Abstract

The SMArt LMS platform is a strategic infrastructure implemented by the Directorate of Senior High Schools to support the digitalization of education in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate user acceptance and experience of SMArt LMS using an integration of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and qualitative descriptive analysis. Data were collected from 1,718 participants of the Technical Guidance (Bimtek) program across nine regions. Quantitative analysis showed high reliability for the instruments, with Cronbach’s Alpha values exceeding 0.60, specifically 0.966 for the Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) construct. Qualitative triangulation revealed that discussion features and Follow-up Plan (RTL) instructions significantly assisted material comprehension. However, technical aspects such as access stability across various devices still require optimization. This research provides strategic recommendations for platform managers to develop LMS features that are more adaptive and aligned with the digital ecosystem in high school environments.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) presents significant ethical and legal challenges, particularly regarding algorithmic bias, opaque decision-making, and the absence of clear liability mechanisms. This study examines how key ethical principles such as transparency, fairness, privacy protection, and accountability can be integrated into a legal responsibility framework to support fair and accountable AI governance. The research uses a normative juridical method with conceptual, statutory, and case approaches to assess the limitations of traditional liability models when applied to autonomous systems. The findings indicate that algorithmic bias can lead to both material and procedural injustice, while gaps in regulation create uncertainty about who should bear responsibility for AI-related harm. This study recommends the application of fairness by design, mandatory model documentation, algorithmic audits, and shared responsibility among developers, operators, and users. These findings highlight the need for adaptive regulation to ensure that the use of AI upholds justice, protects individual rights, and serves the public interest.

Abstract

The enforcement of Law No. 16 of 2019 Amending the Marriage Law (No. 1 of 1974), which revised Indonesia's minimum marriage age, requires robust complementary policies to unlock its full socio-economic potential. This study analyzes the regulation from a Posnerian law and economics perspective, which posits that legal rules should be evaluated based on their capacity to maximize social benefits and minimize social costs. The research employs qualitative method with a normative legal approach, examining statutory provisions, legal doctrines, and international literature. Our findings indicate that raising the marriage age is a critical intervention for optimizing human capital by extending educational attainment and skill acquisition, particularly for women. This delay directly correlates with increased labor productivity, higher lifetime earnings, and enhanced family welfare, thereby reducing the long-term economic burdens of structural poverty and public health costs associated with early marriage. However, the policy's effectiveness is constrained by persistent cultural resistance and social norms in various Indonesian communities. The analysis reveals that without effective enforcement and socio-legal adaptation strategies, the intended economic benefits remain unrealized. The conclusion is that for the marriage age law to serve as a productive instrument for national development, it must be integrated with widespread public education, targeted economic empowerment programs, and consistent legal enforcement to internalize the negative externalities of child marriage and foster sustainable national welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebutuhan energi listrik sudah menjadi bagian penting kehidupan manusia. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan energi listrik juga meningkat terutama penggunaan listrik untuk perangkat elektronik seperti smartphone dan laptop. Pengisian daya listrik pada smartphone dan laptop normalnya menggunakan kabel dan non kabel. Namun tidak semua tempat publik ada sumber listrik yang dapat digunakan oleh khalayak umum untuk pengisian baterai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini merancang solar charger station berbasis Internet of Things dengan mekanisme pembayaran digital atau cashless menggunakan ESP32, sensor INA219, panel surya, solar charge controller, baterai 12V/20Ah, boost converter, dan modul fast charging QC 4.0. Sistem mampu memonitor tegangan, arus, daya, dan energi secara real time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kabel 24W, 33W, dan 45W menghasilkan energi pengisian 18,50 Wh, dengan waktu 90 menit, 66 menit, dan 48 menit. Sistem terbukti efisien dan ramah lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Charging station, Internet of Things (IoT), pembayaran digital, cashless.
