interventions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Martabak Bang cabang Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan yang berkunjung ke Martabak Bang cabang Tangerang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F) diperoleh nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 mempunyai arti bahwa dimensi Brand Image (X1), Harga (X2), Promosi (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.459 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 45,9%. Kebermaknaan dari nilai tersebut memiliki implikasi bahwa variabel brand image, harga, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Martabak Bang sebesar 45,96%.
