Abstract

Pemilihan tempat penginapan yang sesuai selama liburan sekolah menjadi faktor penting dalam menunjang kenyamanan dan efisiensi biaya wisata. Namun, banyaknya pilihan dengan berbagai karakteristik seperti harga, fasilitas, lokasi, keamanan dan kenyamanan, dan ulasan pelanggan menyulitkan proses pengambilan keputusan secara objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Weighted Product (WP) untuk membantu pengguna dalam memilih tempat penginapan terbaik. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari lima kriteria utama berdasarkan preferensi responden, sedangkan metode WP digunakan untuk merangking alternatif penginapan berdasarkan nilai total dari tiap kriteria. Proses penilaian dilakukan secara sistematis melalui pembobotan dan perhitungan nilai akhir dari masing-masing alternatif. Hasil implementasi model ini mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi penginapan terbaik sesuai dengan prioritas dan kebutuhan pengguna. Model yang dikembangkan bersifat fleksibel dan dapat disesuaikan dengan berbagai skenario atau preferensi lain dalam konteks perencanaan wisata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien dalam memilih tempat penginapan saat liburan.

Abstract

Housing consists of residential units equipped with adequate facilities, offering comfort and security. PT Alesta Property, a subsidiary of Alesta Group Indonesia, operates in housing development and sales but faces challenges in managing housing availability. Currently, information on availability, booking status, mortgages, and sales is only accessible via direct communication with administrators, leading to inefficiencies and errors. To address this, this research develops a web-based system using site plan visualization to display housing status clearly, minimizing miscommunication and enhancing transparency. A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is integrated to automate notifications, such as payment reminders and booking confirmations via WhatsApp, ensuring timely customer communication. The system improves efficiency in sales management, streamlines administrative processes, and enhances customer experience. Developed using the Waterfall method, it provides a structured approach to implementation. This research enables PT Alesta Property to optimize housing sales management and offer a more reliable and user-friendly experience for prospective buyers.

Abstract

The manual letter management in DPMPTSP Kudus makes the administrative process time-consuming, prone to errors, and archiving is not easy to search. There needs to be an improvement to increase efficiency in correspondence management. One of the solutions that can be applied is an e-archiving system that is able to reduce the use of paper, offer convenience in searching data, and speed up the archiving process. The method used in this service is training in the use of the e-archive system to DPMPTSP Kudus staff, including the use of the digital archiving system and procedures. The results of the service show that the utilization of this system can make the management of archives more efficient, reduce errors in archiving, and make mail data more retrievable. The utilization of the e-archive system is expected to be a gateway to digital transformation in government institutions.

Abstract

Drowsiness detection systems play a crucial role in safe driving, considering the high rate of traffic accidents caused mainly by drowsiness. Several drowsiness detection systems built using the eye aspect ratio (EAR), percentage of eyelid closure (PERCLOS), and convolutional neural network (CNN) methods still have limitations in terms of accuracy and response time. This study aimed to overcome these problems by applying the You Only Look Once version 9 (YOLOv9). This method has advantages in terms of speed and accuracy because it can detect objects in real-time in one processing stage. The dataset was collected independently from several sources in a real environment inside the vehicle with various lighting and viewing angles; then, labeling, preprocessing, and modeling processes were conducted. The model performance was evaluated based on precision, recall, F1 score, and mean average precision (mAP) metrics. The best model was optimized using several optimization techniques to determine the most optimal results. The results indicate that the YOLOv9 model trained using Nesterov-accelerated adaptive moment estimation (Nadam) optimization has a better image processing speed than other models. This model yielded a precision, recall, F1 score, mAP@50, mAP@50, mAP@50-95, and processing speed of 99.4%, 99.6%, 99.5%, 99.5%, 85.5%, and 52.08 FPS, respectively. The developed model can detect drivers’ drowsiness signs, such as closed eyes, yawning, abnormal head positions, and unnatural hand movements, in real time. However, this model still has limitations in detecting drivers wearing sunglasses, so further development is needed to improve its performance in these conditions.

Abstract

Banyak calon mahasiswa mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih jurusan karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap minat dan kemampuannya. Ketidaktepatan dalam memilih jurusan dapat mengakibatkan prestasi akademik menurun, ketidakpuasan, dan keinginan untuk pindah bidang studi. Dalam konteks ini, teknologi informasi, khususnya metode pohon keputusan dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5, dapat membantu mengidentifikasi jurusan yang sesuai. Algoritma C4.5 mampu membentuk pohon keputusan berdasarkan atribut minat dan bakat calon mahasiswa, sehingga memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih objektif dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset yang diperoleh dari masing-masing program studi di Universitas Muria Kudus, dengan total 500 data yang mencakup informasi minat dan bakat mahasiswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi jurusan yang menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk menganalisis data calon mahasiswa dan memberikan rekomendasi jurusan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem that has a long-term impact on the quality of human resources, especially in remote areas such as Kudus Regency which have limited access to health services. This study aims to develop a web-based stunting prevention monitoring information system called SIKATING (Kudus Information System to Prevent Stunting) to replace manual recording methods that are prone to errors and delays. The method used in this study is software engineering with a descriptive approach and a waterfall system development model, while data is collected through observation and interviews with health workers in the field. The results of the study show that the SIKATING system is able to integrate toddler data recording, nutritional status analysis based on anthropometric indicators, notification to parents regarding toddler growth, and visual reporting in the form of graphs. The implementation of this system significantly increases the efficiency of the monitoring process, enables early detection of stunting cases, and supports data-based decision making by policy makers and health workers. Thus, this system has great potential to support the acceleration of sustainable stunting control in areas with limited access to health care.

Abstract

The Indonesian agricultural sector faces challenges in early detection of land disturbances such as pests, diseases, floods, and droughts. Low technology adoption and digital literacy among farmers lead to slow responses to early symptoms. The research aims to develop a web-based decision support system that integrates the decision tree method, forward chaining inference, and sending automatic classification results via WhatsApp. The research used a Waterfall model, encompassing needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built based on 24 input symptoms that generate five classification categories. This application allows farmers to enter land condition data and receive classification results directly through the system and WhatsApp notifications. Testing demonstrated 80% accuracy compared to expert diagnoses, with a 95% message delivery success rate and an average response time of under five seconds. These results demonstrate that a rules-based approach combined with real-time communication can improve the speed and effectiveness of decision-making at the farmer level. This solution has the potential to be applied in other regions as part of accelerating the digital transformation of agriculture.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, termasuk layanan kefarmasian. Apotek Jekulo di Kabupaten Kudus masih menggunakan pencatatan stok obat secara manual dengan Microsoft Excel, yang menimbulkan risiko seperti keterlambatan pemesanan dan obat kedaluwarsa akibat metode distribusi FIFO serta pemesanan ulang berdasarkan perkiraan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen persediaan obat berbasis web dengan penerapan metode First Expired First Out (FEFO) dan Reorder Point (ROP). Metode FEFO memprioritaskan distribusi obat berdasarkan tanggal kedaluwarsa, sedangkan ROP memberikan peringatan saat stok mencapai batas minimum berdasarkan konsumsi harian dan waktu tunggu pengiriman. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi fitur pemindaian barcode dan notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mengurangi risiko kedaluwarsa, serta meningkatkan ketepatan pemesanan ulang. Integrasi metode dan fitur notifikasi juga mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dan memudahkan pemantauan oleh apoteker.

Abstract

The management of State-Owned Assets (BMN) at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kudus still faces various challenges, such as difficulties in asset tracking, lengthy distribution processes, and limited access for work units. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based BMN Asset Management Information System to accommodate the internal needs of IAIN Kudus. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with PHP and Kotlin programming languages and MySQL database. The system is designed to provide various features, such as inter-unit asset transfer, QR Code-based asset tracking, multilevel user access, asset borrowing, asset history, and Android-based notifications. Testing results indicate that the system effectively enhances the efficiency and accountability of BMN asset management at IAIN Kudus.

Abstract

PT Menara Kudus Indonesia is a printing company with a long production flow, starting from ordering, prepress, production, to delivery. All processes are interconnected, but data recording is still carried out manually using spreadsheets, making it difficult for management to monitor the overall production status. This condition causes communication barriers between divisions, delays in information delivery, and production mismatches. Monitoring processes should assist management and related divisions in tracking order status and providing notifications for problems, but they are not yet optimal due to the absence of an integrated system. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based production monitoring system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to support supervision, accelerate communication, and improve productivity. The RAD methodology was chosen because it involves users actively through iterative stages, ensuring the system meets company needs. The results show that the designed system can display real-time production status, provide automatic alerts when issues occur, and support management in decision-making. With this system, PT Menara Kudus Indonesia can optimize production monitoring, improve timeliness, and minimize workflow disruptions
