Abstract

In the current era of digital technology development, it is necessary for students to be able to present assignments in the form of paper results into effective, attractive and interactive visual displays. This is useful for conveying information to the audience, both fellow classmates and the general public. However, often the habit of students in making presentation media only contains copies of paper writing to presentation slides so that the presentation display is full of writing without making certain points, other habits are using font sizes that are too small, choosing slide designs that are not appropriate for presenting presentations in a formal atmosphere, and so on, even though interesting and interactive presentations play an important role in the absorption of information to the audience. The purpose of this training is to conduct training on making good presentation media for students. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, training implementation and evaluation. The targets of the training were 53 first semester students from the S1 Public Health Study Program. The success of the training can be seen from the improvement in students' knowledge and skills in creating good presentation media. The results of the training show that there was an increase in students' knowledge after the training and before the training, as well as an improvement in skills assessed from several aspects, namely visual design, layout, use of visual elements, visual communication effectiveness, and group coordination and collaboration.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengungkap bagaimana meningkatan kemampuan pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak usia 5-6 tahun menggunakan media audio visual di Tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal I Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model kurt lewin. Dengan 2 siklus yaitu siklus I terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 3 kali Pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu menerapkan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan media audio visual untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan huruf pada anak yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan lembar observasi guru dan anak. Adapun Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus pertama setelah diberikan tindakan dipertemuan pertama sampai ketiga, terlihat peningkatan tidak terlalu signifikan yaitu pada siklus I hasil rata-rata presentase 60%. Perkembangan pengenalan huruf hijaiyah anak pada siklus I, terdapat 1 orang anak dikategorikan (Berkembang sesuai harapan), 6 orang anak (Mulai berkembang) dan 13 orang anak masih (Belum berkembang). Setelah melakukan tindakan pada siklus II perkembangan anak mengalami peningkatan sebesar hasil rata-rata presentase 85% dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik (Berkembang sangat baik) ada 17 orang anak dan yang termasuk (Berkembang sesuai harapan) berjumlah 3 orang anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk retorika dan strategi komunikasi politik dalam Pidato Kenegaraan Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada Sidang Tahunan Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR) Tahun 2025. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis retorika Aristotelian yang berfokus pada tiga pilar persuasi, yaitu ethos, pathos, dan logos, serta lima prinsip retorika klasik (inventio, dispositio, elocutio, memoria, dan actio). Analisis juga diperkaya dengan perspektif strategi komunikasi politik modern melalui model Lasswell, framing, dan agenda-setting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur logos mendominasi pidato dengan persentase 38,9%, diikuti pathos (33,3%) dan ethos (27,8%). Hal ini menandakan orientasi rasional dan faktual dalam penyampaian pesan politik. Sementara itu, prinsip retorika yang paling menonjol adalah dispositio dan actio, yang menggambarkan struktur pidato yang sistematis dan penyampaian yang ekspresif. Strategi komunikasi Prabowo juga menunjukkan pengelolaan citra melalui bahasa nasionalistik dan simbol kebangsaan untuk memperkuat legitimasi pemerintahan baru. Dengan demikian, pidato kenegaraan ini bukan hanya sarana informatif, tetapi juga performatif, di mana bahasa digunakan sebagai alat politik untuk membangun kepercayaan, memengaruhi opini publik, dan mengokohkan citra kepemimpinan nasional di era politik digital.

Abstract

Burnout has become a significant issue in the workplace, particularly among Generation Z employees who are characterized by high adaptability to technology but also vulnerability to work pressure and psychological stress. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to burnout among Generation Z employees through a literature review approach. The method used is a systematic literature study by reviewing scientific articles, journals, and relevant publications related to burnout and Generation Z in the work context. The analysis results indicate that burnout among Generation Z employees is influenced by several dominant factors, including excessive workload, work-life imbalance, high job demands, lack of social support, role ambiguity, and limited opportunities for self-development. In addition, the use of digital technology without adequate boundaries also contributes to increased work stress. These findings suggest the importance of organizational strategies in managing workload, improving psychological well-being, and creating a supportive work environment to reduce burnout levels among Generation Z employees. This study is expected to serve as a reference for organizations and researchers in understanding and addressing burnout issues in the younger workforce.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of E-Risk Governance as a modern risk governance model for educational institutions. This study aims to explain key concepts, urgency, and the implementation structure of digital-based risk governance to improve organizational resilience and decision-making quality. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive approach by synthesizing research from experts in education management and risk governance. The results show that E-Risk Governance supports transparency, strengthens risk identification, and enhances mitigation through integrated digital systems. This model is highly relevant for modern educational institutions facing dynamic operational, technological, and strategic risks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) terhadap kemampuan kreativitas anak usia dini di TK Tunas Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Tunas Merdeka. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terstruktur dan dokumentasi menggunakan instrumen penilaian kreativitas anak yang disusun berdasarkan indikator kreativitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan kreativitas anak sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PJBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kreativitas anak usia dini. Anak menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keberanian mengemukakan ide, kemampuan menghasilkan karya yang beragam, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini karena mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, bermakna, dan berpusat pada anak.

Abstract

Acanthosis nigricans (AN) is a skin disorder characterized by hyperpigmented, thickened, and velvety lesions, primarily affecting intertriginous areas. This condition is commonly associated with insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, obesity, endocrine disorders, and the use of certain medications, and in some cases may serve as a marker of underlying internal malignancy. Individuals with darker skin are more prone to developing AN. Although it can be present at birth, AN is more commonly observed in adults. This literature review aims to discuss the etiology, pathomechanism, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approach, and management of acanthosis nigricans, with emphasis on its role as an indicator of underlying systemic disease. Literature was obtained from various relevant scientific sources, including review articles, case reports, and clinical studies. The pathogenesis of AN is primarily associated with hyperinsulinemia, which stimulates keratinocyte and fibroblast proliferation through the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) pathway. Diagnosis is generally established clinically, although laboratory and histopathological evaluations may be required in certain cases. Management focuses on treating the underlying condition, such as weight reduction, improvement of insulin resistance, and management of malignancy when present, along with topical or procedural therapies to improve skin lesions and patients’ quality of life.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of Public Relations of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk in carrying out effective environmental communication, so as to be able to maintain public trust in the midst of the dynamics of developing environmental issues. The problem contained in this study is that air pollution due to industrial activities is an environmental issue that is increasingly receiving public attention, especially in areas that are directly adjacent to emission sources. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data collection methodology used in this study is observation, documentation and interviews. The primary data sources in this study are the leaders of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk, the Public Relations Division of PT Semen Baturaja and the people who live around PT Semen Batujara Tbk. Meanwhile, the source of secondary data was obtained from documentation obtained from the results of the research. The technique for analyzing data is through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the results of the research, the communication practices carried out have led to dialogical and participatory two-way communication and show a positive tendency in building harmonious relationships between companies and society.
