Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kapasitas produksi dalam kerajinan tangan yang berkelanjutan berbasis AI pada Handmade House di Kelurahan Kebraon, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pemaparan, pelatihan dan pemantapan AI serta pengembangan keterampilan melalui pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas para perajin lokal. Perangkat lunak Pebblely dan Visionati digunakan pada kegiatan ini untuk membantu perajin meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, daya saing produk, proses produksi, konsistensi kualitas, dan kemampuan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dengan lebih baik. Kegiatan ini berupaya menuju pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), terutama dalam hal pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan komunitas lokal. Dengan memperkuat keterampilandan kreativitas perajin berbasis AI, serta mempromosikan prinsip-prinsip SDGs. Handmade House dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Improving hard skills and soft skills can be done through appropriate and well-scheduled training. So, the purpose of this study is to look at differences in increasing the competence of hard skills and soft skills in cleaning staff at private universities through learning control classes and experimental classes. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Respondents in this study were 50 cleaning staff of a private university in Surabaya, Indonesia. The results showed that the achievement of the experimental class assessment is significantly different compared to the achievement of the control class assessment regarding soft skills and hard skills.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi aseptor KB adalah menjadi hal yang penting khususnya di Surabaya. Kebijaksanaan tersebut menjadi tetap sangat relevan, mengingat meskipun Indonesia diakui oleh dunia internasional sudah berhasil dan memasyarakatkan gerakan keluarga berencana, namun masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam mewujudkan keluarga sehat dan sejahtera, antara lain semakin besarnya pertumbuhan angkatan kerja termasuk angkatan kerja wanita, baik di desa maupun di kota. Sehubungan dengan usaha-usaha melembagakan norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera maka perlu melakukan berbagai kegiatan usaha ekonomis produktif yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga akseptor. Adapun kegiatannya terdiri dari pelatihan tentang potensi diri, literasi perencanaan keuangan keluarga, hieginisasi produk, penyajian produk, cara menjual produk, pelayanan pada konsumen, promosi, dan penggunaan sosial media. Jumlah peserta 14 orang yang berasal dari keluarga akseptor di Kelurahan Kandangan Kecamatan Benowo dengan kriteria Akseptor Keluarga Berencana, pernah memiliki usaha mikro maupun yang belum pernah memiliki usaha apa pun. Hasil akhir berupa bazar dapat berlangsung dengan lancar. Semua peserta mendapat manfaat dengan pendapatan omset yang cukup baik dan mendapat hadiah sebagai hasil dari jerih payah peserta.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and locus of control towards entrepreneurial intention, besides that it also aims to further study the role of gender on the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and locus of control toward entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial intention to become an entrepreneur is very important for the Indonesian economy to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This research used quantitative methods. The test used SPSS with 200 undergraduated student respondents who were currently pursuing higher education majoring in business management and have gotten entrepreneurial learning during higher education. The study results yield that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and locus of control influenced entrepreneurial intention partially and simultaneusly. The result also indicated that gender affect the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and locus of control to entrepreneurial intention, this study demonstrated that the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy is greater on entrepreneurial intention for female compared to male. This result shows the importance of strive for improvement for the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and locus of control of the female gender to increase entrepreneurial intention, especially for female in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research purpose is to find significant effect of service quality (tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on repurchase intention, through intervening variable of customer satisfaction at Bumi Musik Gemilang (BMG) recording studio, Malang-Indonesia. This quantitative research applies JASP software, an open-source statistics program, to process the questionnaires research data. The research participants consist of 169 respondents who are customers of BMG Music Recording Studio. The results show that the five dimensions of service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the dimensions of service quality that have a significant effect on repurchase intention through the mediation of customer satisfaction are reliability and empathy. However, the variable customer satisfaction does not show a mediating effect on the relationship between the dimensions of tangible, responsiveness and assurance on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect as an intervening variable between service quality and repurchase intention. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar siswa kelas XII dan SMA dapat mengembangkan semangat, iklim, budaya, dan kegiatan kewirausahaan dengan mendidik dan mendorong terciptanya lulusan yang mandiri dan menjadi wirausaha melalui program kewirausahaan. Subyek pengabdian ini adalah siswa SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya. Luaran dari pengabdian ini antara lain terwujudnya model pengembangan kewirausahaan yang efektif dalam mengembangkan semangat, iklim, budaya, dan aktivitas kewirausahaan mahasiswa, mulai dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, motivasi serta peragaan contoh kegiatan kewirausahaan dari kampus Universitas Ciputra Surabaya secara langsung. ditangani oleh mahasiswa Ciputra yang sedang mengerjakan proyek. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjang program kewirausahaan yang telah terjalin di SMA Hang Tuah 1 Sidoarjo. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa keluaran dan bentuk Hak Intelektual Indonesia bagi Dosen dan Mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra, serta diberitakan di surat kabar Malang Posco Media. Abstract. The aim of this community service is for 12th-grade and high school students to develop the spirit, climate, culture, and entrepreneurial activities by educating and encouraging the creation of graduates who are independent and become entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship programs. The subjects of this service are students from Hang Tuah 1 High School Surabaya. The outputs of this ,service include the realization of an effective entrepreneurial development model in developing the spirit, climate, culture, and entrepreneurial activities of students, starting from entrepreneurial education, motivation and demonstrating examples of entrepreneurial activities from the Ciputra University Surabaya campus which are directly handled by Ciputra students who currently on project. The results of this service support the entrepreneurship program that has been established at Hang Tuah 1 Sidoarjo High School. The resulting output is in the form of output and the form of Indonesian Intellectual Rights for Ciputra University Lecturers and Students, and was covered in the Malang Posco Media newspaper.
