Abstract

Pengetahuan yang dimiliki seseorang itu selalu diawali dengan bertanya. Bagi guru bertanya dipandang sebagai kegiatan untuk mendorong, membimbing, dan menilai kemampuan berpikir siswa. Bagi siswa bertanya merupakan bagian penting dalam inquiri, yaitu menggali informasi, menginformasikan apa yang sudah diketahui, dan mengarahkan pada aspek yang belum diketahuinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  keterampilan bertanya siswa dan hasil belajar melalui strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Team Quiz. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Anjir Pasar yang berjumlah 19 orang, yang terdiri 7 orang siswa laki-laki dan 12 orang siswa perempuan. Objek penelitian adalah keterampilan bertanya siswa dan hasil belajar. Teknik penggumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan  rumus persentase, rata-rata dan modus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Team Quiz keterampilan bertanya siswa berada pada kualifikasi “sangat terampil” dan hasil belajar termasuk dalam kualifikasi “baik”. Kata kunci : Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Tipe Team Quiz, keterampilan bertanya, materi segi empat.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 memberikan dampak yang sangat memprihatinkan bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia terutama dalam bidang perekonomian. Salah satu upaya untuk bangkit dan memperbaiki kondisi tersebut adalah melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Desa Gelanggang Kecamatan Sakra Timur merupakan salah satu Desa di kabupen Lombok Timur yang memiliki potensi untuk di kembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata pedesaan di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Adapun tahapan awal untuk pengembangan destinasi wisata pedesaan adalah dengan melakukan pemetaan potensi wisata. Kegiatan pemetaan ini dilaksanakan oleh tim kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) Tematik Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram bekerjasama dengan Pokdarwis Desa Gelanggang selama 45 lima hari. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan potensi wisata tersebut, ditemukan beberapa lokus wisata yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata pedesaan yakni Sungai Gelanggang dan Sawah, Situs Bersejarah Sombe, Kelompok Seni, serta Pusat Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat.

Abstract

The objectives of this article is to identify the urgency of enhancing learning arabic inside national education curriculum in Indonesia. The urgency of this research is to conduct the development of teaching Arabic. The article adopted the qualitative descriptive method as the research designed the urgency of enhancing learning arabic inside national education curriculum. Data were analyzed by applying the four steps of Creswell's version collecting data, grouping, selecting, then interpreting the data and the data source was a documents review. The article findings indicated that learning arabic has a strategic position inside national education curriculum, as discussing about the urgency of enhancing learning arabic inside national education curriculum. Based on the research findings, the authors recommended the existence of Arabic inside national education curriculum should be strengthened and developed.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Student Learning Motivation on Mastery of Geography Learning Concept (Survey at SMA Negeri In Central Jakarta Region). This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of emotional intelligence and student learning motivation on mastery of the concept of geography learning. If indeed there is a positive and significant influence then how strong the influence of emotional intelligence and student learning motivation to master the concept of learning geography. The research method used is survey with correlation and regression analysis, that is connecting between data showing emotional intelligence and student learning motivation with data showing mastery of geography learning concept. Data about emotional intelligence and student learning motivation is obtained through questionnaires prepared by the researcher, that is measuring matters relating to the above two things. While the data about the mastery of learning concepts on geography subjects obtained from test results on environmental materials and sustainable development. (1) There is a significant influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation together on the mastery of the concept of geography learning, this is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig value. 0,000 <0,05 and F count 10,488. Together the variables of emotional intelligence and student learning motivation contributed 29.1% to mastery of the concept of geography learning. (2) There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on the mastery of the concept of geography learning, this is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig value. 0,024 <0,05 and t count equal to 2,326. Emotional Intelligence variable contributed 11,09% in mastery of geography learning concept. (3) There is a significant influence of students' learning motivation on the mastery of the concept of geography learning, this is proved by the value of Sig. 0,003 <0,05 and t count 3,173. Student motivation variable contributes 18,04% in mastery of geography learning concept. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Motivation, Concept Understanding

Abstract

This research aims to develop, validate, and measure the effectiveness of the Quadolar-based Arabic language teaching method in teaching vocabulary to tenth-grade students. The study adopts the Hannafin and Peck research model, which consists of needs analysis, design, development, and implementation phases. Involving subject matter experts and method experts as assessors, this study uses pre-test and post-test data analyzed with a t-test. The research results indicate the successful development of the Quadolar-based teaching method, with excellent quality according to subject matter and method experts. Individual trials, small-group, and large-group experiments also indicate a positive level of acceptance of this method. Its effectiveness is evidenced by a learning outcome difference of 38.75, with t-test results showing a high level of significance (t-score 62.5 vs. t-table 2.093). Therefore, this research concludes that the Quadolar-based Arabic language teaching method is a worthwhile and effective approach to teaching Arabic in this environment.

Abstract

This kind of study is regard to Classroom Action Research (CAR) which the target are 29 female student’s seventh grade A Class Islamic Junior High School Khadijah Bagek Nyaka. This study aim to find how far of study result development Social Science subject with applicate Study Mod Cooperative Jigsaw Type. This study conducted in 2 cycle, from action result that conducted is approved able to increasing study result with reaching classical completeness set in 85 %. Classical completeness 48,82 % obtained in the first cycle with average value 67,59. They able to increased it at seconf stage by 96,55 % with average 86,90. From activity side there are enhancement as well, its obtained in the first cycle from mild active category to very active category. Result of this study provide that applicate of Study Mod Cooperative Jigsaw Type able to increasing student study result in Social Science subject with completeness reach 96,55 %.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate Influence of Teams Games method by kokami and Learning Motivation ‎on Arabic Language Learning Outcomes in Muhammadiyah Senior High School. The research methodology utilized is quantitative with an experimental approach. The sample consists of tenth-grade students engaged in Arabic language learning. Data is collected through learning outcome tests and observation of the implementation of the Team Games Method by kokami and learning motivation in the learning process. Data analysis determines the extent of the influence of these variables on Arabic language learning outcomes. The results indicate an influence of the Teams Games method by kokami and learning motivation on Arabic language learning outcomes. This is evident from the average pretest scores of 54.79 and posttest scores of 80.20. The impact of the Teams Games method by kokami on Arabic language learning outcomes is 26.8%. Furthermore, the influence of the Teams Games method by kokami on learning motivation is 67.8%, followed by the impact of learning motivation on learning outcomes at 54.0%. The combined effect of the Teams Games method by kokami and learning motivation on learning outcomes is 26.8%. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the Teams Games method by kokami impacts both learning motivation and Arabic language learning outcomes for students at Muhammadiyah Senior High School Bandar Lampung. This research hopes that Arabic language teachers will implement the Teams Games method by kokami to motivate students and improve Arabic language learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh metode Teams Games dengan kokami dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab di SMA Muhammadiyah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Sampel terdiri dari siswa kelas sepuluh yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dan observasi pelaksanaan metode Teams Games dengan kokami serta motivasi belajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Analisis data menentukan sejauh mana pengaruh variabel-variabel ini terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh metode Teams Games dengan kokami dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab. Hal ini terlihat dari skor rata-rata pretest sebesar 54,79 dan posttest sebesar 80,20. Pengaruh metode Teams Games dengan kokami terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab adalah 26,8%. Selain itu, pengaruh metode Teams Games dengan kokami terhadap motivasi belajar adalah 67,8%, diikuti oleh pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 54,0%. Pengaruh gabungan metode Teams Games dengan kokami dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar adalah 26,8%. Kesimpulannya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Teams Games dengan kokami mempengaruhi motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar bahasa Arab siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah  Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini berharap guru bahasa Arab akan menerapkan metode Teams Games dengan kokami untuk memotivasi siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Arab.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Performance Appraisal (X1) and HR Loyalty (X2) on Position Promotion (Y) at PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri. Data analysis was carried out using partial test and coefficient of determination test. The partial test results show that the Performance Appraisal variable (X1) has a T value of 3.102, which is greater than the T table of 1.69092 with a significance level of 0.004. with a significance level of 0.004. This also indicates that HR Loyalty (X2) has a significant effect on Position Promotion (Y), so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) test results show that the R² value is 0.384, which means that about 38.4% of the variability in Position Promotion (Y) can be explained by Performance Appraisal (X1) and HR Loyalty (X2), while the remaining 61.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with the research subjects being employees of PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri. And the final results of this study concluded that both Performance Appraisal and HR Loyalty have a significant influence on Position Promotion at PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the handling of sexual violence in the STKIP PGRI Sumenep campus, because in reality the number of sexual violence in Indonesian universities is increasing every year, including at STKIP PGRI Sumenep itself. The campus as an academic space that should be a comfortable and safe place for knowledge transfer has now turned into a terrible space for students. So this makes the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology intrigued to issue Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 30 of 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS) in Higher Education to reduce sexual violence. This was also reinforced by the recommendation to form a PPKS Task Force Team at every campus in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach to all parties involved in the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence at STKIP PGRI Sumenep through investigations and interviews as well as collecting data from various relevant and reliable literature. So then the data is re-verified to produce valid data.

Abstract

Pneumatik Otomasi Industri biasanya terdiri atas 3 metode yaitu: pneumatik manual/murni, pneumatik elektro dan pneumatik PLC (Programable Logic Controller). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membuat dan menguji prototipe alat pneumatik berbasis mikro kontroler Arduino Mega yang diterapkan untuk pemindah barang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan mikro kontroler Arduino Mega untuk mengendalikan pergerakan pneumatik yang dirangkaikan dengan pemindah barang berupa konveyor, roller, motor, dan sensor-sensor pada sistem yang terintegrasi pada prototipe yang dibuat. Hasil dari penelitian/inovasi yang dibuat dalam bentuk prototipe ini adalah keberhasilan penggunaan mikro kontroler Arduino Mega yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem kendali pneumatik otomasi dengan tekanan kerja 4 s/d 5 bar, kecepatan conveyor belt 6 cm/det, rata-rata massa benda kerja 55 gram dan sudut gravity roller 11,8 derajat dengan panjang 67 cm. Besar manfaat prototipe ini untuk pengembangan pendidikan, pelatihan kepada masyarakat atau industri dan juga penelitian yang berkelanjutan.
