Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan (1) kinerja yang dilakukan karyawan Kantor Daerah Jebres, (2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kinerja karyawan kantor Daerah Jebres dalam mencapai kinerja profesional, dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh karyawan dalam mencapai profesionalisme karyawan kantor Daerah. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari informan (Jebres Head District, Head of Public Service Section, dan karyawan), dokumen (SOP, modul profil Jebres District, Sertifikat Pelatihan, Banner Layanan), dan hasil pengamatan (performance). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive dan sampel bola salju. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja yang telah dilakukan hingga saat ini oleh karyawan Kantor Distrik Jebres mengacu pada tiga aspek, yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja: (2) Faktor-faktor pendukung kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan kantor distrik Jebres meliputi: (a) faktor kesadaran aparat; (b) aturan di masyarakat; (c) organisasi; (d) kemampuan dan keterampilan; dan (e) fasilitas dan faktor infrastruktur. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat termasuk (a) kualitas sumber daya manusia, (b) dukungan pemerintah, dan (c) kondisi kerja; (3) upaya karyawan untuk mencapai profesionalisme untuk meningkatkan dan mengevaluasi komitmen mereka untuk bekerja untuk hasil yang baik. Lebih baik lagi, upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, yaitu dengan menyediakan pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan program pelatihan.Kata Kunci: kinerja; kualitatif; penghalangAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the performance that employees of the Jebres District office have carried out, (2) the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the performance of Jebres District office employees in achieving professional performance, and (3) the efforts made by employees in achieving the professionalism of the employees of the Jebres District office. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research type. Sources of research data were obtained from informants (Jebres District Head, Head of Public Service Section, and employees), documents (SOP, Jebres District profile modules, Training Certificates, Service Banners), and results of observations (performance). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that (1) the performance that has been carried out so far by employees of the Jebres District office refers to three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and work attitudes: (2) Work-supporting factors owned by employees of the Jebres District office include: (a) factors of apparatus awareness; (b) rules in the public; (c) organization; (d) capabilities and skills; and (e) facilities and infrastructure factors. The inhibiting factors include (a) the quality of personnel resources, (b) government support, and (c) working conditions; (3) the efforts made by employees to achieve professionalism to increase and evaluate their commitment to work for good results. Even better, the efforts made by the government, namely by providing training, career development, and training programs.Keywords: obstacles; performance; qualitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, kendala, dan solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pelayanan nasabah pada masa pandemi covid-19 2021 di Bank BTN. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber datanya adalah informan, tempat, dan dokumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Untuk teknik analisis data diterapkan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran layanan nasabah di Kantor Cabang Bank BTN Surakarta sangat penting dan vital untuk meningkatkan intensifikasi dana melalui produk-produk yang tersedia. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan pelanggan adalah karena ketatnya SOP, masalah sistem dan IT, tingkat pendidikan dan usia pelanggan, serta panggilan masuk dari sesama rekan kerja saat bertugas. Oleh karena itu, Bank BTN Cabang Surakarta mengambil beberapa solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, seperti melakukan konfirmasi melalui call center, meminta maaf dan menghubungi kembali nasabah, tetap tenang dalam menangani permasalahan nasabah, dan fokus pada nasabah.Kata Kunci:; deskriptif kualitatif; peningkatan; studi kasusAbstract: This research aims to determine the role, constraints, and solutions in overcoming obstacles in customer service during the covid-19 pandemic 2021 at Bank BTN. This research is descriptive with a case study approach. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data sources are informants, places, and documents with sampling techniques using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. For data analysis techniques, Miles and Huberman's interactive models are applied. This research found that the role of customer service at Bank BTN Branch office in Surakarta was crucial and vital to increase the intensification of funds through available products. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by customer service were due to the strict SOP, system and IT problem, the level of education and age of the customers, and incoming calls from fellow colleagues when they are in charge. Therefore, the branch office of Bank BTN in Surakarta came up with some solutions to overcome the problems, such as confirming through the call centre, apologizing and re-contacting customers, remaining calm in handling customer problems, and focusing on customers.Keywords: case study; descriptive qualitative; improvement

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum siswa dengan menggunakan metode MMS di kelas XI OTKP SMK N 1 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran tata kelola kehumasan dan keprotokolan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan pengumpulan data, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumen. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, membandingkan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif sederhana, observasi keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, analisis data kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat tahap yang saling berkaitan di setiap siklusnya. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul dari pra-tindakan, siklus I dan II terus mengalami peningkatan. Hasil pra-tindakan menunjukkan terdapat 8 siswa (23,5%) yang dinyatakan tuntas, pada siklus I sebanyak 18 siswa (52,9%), dan pada siklusII sebanyak 25 siswa (73,5%). Hasil data keterampilan berbicara di depan umum didasarkan pada penilaian komunikasi siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode MMS dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum bagi siswa OTKP SMK N 1 Surakarta.Kata Kunci: analisis data kuantitatif; keprotokolan; komunikasi Abstract: This study aims to improve students’ public speaking skills by using MMS methods in class XI OTKP SMK N 1 Surakarta on the subject of public relations governance and protocol automation. This research is classroom action research. The research was divided into two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, implementing actions, observing and collecting data, and reflecting. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, tests, and documents. Data validity uses source-triangulation techniques, comparing data, and concluding data. Data analysis used simple quantitative data analysis, public speaking skills observation, qualitative data analysis, and comparative descriptive analysis. The research procedure formed two cycles that had four stages that were interrelated in each cycle. Based on the data collected from pre-action, cycles I and II have continued to increase. The results of pre-action show there were 8 students (23,5%) who were declared complete; on cycle I, there were 18 students (52,9%); on cycle II, there were as many as 25 students (73,5%). The public speaking skills data result is based on students’ communication assessments. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the MMS method can improve public speaking skills for students of OTKP SMK N 1 Surakarta.Keywords: communications; protocol automation; quantitative data analysis

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: 1) dynamic archive processing in the Archives and Library Office of Sukoharjo; 2) constraints that occur in the processing of dynamic archives; 3) solutions given to the problems that occur. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Sources of research data include informants, documents, and events. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documents. The validity test technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: 1) dynamic archive processing is still not optimal: (a) lack of maintenance kept so that there are damaged records; (b) lack of supervision over the distribution of incoming mail; (c) There are still many archives that have not been processed; (d) Retrieval of archives often experiences problems, namely the archives to be borrowed are lost or damaged; 2) lack of facilities, infrastructure, and the limited number of workers owned so that it hampers the processing of dynamic archives.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) bagaimana pola mengajar guru administrasi perkantoran pada mata pelajaran PKWU yang mengalami perubahan di era new normal, mulai dari persiapan hingga proses evaluasi di SMKN 1 Banyudono; dan 2) hambatan yang ditemukan dalam pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Banyudono. Proses pembelajaran PKWU pada masa new normal diterapkan secara tatap muka terbatas pada tatap muka di SMKN 1 Banyudono; dan 3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam penerapan tatap muka terbatas pada mata pelajaran PKWU di SMKN 1 Banyudono. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Banyudono. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dan dokumen dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan empat cara yaitu kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran PKWU dengan cukup baik sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran; PKWU; studi kasus Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) how the teaching pattern of office administration teachers on PKWU subjects has changed in the new normal era, starting from the preparation to the evaluation process at SMKN 1 Banyudono; and 2) the obstacles found in learning at SMKN 1 Banyudono. The PKWU learning process in the new normal period was applied face-to-face, limited to face-to-face at SMKN 1 Banyudono; and 3) the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the application of face-to-face were limited to PKWU subjects at SMKN 1 Banyudono. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative with a case study approach. The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Banyudono. Research data was obtained from informants, events, and documents with purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documents. The validity of the data was obtained in four ways: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis technique used interactive model data analysis with the following stages: 1) data collection, 2) data concession, 3) data presentation, and 4) drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher had carried out PKWU learning quite well in accordance with the official instructions.Keywords: case studies; learning; PKWU

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembuatan arsip dinamis, pemanfaatan arsip dinamis, pemeliharaan arsip dinamis, dan penyusutan arsip dinamis di kantor Dispermades Kabupaten Karanganyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tempat atau fasilitas, instrumen, serta dokumen dan arsip dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Uji keabsahan data diperoleh dengan 1) uji kredibilitas, 2) uji transferabilitas, 3) uji ketergantungan, dan 4) uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dengan tahapan: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pembuatan arsip dinamis dilakukan dengan pembuatan arsip dinamis secara manual. Setiap surat masuk dan keluar dikelola dengan baik mulai dari penerimaan hingga penyimpanan di lemari arsip. 2) Pemanfaatan arsip dinamis meliputi peminjaman arsip yang belum menerapkan prosedur peminjaman sistematis, dan penemuan kembali arsip secara manual memerlukan waktu 4-7 menit.  3) Pemeliharaan arsip dinamis dilakukan dengan cara membersihkan tempat penyimpanan secara berkala dan menyediakan bahan pencegah arsip dari serangga seperti kapur barus dan bahan pencegah lainnya. 4) Penyusutan arsip dinamis belum menerapkan prosedur penyusutan arsip secara sistematis.Kata kunci: arsip aktif; dokumen-dokumen; manajemen arsip dinamisAbstract: This study aims to find out how the creation of dynamic archives, the use of dynamic archives, the maintenance of dynamic archives, and the shrinkage of dynamic archives at the Karanganyar District Dispermades office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Research data were obtained from places or facilities, instruments, as well as documents and archives by sampling using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected using interview, observation, and document analysis techniques. The Data validity test is obtained by 1) credibility test, 2) transferability test, 3) dependability test, and 4) confirmability test. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis with stages: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) concluding. The results showed that: 1) Dynamic archive creation goes with manually creating dynamic archives. Every incoming and outgoing mail is well managed from receipt to storage in the filing cabinet. 2) The use of dynamic archives includes borrowing archives that have not implemented systematic lending procedures, and manual rediscovery of archives takes 4-7 minutes.  3) Dynamic archive maintenance is carried out by regularly cleaning the storage area and providing archive deterrent materials from insects such as camphor and other deterrent materials. 4) Dynamic archive shrinkage has not implemented a systematic archive shrinkage procedure.Keywords: archive; dynamic archive; dynamic archive management

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan kearsipan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar. (2) Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan kearsipan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar. (3) Upaya apa saja yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan kearsipan yang terjadi di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumentasi atau arsip dengan teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen, uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Kemudian dengan Teknik analisis data model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan kearsipan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar meliputi penerimaan surat, pencatatan dan penataan arsip, penyimpanan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, penyusutan arsip serta pemusnahan arsip. (2) Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan kearsipan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar adalah terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang kegiatan kearsipan dan minimnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia (SDM). (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut yaitu optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana kearsipan yang sudah tersedia dan melakukan diskusi dengan teman sejawat.Keywords: arsip dinamis; efektif; efisien; kualitatifAbstract: This study aims to determine: (1) The implementation of archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency. Techniques for data collection of interviews are observation and analysis of documents. They are testing data validity in the form of source and method triangulation. Then, interactive analysis model data analysis techniques are used. The results of the research: (1) The implementation of archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency includes receiving, recording, storing, maintaining, shrinking, and destructing archives. (2) The obstacles faced in archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency are limited facilities and infrastructure to support archival activities and the lack of human resource capabilities. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pelaksanaan arsip statis di bagian kearsipan Kantor Samsat Surakarta, 2) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan arsip statis di bagian kearsipan Kantor Samsat Surakarta, 3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang muncul dalam pelaksanaannya arsip statis di bagian kearsipan kantor Samsat Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive dan snowball sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) kegiatan pengarsipan statis pada arsip kantor Samsat Surakarta mempunyai beberapa tahapan yang terdiri dari: a) perolehan, b) pengolahan, c) preservasi d) akses arsip statis. 2) Penyelenggaraan arsip statis pada bagian kearsipan kantor Samsat Surakarta mengalami kendala antara lain a) kurangnya sumber daya manusia petugas kearsipan dan b) belum memadainya fasilitas kearsipan untuk kegiatan pengelolaan arsip statis. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang timbul antara lain: a) gotong royong antar pegawai bila ada yang senggang, b) bekerja lembur untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan pada hari itu c) mengawasi arsip-arsip yang belum mendapat rak.Kata Kunci: arsip statis; kualitatif; penerapanAbstract: The purpose of this research was to find: 1) implementation of static archives in the archives department Surakarta Samsat office, 2) obstacles encountered in static archives in the archive department Surakarta Samsat office, 3) efforts made to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of static archives in archives department Surakarta Samsat office. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research data was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The sampling technique used is purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this research are as follows: 1) static archiving activities in the archives of the Surakarta Samsat office have several stages consisting: a) acquisition, b) processing, c) preservation d) access static archive. 2) The implementation of static archives in the archives department of the Surakarta Samsat office encountered obstacles, including a) a lack of human resources for archiving officers and b) insufficient archive facilities for static archive management activities. (3) Efforts that have been made to overcome the obstacles that arise include: a) mutual assistance between employees when someone is free, b) working overtime to complete work on that day c) supervising archives that have not received shelves.Keywords: implementation; qualitative; static archive

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the effect of learning motivation on students reading interests, 2) the effect of peer environment on students reading interests, and 3) the effect of learning motivation and peer environment on students reading interests. This study used quantitative descriptive research with correlational methods. The population in this study is students of Office Administration Education class of 2017-2019. The research sample was taken by proportionate stratified random sampling techniques which amount to 147 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques were using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25 programs. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of learning motivation on reading interests. This is evidenced by the results of thitung (4.785) > ttabel (1,976) and significance values (0.000 < 0.05); 2) there is a significant influence of peer environment on reading interests. This is evidenced by thitung (2,009) > ttabel (1,976) and significance values (0.046 < 0.05); and 3) there is a significant influence on learning motivation and peer environment together on reading interests. This is evidenced by the results of Fhitung (15,896) > Ftabel (3.06) and significance values (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract This research explained: (1) the impact of learning facilities on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) the impact of parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) the impact of learning facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research with correlational method. The population were class XI students of the office management Vocational High School in Karanganyar. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique utilized and yielded 144 students from SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. Questionnaires and documentation procedures used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition tests used to analyze the data. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount8.450>ttable1.976); (2) there is a positive effect of parental attention on the learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount 2.533 > ttable 1.976); (3) there is a positive effect between both on the learning outcomes of during the pandemic (Fcount 61.713>Ftable3.06). X1 and X2 have an influence of 46,7% on Y (R2=0,467).
