Abstract

This research  aims to determine (1) the effect of labor on social welfare in Indonesia, (2) the effect of goverment expenditure on social welfare in Indonesia, (3) the effect of road infrastruktur on social welfare in Indonesia, (4) the effect of labor, goverment expenditure, and road infrastruktur on social welfare in Indonesia. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The research type is descriptive research while the data used is time series data from 1987-2016 obtained from documentation of Bank Indonesia, and BPS Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that (1) labor has a significant positive effect on social welfare in Indonesia (2) goverment expenditure has a significant positive effect on social welfare in Indonesia  (3) road infrastruktur has a significant positive effect on social welfare in Indonesia, (4) labor, goverment expenditure, and road infrastruktur has a significant positive effect on social welfare in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study intends to determine effect of income level, education level of married woman, married woman labor force participation, total health budget, and number of medical personnel on fertility in districts / cities in West Sumatra. This study uses data from the BPS and the West Sumatra Health Office in 2012-2017. The analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) The level of income did not have a significant negative effect on the number of live births in the West Sumatra (2) The level education of married woman had a significantly positive effect on the number of live births in West Sumatra; (3) Labor force participation of married woman has a significant effect on the number of live births in West Sumatra; (4) The amount of the health budget has a significant positive effect on the number of live births in West Sumatra; (5) The number of medical personnel has a significant positive effect on the number of live births in West Sumatra; (6) Income level, education level of married woman, labor force participation of married woman, number of health budgets, and the number of medical personnel simultaneously have a significant effect on the number of live births in West Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence inflation in Indonesia in the Philips curve with variables that affect expected inflation, unemployment and world oil prices. This type of research is associative descriptive research, where the data used are secondary data from 1986 to 2017 obtained from institutions and related institutions, which are analyzed using the Ordinary Lest Square (OLS) method. Inflation that is expected to occur the same as the previous year's inflation has a significant effect on the positive direction of inflation in the Philips curve in Indonesia. Unemployment affects inflation with a significant positive effect on inflation in the Philips curve in Indonesia. World oil prices do not affect inflation with a positive but not significant the Philips curve in Indonesia, and expected inflation, unemployment, and world oil prices together have a significant effect on the Philips curve in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that inflation expected to occur the same as the previous year's inflation has a significant effect on the positive direction of inflation. Unemployment influences inflation with a significant positive effect on inflation. World oil prices do not affect inflation with a positive but not significant effect on the Philips curve in Indonesia , and expected inflation, unemployment, and world oil prices together have a significant effect on the Philips curve in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that inflation is a measure of the economy of a country whether or not it is controlled by inflation, indicating that economy is also controlled in that country, the government should work together with the whole community so that people can be helped.

Abstract

This study aims to to know and to analyze influence ( 1 ) the number of labor in the industrial sector in indonesia on wage levels in indonesia .( 2 ) working hours in the industrial sector in indonesia on wage levels in indonesia .( 3 ) together the amount of labor and working hours in the industrial sector in indonesia on wage levels in indonesia .Type research, this research is descriptive where data used is secondary data in cross section or of the year 2017 and related institutions.In this research using a technique of analysis a linear regression berganda to find how free variable influence on variables bound.The research results obtained show that: ( 1 ) the number of workers on the industrial sector in indonesia influential positive and insignificant on wage levels in indonesia.( 2 ) working hours on the industrial sector in indonesia positive and significant influence on wage levels in indonesia.In bersama-sama numbers of workers and working hours on the industrial sector in indonesia significant impact on wage rates in indonesia with the level of influence 41 %.So it can from the research suggested that the importance of the role of manpower and the government to cooperate in improving the wage rates in indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, National Income, Interest Rate and Money Supply through exchange rate moderation variables to non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive and associative research. The type of data in this study is secondary data and time series data in the form of monthly and quarterly data from 2005 to 2016. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. In the inductive analysis there are several tests: Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), classical assumption test and t test. This result shows that (1) exchange rate has no significant effect to moderate the relationship between inflation to non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia (2) Exchange rate has significant effect to moderate the relationship between national income to non-oil exports in Indonesia (3) Interest rate has no significant effect moderate relationship Interest rate on non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia (4) The exchange rate has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between the money supply to non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menambah wawasan dan kreatifitas masyarakat khususnya bagi ibu rumah tangga petani kakao melalui metode penyampaian materi dan cara pengolahan biji kakao secara teknis diharapkan ibu rumah tangga dapat memahami dan menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Saran nantinya adalah petani kakao ini bisa menciptakan kreatifitas dari pengolahan dari biji kakao dan dapat dipasarkan khususnya di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Dan juga disarankan agar petani di jorong Ampaleh ini dapat menjadikan pusat sebagai sentra tanaman kakao di Sumatera Barat serta bisa memiliki pabrik pengolahan cokelat sendiri, karena pengoperasian pabrik cokelat juga bisa mengurangi biaya pengeluaran petani dalam menjual hasil panennya lebih baik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan lapangan yang terjadi pada masyarakat Rumah Tangga Petani kakao di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, maka dalam program ini diberikan Pelatihan Pengolahan Produk Biji Kakao Melalui Pengembangan Produk Hilir di Kabupaten Tanah Datar oleh beberapa orang instruktur dalam bentuk ceramah, simulasi proses pengolahan biji kakao menjadi produk hilir. Dan kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang potensi pasar hilirisasi produk kakao, diharapkan mampu adanya peningkatan nilai tambah produksi, dapat melakukan pengembangan produk biji kakao, mampu melakukan pengemasan produk dan pemasaran produk dan mampu melakukan proses pengolahan biji kakao menjadi produk jadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah penduduk dan upah terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross section tahun 2017 di 34provinsi di Indonesia. Analisis ini menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) jumlah penduduk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja di Indonesia. (2) upah mempunyai pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Secara bersama- sama jumlah penduduk dan upah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research have the aim to knowing the influence of several kind  about gender head of family, dependents of family, the floor educational head of family, essence life head of family, essence art head of family, essence time for head of family, essence relation with the nature head of family, essence relation with others head of family, the tribe head of family, the status identity head of family and the gender, dependents of family, the floor of education, the essence life, the essence art, the essence time, the essence relation with nature, the essence relation with human about the poperty floor in regency of  Kerinci with using regrecy logistic analyse method. The result of regecy logistic showing that variable of floor in educational, the several dependents, essence relation with the nature have the influence that significant about the poverty in regency of Kerinci. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of  disposable income , deposi interes ratet, and education on household expenditure in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is to use OLS (Ordinary Least Square) analysis. Tests using statistical tests include t test, F and R squared test and classic assumption test. Where all testing using program tools eviews 8.0. Estimation results show the relationship of independent variables of R2 = 0.9877, meaning that 98.77% of diposible income, deposit rates, and education has impact to household  expenditure in Indonesia. The results of the data analysis show that disposible income  has a positive impact and is significant at α = 5% of household  expenditure in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the causal relationship between poverty, income inequality and education level in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative research, where the data used is secondary data in the form of panel data from 2010 to 2017 with documentation data collection and literature study techniques obtained from related institutions and institutions. Data analysis used is the data used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. In inductive analysis there are several tests, namely: (1) Unit Root Test (2)Cointegration Test (3) Optimal Lag Determination (4) Granger Causality Test (5) PVAR Test.  The results of this study indicate that (1) income inequality Poverty and income inequality have a causality relationship where the probability of poverty to income inequality = 0.0307 and the probability of income inequality against poverty = 0.0166 (2) There is a one-way relationship between poverty and education level where poverty affects the level of education with a probability = 0.0024 while the level of education does not affect poverty with probability = 0.2402 (3) income inequality and education level do not have a one-way or two-way relationship where income inequality does not affect the level of education with probability = 0, 2445 and the level of education also does not affect income inequality with a probability = 0.5248 in the study period. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest that the government combine policies on income equity and poverty such as the application of progressive taxes and subsidies to basic needs, equitable distribution of education in districts / cities in regencies / cities in West Sumatra. in addition, it is also expected that an increase in the nine economic sectors so that all three issues such as poverty, income inequality and education levels can be overcome.                                                             Keyword: Poverty, Income Inequality, Education Level, PVAR
