Abstract

This research examines the legality of applying artificial intelligence (AI) to product innovations by research partners, produced and protected by intellectual property rights (IPR), including industrial design, trademarks, and copyrights. The role of the batik association is to produce prototypes in the form of batik industry innovations per cluster while still incorporating a touch of human art, ensuring that each cluster maintains its uniqueness according to traditional standards and does not violate IPR. This new design is copyrighted, registered as an industrial design and trademark, and then produced by partners. The issues discussed in this research are: (1) The form of legal protection given to AI-based products, and the role of partners in clusters in protecting and preserving batik.The methods used include a participatory research approach, sociological approach, and statute approach, using a mixed method that collaborates qualitative and quantitative methods. The research results show that: (1) The form of legal protection for AI-based products expected by the partners includes protection accompanied by promotion, as well as legal assistance and facilitation of legality, whether in the form of trademarks, copyrights, or industrial designs. From a legal perspective, the new motif, which contains art, can be copyrighted, commercialized under a trademark, and the innovation of batik motifs that uphold traditional standards is accommodated in AI-based innovations because the AI modeling is done based on input data of batik motifs per cluster according to their respective areas, ensuring that traditional standards are maintained. (2) The role of partners in clusters in protecting and preserving batik, through associations, facilitates and streamlines batik preservation, channels government programs and other stakeholders' assistance, as well as promotion, and preserves traditional batik standards according to local wisdom.

Abstract

Halal tourism is one of the emerging sectors in the halal industry. The article aims to identify the main problems, solutions, and strategies for developing a model of halal tourism. The qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in this article, including in-depth interviews and expert group discussions with the community leaders, academics, culinary and travel entrepreneurs, local tourism board, hotel entrepreneurs, and tourists representing halal tourism stakeholders. The data was complemented with research questionnaires and compiled using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, with Super Decision as a data processing tool. The article provides empirical insights into halal tourism in Indonesia, focusing on the root cause, the outcome of solutions, and the formulation of a future development strategy. Government-related issues remain the main priority, followed by community and halal facilities entrepreneur issues (hotel, travel, and halal food). The results showed that the priority problem in developing halal tourism in Indonesia is infrastructure problems. The solution is to build adequate road infrastructure, repair damaged roads, and complete road direction to halal tourism locations in every region of Indonesia. Halal tourism goals in Indonesia can be realized by implementing a functional synergy between the government and the local community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how inflation, interest rates, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Quick Ratio (QR), and Return on Assets (ROA) impact stock returns in pharmaceutical companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to 2023. This study uses panel data regression, with the research sample consisting of seven companies. Abstract

Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah petani jambu kristal di Desa Bantar Sari, Kabupaten Bogor. UMKM di desa tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan wisata petik jambu sebagai edu-wisata serta pemasaran daring. Namun, tidak semua jambu yang dipanen memenuhi standar pasar. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, PKM memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan di bidang keuangan, pemasaran, dan produksi. Salah satu hasil utama dari PKM adalah diversifikasi produk, mengolah jambu kristal menjadi berbagai produk seperti jus, nastar, bolu, puding, keripik, dan dodol. Hal ini membantu meningkatkan pendapatan dan mengurangi kerugian akibat buah yang busuk. Selain itu, daun jambu kristal dapat diolah menjadi teh, mirip dengan ocha Jepang, dengan cara memijat daun agar jaringannya rusak sehingga aromanya muncul, sebelum dikeringkan di bawah sinar matahari atau disangrai. Jambu kristal kaya akan vitamin C yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, serta kalium yang membantu menurunkan tekanan darah. Daunnya mengandung polifenol yang dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah, tanin yang mencegah diare, dan antioksidan. Dengan mengolah baik buah maupun daunnya, UMKM dapat memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi jambu kristal sekaligus mengurangi limbah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Belleza Kedaton Hospital Bandar Lampung faces challenges in ensuring the quality of health services in the midst of its transformation into a general hospital and the implementation of a partnership with BPJS Health since 2024. This study aims to examine the relationship between service quality dimensions (Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) with patient satisfaction, and its impact on hospital operational performance. This study uses quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample was 100 general patient respondents and 100 BPJS patients, with a Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through SERVQUAL (Service Quality) questionnaire and numeric scale for satisfaction and analyzed using Univariate. The results showed the gap score of attributes - attributes of statements based on the SERVQUAL dimension in patients before BPJS in 2023 the highest gap score was at attribute statement number 27 “The nurse informs and explains the actions to be taken” of 1.75. While the lowest gap score is on statement attribute number 41 “Ease and speed of the administrative process” of 0.06. In 2024, the highest gap score is on statement attribute number 31 “Patient administration procedures are easy and straightforward” by 2.17. While the lowest gap score is on statement attribute number 41 “The appearance of health workers and personnel (doctors, nurses) is clean and neat” by 0.17. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the analysis of customer perspectives based on the emphaty dimension decreased satisfaction in 2023 respondents who stated that they were satisfied by 71 people (71.0%) and decreased in 2024 to 47 people (47.0%), the Tangible dimension found a decrease in satisfaction in 2023 respondents who stated they were satisfied by 65.0% and decreased in 2024 to 49.0%, the reliability dimension of service performance satisfaction decreased satisfaction in 2023 respondents who stated they were satisfied by 77. 0% and decreased in 2024 to 46.0%, the assurance dimension of service performance satisfaction decreased satisfaction in 2023 respondents who expressed satisfaction of 74.0% and decreased in 2024 to 42.0%, the responsiveness dimension of service performance satisfaction decreased satisfaction in 2023 respondents who expressed satisfaction of 70.0% and decreased in 2024 to 40.0%. Based on the analysis of service performance satisfaction, it can be seen that there was a decrease in satisfaction in 2023 respondents who stated that they were very satisfied by 46.0% and decreased in 2024 to 14.0%.  Keywords: Customer Perspective, Satisfaction, Service PerformanceABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Belleza Kedaton Bandar Lampung menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di tengah transformasi menjadi rumah sakit umum dan penerapan kemitraan dengan BPJS Kesehatan sejak 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara dimensi mutu pelayanan (Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy) dengan kepuasan pasien, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja operasional rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 responden pasien umum dan 100 orang pasien BPJS, dengan teknik sampel Stratified Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dan skala numeric scale untuk kepuasan dan dianalisis menggunakan Univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gap skor atribut – atribut pernyataan berdasarkan dimensi SERVQUAL pada pasien sebelum BPJS tahun 2023 gap skor yang paling tinggi ada pada atribut pernyataan nomor 27 “Perawat menginformasikan dan menjelaskan tindakan yang akan dilakukan” sebesar 1,75. Sedangkan gap skor yang paling rendah ada pada atribut pernyataan nomor 41 “Kemudahan dan kecepatan proses administrasi” sebesar 0,06. Tahun 2024 gap skor yang paling tinggi ada pada atribut pernyataan nomor 31 “Prosedur administrasi pasien mudah dan tidak berbelit-belit” sebesar 2,17. Sedangkan gap skor yang paling rendah ada pada atribut pernyataan nomor 41 “Penampilan petugas dan tenaga kesehatan (dokter, perawat) bersih dan rapi” sebesar 0,17. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui analisis perspektif pelanggan berdasarkan dimensi emphaty terjadi penurunan kepuasantahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas sebesar 71 orang (71,0%) dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi sebesar 47 orang (47,0%), dimensi Tangible didapati terjadi penurunan kepuasan tahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas sebesar 65,0% dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi sebesar 49,0%, dimensi reliability terhadap kepuasan kinerja pelayanan terjadi penurunan kepuasan tahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas sebesar 77.0% dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi 46,0%, dimensi assurance terhadap kepuasan kinerja pelayanan terjadi penurunan kepuasan tahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas 74.0% dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi sebesar 42,0%, dimensi responsiveness terhadap kepuasan kinerja pelayanan terjadi penurunan kepuasan tahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas sebesar 70.0% dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi sebesar 40,0%. Berdasarkan analisis kepuasan kinerja pelayanan dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi penurunan kepuasan tahun 2023 responden yang menyatakan puas sekali sebesar 46,0% dan menurun di tahun 2024 menjadi sebesar 14,0%.  Kata Kunci: Perspektif pelanggan, kepuasan, kinerja pelayanan

Abstract

This research examines the organization of GMNI Surakarta Branch. GMNI Surakarta Branch itself had a role in the 1998 reform event in Solo City, namely participating in making concepts in demonstrations in Solo City, GMNI Surakarta Branch itself also actively included its cadres in internal campus organizations and alliances on several campuses as an example SMPR, SMPTA and DRMS. This study uses the Historical Method. GMNI is one of the largest organizations in Indonesia through one of its branches, namely the Surakarta branch which was also involved in the 1998 reform event. GMNI Surakarta Branch itself is also active in including its cadres in internal campus organizations and alliances on several campuses for example SMPR, SMPTA and DRMS. Another role and involvement is that GMNI Surakarta Branch also took an active part in issuing statements as a critique of several New Order policies which were not in favor of the Indonesian people in several print media institutionally, GMNI Surakarta Branch also played a role in forming the FKPI (Indonesian Youth Nationality Forum) which included there are several external campus organizations minus HMI and several other youth organizations. The impact of the reform itself in the city of Solo on governance is also not much different from conditions nationally, starting from the leadership, namely the Mayor and members of the central and regional legislatures who are held by active members of the military after the reform the members of the military began to no longer serve in these political positions. In terms of economy, the city of Solo is a city that quickly recovered from the 1998 riots among other cities in Central Java.

Abstract

ABSTRAKJembatan merupakan infrastruktur transportasi yang vital. Jika suatu jembatan mengalami kegagalan maka lumpuhlah sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kapasitas sisa jembatan eksisting sehingga dapat dinilai bahwa jembatan tersebut masih layak digunakan atau tidak. Kajian ini dilakukan pada segmen P1-P5 (arah Dawuan) jembatan Cinapel yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumedang. Jembatan ini merupakan jembatan beton prategang. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah metode load rating factor. Dilakukan dengan menghitung kapasitas dukung gelagar dan plat lantai kendaraan. Standar perhitungan dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Penentuan Bridge Load Rating untuk Jembatan Eksisting dari Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (03/SE/M/2016). Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai RF gelagar bentang tepi, bentang tengah, dan plat lantai kendaraan memiliki nilai >1 yang artinya bahwa struktur jembatan Cinapel bentang P1-P5 arah Dawuan aman dalam melayani lalu lintas yang melintasi jembatan.Kata kunci: jembatan beton prategang, load rating factor, struktur atasABSTRACTBridges are vital transportation infrastructure. If a bridge fails then the system is chaos. Therefore, this study aims to determine the remaining capacity of the existing bridge where the bridge is still suitable for use or not. This research was conducted on the P1-P5 segment (Dawuan direction) Cinapel bridge located in Sumedang Regency. This bridge is a prestressed concrete bridge. The research method used is the load rating factor method. It was carried out by calculating the carrying capacity of the girder and slab of the bridge. Calculation refer to the Determination for Existing Bridges using Load Rating Factor of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (03/SE/M/2016). The results of calculation obtained that the RF of the outer span girder, middle span, and slab are greater than 1 (RF > 1) which means that the structure of the Cinapel bridge span P1-P5 is safe.Keywords: prestressed concrete bridge, load rating factor, upper structure

Abstract

Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) is one of the systems that can be used to minimize the effect of earthquakes on buildings. The main energy-absorbing element of the steel plate shear wall system is on the thin steel plate that are located on the center of the steel frame. This thin steel plate is called infill plates. This infill plate will later experience buckling and form a series of tension field action. This paper will prove that the infill plates in the steel plate shear wall system provides significant strength contribution in resisting lateral loads.The analysis was carried out by comparing the strength provided by steel plate shear wall system and simple beam-column steel frame system (without infill plate) with some aspect ratio variation (width per height). The material used for the infill plates was low yield strength (LYS) steel plate of 1.30 mm thick, while the column (vertical boundary element) used WF 400.200.8.12, and the beam (horizontal boundary element) used WF 350.175.7.11. The loading used a monotonic pushover loading of 2% drift (68.8 mm) for each specimen.The analysis result proved that the steel plate shear wall system (frame with infill plates) had significant strength advantage compared to the plateless frame system. The aspect ratio (L/h) on infill plates were also affects the strength of the entire system, where the greater the aspect ratio, the greater the strength. The strength value of the SPSW specimen at 2% drift loading on aspect ratio L/h = 1.00, 1.50, 2.00, 2.50 respectively was 614.95 kN, 634.88 kN, 646.69 kN, and 688.03 kN. Meanwhile, the strength increment percentage between steel plate shear wall systems compared to plateless frame systems in each aspect ratio was 21.67%, 32.39%, 42.48%, and 54.20%.

Abstract

This study examines how training and work motivation impact employee performance, with work discipline as a mediator. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents using Non-probability Sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The survey collected data from 110 employees at the Human Resources Bureau of Kementerian PPN/Bappenas from March to April 2023. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was used for data analysis, with SmartPLS 3.0 software used for measurement model testing (outer model), structural model testing (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that education and training positively and significantly impacted work discipline. In contrast, training did not significantly affect employee performance. Work motivation positively and significantly impacted both work discipline and employee performance. Additionally, work discipline mediated the relationship between education and training and employee performance and the influence of work motivation on employee performance. This research can help agencies improve employee performance by providing insights and recommendations.
